Telford’s original KFC restaurant however you wouldn’t know it. The restaurant is clear well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. Our meals were warm and tasty. However it did take a while for the food to arrive. There’s a good size car park to either side, please be aware of the parking time restrictions which is via an ANPR system. Theirs also a very small outside eating area

It's our wedding anniversary today and we could have gone out for a slap up steak dinner, but all we wanted was a good old KFC. We ordered a delivery and I chatted with the member of staff and was delighted when our order arrived with a lovely note from the staff congratulating us on our anniversary and a couple of extras included with the order. What a lovely gesture and very well received. Thank you x

Only leaving a review because my phone came up with a you've been recently, leave a review, but as it happens it wasn't a Greta experience anyway. Went last Wednesday evening at a definitely not busy time, but after ordering at the self service machine, was stood at the counter for just under 15 minutes with no one in front of around me, and I know it was nearly 15 minutes as I was watching my order on the screen where the time was ticking. There was one guy at the tills doing the food orders (where, I say again, there was only me) looking Very flustered. When my order eventually came-which was only the one meal, and I could literally see everything that was included in my order was on the trays ready to go, and my drink had already been poured and on the counter, ready, it was not even lukewarm and the gravy was like water it was that thin.

First time dining in and Can say confidently that the restaurant area is kept clean and tidy to a reasonable standard. Food is delicious with self serve machines and deliver to your table to make the process easier.

To be honest it's the first time we have ever given a tip in a fast food restaurant, the guy on front of house was absolutely outstanding, he was dedicated and friendly and committed to his job. Unfortunately we did not catch his name to big him up. Keep up the good work!! 👍

Went to this one the other night after a poor showing in Telford before. This completely blew my mind... The chicken wasn't greasy, it was quickly prepared and roasting hot. It was still hot when I got home from after a 20 minute drive. A really nice meal, good value and tasty!

The Zinger burger was tasty, yet the fries left an awful a lot to be desired. KFC has never been famed for its fantastic fries but the are getting worse, just because the skins have been left on, it shouldn't mean they're soggy. The place was empty, perhaps they'd been left there for too long.

A quick drive through with little delays. A bit irritating to pull our of the car park into the busy road but good other than that. Food is fairly good most of the time and the staff are polite and seem to be interested in service as a whole. Had a couple of iffy zingers in the past but the rest of the time the food has been good.

It was my first visit to this KFC since its been refurbished, I've been to this KFC a few times before the refurbishment. The staff was friendly, the food was nice and cooked well haha. But there's one issue and that issue is the unisex toilets, I prefer male and female to have separate toilet rooms for safety reasons, but other than that, great 4 out of 5 stars. ☺

Nice KFC... can be frustrating though when they change the flow of the drive through and they tell you to drive around again because you have driven past the pay window that 90% of the time they do not use and you are only doing what you do most of the time. People are creatures of habit - so it is best to stick to one way people do business with you. Macdonalds stick to the same process 100% of the time so people know what to expect. When they have told me to drive around again to pay at a different window to the one I pay at 97% of the time I have just driven off in frustration and not returned for a month. I understand that is probably a "me" thing but when you near enough always pay at window 3 and on a rare occasion they open window 2 to take payment instead without you knowing, having kids arguing in the car and when you get to window 3 they refuse to take your money telling you you can't have any food unless you drive around again to get to window 2 you feel like swearing at the seemingly unreasonable person at window 3. Other than that most of the time the service is good. Food is fine - never had a complaint. There are worse KFCs out there.

They had gravy! They actually had gravy. What has happened to KFC recently? It doesn't matter which one you go to in Telford, if it's after lunch you can't get gravy. To me that is a big thing. I may just be being an arse but the first thing I ask is "Do you have any gravy"? If the answer is no then it's a polite thank you and out the door to Subway or MacDonald's. Is it too much to ask to be able to walk into a take-away at 6.00pm and ask for something that is a constant on their menu? Is it too much to ask that the staff would realise that they run out of gravy daily and make a larger quantity? Sorry, that was a stupid question. It's Telford.

KFC is KFC. I've been to a few across different continents and find that they work towards the national taste. So if you are unwilling to eat the battered fried skin, you should give this place a miss. The fact they don't keep pepper for us is annoying but perhaps their rule. This place is regular like all other. Same old....
