Hit and miss, sometimes perfect but had too many cold stale meals. I understand you can take it back and get another, but then you have to go back into the drive-through and wait in the queue, I could walk inside and get it changed, but that makes the drive through pointless. The last one was so bad that I won't be going back for a while.

It didn't seem very busy, but the food took nearly 30 minutes, and was cold when it arrived. Also missed the beans and the sauces. We went because we'd been to the cinema...wouldn't use that KFC again.

The food here is excellent and in fact in my opinion tastes fresher and better than my local KFC in Stourbridge. On top of this the customer service quality is exceptional. Just been through the drive through and all staff involved were polite, friendly and helpful. From taking the order to paying and collecting the food everyone working the drive thru was brilliant. In fact, every time I've visited this KFC the customer service and freshly cooked food has been consistently excellent and a credit to all involved. Will definitely be returning.

Better service this time, a little faster on the drive through, nice warm food. They always seem to miss out something, such as the sauces, and so you have to go back for them. The toilets and their floors need to be cleaned to a higher standard.

I went though the drive through. It's a bit confusing at first to know where to go as the Burger King drive thru is right next to it. I almost turned down the wrong lane! It was signposted clearly so that helped me out. It was quite busy with a few cars in the.The service was quite fast and easy considering the busyness of it. The food was served hot and my order was all correct. It tasted really good and fresh. The only problem I had was that they did not ask me what sauce I wanted and game me one I disliked. Staff were very friendly and cheerful. They were able to swap the sauce they had given me with no problems. They provided a great service. I left feeling happy and satisfied. Would go again and would reccomend to friends and family

Quick and easy service, took no more than 5 minutes from placing order and receiving food. Food was hot, tasty and good value for money. Would recommend.

Have been here numours times,as a fast food outlet not exactly fast,be prepared for a line of traffic waiting to get attention and whatever you do don't go past the red ordering box even if you say hello as cashier just round corner is dealing with customer at window,if you ignore red box cashier won't process and you have to go on round building and wait on those waiting for their orders then join queue at front again,which invariable will be longer than when you started,also most times when you order they can't fill it e.g no beans no dips,but if you enjoy sitting in a queue of motors filling your lungs with fumes I wish you well.

It was nice, quiet and the atmosphere was pleasant. The staff appeared to enjoy themselves which translates into good food. One of my best visits to a KFC yet the only let down was store cleanliness, it wasn't bad but considering the few people in there it probably could have been handled. Can't knock anything else though.

It would have been five stars, however, when I got home I realised they hadn't put the pot of rice I had ordered and paid for in the bag. This is happening more frequently across the fastfood network. I have not experienced it here before though. Word to the wise. Check your bag before you leave.

I'm sure the food is great but when we got there after a day of hiking, we got to the front of the drive thru queue and they said can't take order cause internet is down. I guess issues happen but not being able to serve cause internet is down seems a bit silly. Location was great tho, just off the motorway.

Pre ordered expecting food to be brought out when we arrived but we still queued behind the same drive through so waste of time preordering. The parking area was full of rubbish so not pleasant eating you're food in that environment.

An ok KFC however the menu (with prices) should be located "away" from the drive-through lane so you can park up, look at the options available, make note of what you want, "then" drive through the drive-through lane and order. Last time I visited I had to park up, get out my car, walk over to the drive-through lane and take a photo of the menu, get back in my car and decide what to order.

It's just like any other KFC. For some reason every time we go to kfc there is some kind of problem like they've forgot to give us something or no spoons or just a little thing like that. The food is good and obviously service is quick.

Just went in on the second day of the governments 50% off and 5% VAT deal. The staff were completely run off their feet. Swamped with customers and long queues of drive through traffic, all with the covid restrictions. All members of staff remained calm and very polite. We were incredibly impressed. Massive well done to them. :)

Visited this store a few weeks back and was served by a lady Im sure was called Tracey. We were the classic nightmare customers who wanted to completely customise an order - removing things and adding them on, all the while a queue was forming behind us. Tracey stayed calm and collected, polite and worked fast to get our order completed. Absolutely fantastic customer service. Thankyou so much!! Your happy voice and face went a long way.

Design of the building makes it cold at this time of year. The self service screens do not give you all the options from the menu, so we needed the nice young lady at the till to take our order. Food was as expected, but service a little slow.

Called here last night via drive through to pick food up for 8 people and the first thing i found when ordering was they were a bit short on my request due to being busy. so i was offered an alternative instead of waiting for more chicken to be cooked which was extremely good of them. I definitely did not go short of food they looked after me and some. I found the staff to be extremely polite friendly and smiley. Unlike the Madeley branch they were very very customer oriented and a credit to the company. Thankyou ladies for a very pleasant fast sevice five stars and highly recommended. Richard

Food was actually really good. Hot and fresh. My problem is the amount of staff stood around talking about computer games and not working. The dining area was a complete shambles with food all over the floors and every table had mess/left over food all over them. There was no toilet roll in the toliet and 3 out of 4 soap dispensers were empty. But apart from that all good!

OK place to visit on way to cinema. Very quick service, zinger burger had been sat for a while and wasn't hot. Much quicker service than someone who went to BK next door and gave up on it as ahe queue was ridiculously slow.

Ordered 2 zinger meals to eat in, had to wait which was not a problem but the chips were cold when the meal came out, I took them back and said they were cold and then I had to wait over 10 minutes for chips, by which time we had to eat the rest of the meal otherwise it would have been cold. A little disappointing.

Charlotte is the star of this location. She cooks, serves, and has a perfect disposition for customer service. Whomever hired made a good choice. 6/5 stars for Charlotte. Unfortunately the food and the lady working in the front of house tonight cleaning were at best 2/5.

We were waiting in the drive thru for 30-40 minutes because the machines were down and they didn't shut the drive thru down. It was ridiculous. I wouldn't go to that one again. However, there was a lovely girl there that served us called Amy. She saved the trip.
