The food and staff were wonderful. Staff even though it was busy, moved fast with a smile and made you feel comfortable and you felt that they wanted you to have a positive experience. The food was amazing little hot plates were a delight. Definitely recommend a visit we will be back again. It really was an amazing night.

The place was nice although you have to pay for parking outside unless you use the free co-op if your in and out in under 90 Min. The cocktails where unique but the food was only average for me. We got the katsu curry, sushi volcano tower, salmon, coca cola wings and chips which for the price were all just basic. The staff were helpful and friendly, I liked that they did not include a service charge like so many other places. It's a nice place with drinks and staff it's just the food for the price was not impressive for me.

Kenzo 72 is a surprinsing nice place in Swindon. The food is tasty, quality is good and it has a nice atmosphere. The prices are high, a bit more expensive than many places I London (that point was shocking) specially the sushis. Also we had one person allergic to lactose and was very hard for him to find a choice without it. I would recommend to create an allergic menu.

If you like Wagamama, you'll never want to eat there again once you tried the food at Kenzo 72. By far the one of the best tasting food I've had in outside of London! The sweet potatoe and aubergine fries stayed crispy even after an hour! Highly recommend! Nice quiet venue at lunch hour. KUDOS to the front of house/ waiter with the tattoo! Very polite and attentive, if there was a tipping system. He would had got the same as our meal price!

Lovely venue, lovely staff, caters for Gluten Free Dairy Free but I feel the food is slightly over priced. Ordered Squid / Calamari - some internal membrane still attached so sometimes a bit stringy when you bite into it.

A simply amazing place to eat and fantastic dining experience. Great selection of wonderful food and cocktails it is a good choice for everything from group gatherings to romantic dates. With takeaway option too it truly ticks all boxes. Topped off with super friendly staff it is the first choice for dining in the area.

Food was amazing on both visits, really well presented on the plate. Be aware not to book too early in the evening, I booked 18.30 in which I was unable to order a desert, just starters and mains. All in all though really good restaurant 👌

Had to wait 1.5hrs for the food to arrive, 2 peoples orders were misplaced twice and by the time they got theirs we'd all finished ours.. They did get it for free which was decent of them. Basically it totalled 2.5hrs wasted for a chicken burger. Nice chips though!

Amazing food. Would recommend the Camembert starter and the Salmon Teryaki main. The only reason for the loss of a star is that they make you cook your own steaks here. Not only does that make the meal less enjoyable, but it also creates a horrible smell in the restaurant every time someone orders one. Other than that, good presentation and good food.

Be careful when booking Friday or Saturday nights as due to how busy they are they have restrictions on booking times, how long you can stay at your table, and whether you can order desserts. The welcome was very warm and the staff could not have been more helpful and attentive. The restaurant was a little too darkfor my liking but if thats the look they were going for it worked. We tried some of the Asian dishes which were tasty but not all to the true Asian flavours I am used too. A little too sweet for my taste. However, the Sirloin Katsu Curry was delicious and definitely recommended.

Not cheap. But outstanding food and service - entirely worth it. The best food in Swindon, hands down. Only point I can think of is the dining area isn't the biggest, and gets quite noisy, especially when full. Amazing though. We come here for pretty much every meal out now... Nothing anywhere near as good in Swindon. Excuse nearly all of the sushi being gone - it was too delicious not to scoff! ;-)

Fabulous place that feels special if you're going out for a treat (it was my birthday). The only thing I'd change would be to find a way of softening the noisy chatter reflected from all the hard surfaces. Perhaps with more soft furnishings and pictures that are designed to absorb sound?

Went for a meal with 4 of my friends to celebrate. We booked a table for 1830 however wanted to eat earlier so go there for 1730 just as they opened. They were very kind and didn't mind we wanted to eat earlier than we had asked. The staff members were friendly, they left us to eat and didn't disturb us when we were eating. The restaurant was clean as well. One of my friends has a chicken katsu which came out with the sauce in its own, so you could put as much or as little over the rice. Two of my friends had burgers with chips there plates were very full and the burgers were a great size. Lastly my friend had topa and loved it. It came in its own little pot and looked amazing. I had southern chicken with salad and it was stunning. Really enjoyed the atmosphere. I would highly recommend this place to eat. Very good prices and great food. So thank you as we were away for 6 weeks and this was one of the loveliest meals we had.

Best food of my life. Ribs were to die for. I devoured it immediately. 17.99 but you get 3 racks and chips, so soft they just fall off the bone. And the popcorn prawn and crabs balls were amazing moist and tastey. Customer service is amazing staff are so friendly and personable. Everyone thought it was gorgeous. I live in Bristol but would do the drive weekly to eat here.

I ordered the Japanese style Grilled scallops as a starter and they were one of the best things I've ever eaten. A flavour combination I'd never had before, whiskey, an almost cheesy umami from the mushrooms and fish eggs and perfectly cooked sliced scallops presented in a flaming inferno. Incredible. The service was friendly but slightly lacking. After ordering the scallops, they were brought to me on fire. I was surprised but fine with this, and the waitress told me to be careful moving the shells because they could reignite. So after a while watching the flames I started carefully tucking into the dish. A waiter came over and stressed that "usually" people wait until the flames have died down. Well I'm not accustomed to dining with fire. Maybe if someone asked if had had this dish before, I could have been properly informed. After I finished the scallops, I tried some of the sauce that the shells were sitting on. It looked like sauce overspill. However it was a thick salt solution I imagine was required for the flaming whiskey to burn for so long. It would have been nice to told about this because it was revolting and left a terrible taste in my mouth. After I first sat down and ordered drinks I asked that the food and drink receipts could be made separate. I mentioned again the second time I saw the waitress because I appreciate this isn't a standard request. She agreed. The receipt was brought to me as one, and I had to make the request a third time. And they had to reprint the receipts. So yeah, amazing food, the people were friendly and the atmosphere was great but they need to focus on the level of service. The food deserves 5 stars but the lack of info on a peculiar dish, and the blunders around the receipt can't be ignored.

Went from London as we was staying in Swindon. We thought lets try this restaurant, I must say the food was amazing everything was perfect. You should try the king prawns starter and the beef skewers. The customer service was absolutely great, kept checking on us if we was okay. Definitely will visit again, if I'm around that area.

Can't beat Kenzos for quality food and atmosphere . It's always buzzing in here and the food is excellent . I would have liked vegetables with my pan fried sea bass however . It came as stated on a bed of tomato salad but it wasn't enough. Other meals on our table looked better value for money and I still felt hungry after eating but the food was still tasty. The cocktails here are really good and you can get two for £10 if you both have the same one . Staff are excellent . Bar staff, waiting staff and management. All friendly , attentive and helpful .

Went for a meal last friday, just the two of us. First visit out to eat since lockdown eased. Service was amazing, met at the door with temperature check, hand sanitiser provided, table cleaned in front of us. Staff were so friendly, we were given complimentary prosecco. Food was excellent. We have been to Kenzo 72 on a number of occasions both as a couple and with our teenage children. The food has always been amazing, staff friendly and good value for the quality of food. I have seen some reviews commenting on the price but personally I don't think it is expensive for the quality and quantity. Nice cocktails too.

Good food, drinks, service and the like. Desperate need for extractor fans to deal with the cook your own steaks though. The stones for which could also do with being a bit bigger as they won't quite keep their heat through to the end of cooking. Staff will happily swap for fresh ones though! Definitely worth trying.

Very nice to let me in on a Saturday night without a reservation. Atmosphere was rich and inviting. Staff friendly. Presented with what was like prawn crisps along with sweet chilli sauce. Crisps were crisp but bland. Service was very attentive and food service quick, but was there at opening so the place was not too busy. Had the mixed tapas to start and everything was delicious except the.calamari. It was a little overcooked and rubbery and the breaded coating had no crisp. Grilled Teriyaki Salmon for main. Was a huge portion of salmon cooked beautifully but the skin was not crisp. The teriyaki sauce was light and sweet. Really enjoyed the mix of veggies on the plate. Did not have dessert or cocktail this trip, but will most definitely return for more. Prices were slightly higher than average, but the portion size makes it worth it.

Kenzo is one of if not the best place in town. Uniquely balancing restaurant, bistro and a bar feel with unique selection of good food. The staff is pleasant and helpful, cocktails are as they should and if you’re lucky you can get two for one. I’d recommend this place for a night out but mind that it may get busy and a little loud.
