We ordered to eat in a Cheese and Bacon dog, double cheese burger, Cajun fries and two milkshakes one bacon and salted caramel absolutely stunning and service was fantastic. Staff where gloves which is huge for me very hygienic as opposed to other fast food places. Worth the money Very good 5/5

Been twice since opening, the restaurant was absolutely spotless, and extremely busy (lunchtime) the staff were very efficient and pleasant. The burgers are absolutely superb. Cheese burgers and grilled cheese sandwich with a beef patty were delicious. Vanilla milkshakes, one with just cream and the other with Reese chocolate are next level.. 😋 Fries were good, maybe a little too much cajun seasoning on one of the portions. But overall a extremely good experience. Thank you 🙌

Had lunch here today with my son. We were served within 2 minutes and received our food within 10. The staff are very friendly, the restaurant was clean with great music and a welcoming atmosphere. Food was incredible and the portions were bigger than I expected! Will definitely be eating here again.

I could not fault Five Guys, the burger and Cajun sea seasoned fries were to die for. Furthermore, the portion size was huge. It is a fantastic idea to choose your own toppings (WARNING! the Jalapenos are quite hot). Bottomless drinks were expensive considering the food portions being very filling so getting your monies worth of drinks is very difficult. Overall experience is worth a mention as the staff are fabulous and very cheerful and clearly they are enjoying their work, also loved the music playing in the background. If you have not tried Five Guys, then get down there and give them a go. They are a lot dearer than your Maccies and BK, but you get what you pay for... Superior Burgers, nicer fries ,better ambience and better drinks options 👍

Went on opening day for my husbands birthday super friendly and welcoming staff ready and waiting to take our order. Food was really nice. Looking forward to bringing my daughter for a Reece’s shake! Good luck all

Food was excellent tasting. The chips were served in brown paper bags. Even though we ordered to eat in. Two portions in one bag which I personally don't like for hygiene reasons. On the plus side, it's friendly to the environment. I would still go again.

We had burgers fries and milkshake. Burgers with the FREE extras (choice of about 10) are out of this world 10 out of 10. The same with the shakes, loads of choices of flavours (even bacon, not sure how that works?) I had banana and salted caramel, really thick and very tasty. But the fries were OK not the best but not the worst. The portion of the fries are BIG. I personally next time would pop over to Macies over the other side of the carpark and get some of there fries. Overall the food was 9 out of 10 just the fries let them down a bit. I most definitely would go back and stuff my face their or any of the Five Guys outlets I've been to 2 in Birmingham and the standard was the same very tasty burgers.
