We always enjoy coming to Kembrey Inn for a meal, be it a special treat breakfast, a family meal for dinner, a lunch date etc. . .this time round I visited with my husband, our friend and his partner, the meals were amazing, they all came out hot and cooked thoroughly, all three lads had alcoholic drinks ranging from pints to cocktails (the prices are reasonable) and I decided as the designated driver to try their mock tails out, very nice. We all left full and merry. . .

Had an amazing meal. Laura and the staff were really friendly and have kept the place ticking over and so tidy. Meal was really cheap as they had a offer for £9.49 for two meals. Will definitely be back to eat again and to try out the new menu which has alot of choice and also has calories on there for the people who need them.

Although the food was good, and staff were friendly, it was the slowest service. I appreciate we were a large group but we'd all pre ordered the week before. Quite a lot of waiting for some meals to arrive. And a very long wait between courses. After two hours the mains plates were still on the table so had to unfortunately leave before desserts. Also we were put at a table that had no blinds or curtains so half the group were blinded by the sun for just over half hour! But again friendly staff and good food and very clean.

They managed to squeeze us in family of 5, for breakfast despite us not booking. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and came to check everything was ok throughout our time there. I didn't give 5 stars as there was egg shell in the scrambled egg, but other than that we had a lovely breakfast and excellent service, would recommend to others and will go back again.

The place is clean and presentable, unfortunately due to supply chain issues they were out of quite a few items from the menu with no carrots, roast potatoes and haddock it was a little disappointing but the staff were friendly the food was reasonable for the price it's not the best but then it also won't cost you an arm and a leg to have a meal. As a small place on an industrial estate it had more old folks at the time I went than anything else but it still felt pretty lively if not a tad more quiet than I normally like so it felt like you had to be quiet to not disturb everyone around you.

Pleasant breakfast, bit of a queue for coffee as it is one of those machines that grinds and brews fresh, which is ok but a bit slow. Everything you could want, and the black pudding was especially nice.
