K. B.Have eaten from here on a number of occasions and happy each time. Had a couple of larger sharing dishes, one of chicken with chips and the other spiced wings. Well cooked, still hot when we got home. Quick service, friendly staff.
A.Amazing customer service, this guy dropped their whole order while they were leaving, they just replaced the whole order without even having to ask for it, they came out and cleaned the mess and were very polite. And well the chicken wings I ordered were finger licking good as well; definitely going back. 👍
a. a.Thank Ü very much for being open on 25th December, unlike McDonald's, KFC and BurgerKing. Keep up good work. I like your chicken more than KFC as theirs are WELL over salted. Your portions appear to be more generous than KFC and your crispy coating is MUCH thinner and tastier than KFC. What also I very much apreciate is that we could understand each other well and unlike in KFC your staff members are very helpfull, not arrogant and do not sound like a Mumbai call centre.

J. W.Yeah the food is good, super quick delivery and all the staff are nice and friendly. Definitely recommend for a late night if you haven't cooked yet.

C. H.Ordered my food at 18.30 by phone and was told it would be 45 mins. had to wait 10 mins in the shop for my order which was fine. On getting home with my order I was disappointed with part of our meals owing to some of the chicken boneless fillets and the bbq lamb ribs being very very dry and hard to eat. I called the shop and made my complaint. On speaking to the shop manager, a lady that was very polite and apologetic I was offered another part delivery but as it was getting late and past my eating time I was happy with the part refund. The receipt for my refund was delivered to my home shortly after my phone call. I am happy to say that this matter was dealt with promptly and efficiently. I will of course be ordering again 😁.
L. H.Food is normally of a good standard, sometimes the chicken has been reheated which leaves it dry and quite nasty. When the food is fresh, it is so much easier to consume.
