A great place to eat and drink( particularly the 2-4-1 cocktails) staff are fantastic, friendly and helpful. Nothing is to much trouble. Can't wait to come back again

After being let down by another venue, the guys at the Ridge were able to accommodate 16 of us at short notice. From start to finish the staff have been great and the food very tasty (loved the mac cheese and pulled pork) and it all turned up hot too. So glad that the other place let us down now!

One of the few places in Swindon you can get barbecue-style food. Very happy with the portions and the quality of the food. Service has been OK, though perhaps a little slow at times. Beef brisket and pulled pork are excellent, and the Philly Cheesesteak bun is very nice. If you're after a challenge, the tap out meat platter is a beast... definitely make sure you've got an appetite before ordering!

The food is absolutely incredible, the only thing that isn't ideal is during busy periods it takes a really long time to get your drinks, so much so our group was ordering our next drink as soon as our first one was brought out as they took so long.

Super good! I love going here with the fam! Except Mac and cheese is super greasy and chicken tenders are overcooked. But everything else was amazing. And service is great. You should come with your family for dinner!

Popped into The Ridge with a small group of friends before going to watch a movie mid-week. The menu had a decent selection to choose from and the food was good. The one downside I would say is due to the bar operating a table service only policy. Despite our friend ordering about 5 minutes before the rest of us arrived, it still took another 10-15 minutes or so for them to arrive, and there were only a few other tables occupied at this time, so that wait could be far longer on a busy night. It did put us off ordering another round as we were getting to the end of our meals, as we couldn't be sure how long it would take. I think this is something that needs to be looked at as we had a similar experience a few months back, and was told that the 40 minute wait on that occasion was due to us ordering a couple of cocktails along with the beers.

There were 10 of us, 8 adults and 2 children. It was a family gathering for a birthday. The staff we're all very friendly and attentive. If we asked for anything, it was met with a courteous, of course, and was immediately delivered. They have a small lift, up to a raised level, tat has 3 steps up to it. I managed to come down the steps, but couldn't get up them, So I used the lift. Each time I went to use the lift, someone would come over to help. Just as you're trying to work out how to use it, (which is very simple, just 2 buttons), someone was there. When we came to pay, the young man on the till, was very calm and helpful. As we each paid for our individual orders. I would highly recommend this place and I can't think of anything negative.
