Another great Nando's here in Telford! Spacious, very clean, and had my favourite special back on the menu so it was perfect. The staff were welcoming and due to a busy early evening session...their friendliness was slightly subdued. My friend's half Nando's chicken looked delicious and was and my special "Portuguese chicken livers" was back on the menu, so good and so delicious! Thanks Nando's for another great meal and restaurant! Recommend...

We came in a Friday night for a conference and as there was a group of us we didn't know what time everyone was getting there.. the staff were very accommodating and managed to seat us . Even though we left and went back .

Food was good. Service was slow despite having several members of staff walking around. we are a table of 4 and there were only 3 other tables of guests. Our food was sat at the window for about 5 minutes with 3 different staff members walking past it before a lovely server from the tills had noticed it sitting there. I definitely recommend the ' Peri-TAMER' level of spice if you like BBQ . Yum!

By far the best Nando’s I have been to and I have been to Nando’s locations up and down the UK during my travels. The service was impeccable here at Telford, the restaurant was clean and food cooked to perfection and piping hot! I enjoyed my first visit so much I actually went back the next day!!

This nandos does takeaway with its own seperate sauces sachets. We opted for the takeaway, however i have eaten inside many times before. There is usually a wait whenever you visit however this isn't for long. If you get a seat near the windows there are some nice views of Telford Town lake.

3rd review Visited 9th April 2022 3 Stars Not much has changed since my last review, Food was better post lockdown and most items available and 20 minute wait for food. But... Portuguese atmosphere nowhere to be seen or heard. Shame when that was one of the major factors that lead to the success of this chain. (Below my last review) Well previously I'd rated Nando's 5 Stars across the country I've been to many and I've been going to Nandos for the past 20 years one of the first ones in London amazing but unfortunately I'm afraid to say that Nando's has lost its way. Nando's used to have a fantastic Portuguese atmosphere which is just as important as the food that you eat they have changed their menu they might even deny this but they have changed the way that they they cook and prepare the chicken added ingredients that were not needed. They now care more about out the look of the food than the preparation. Now before I rip into the staff they are just normal people who needs Direction the ones that I have witnessed in the restaurants that I have been to have not been trained to do their job properly. And you can see this reading the reviews. Come on Nando's get it together get it right and maybe you'll find that your restaurants will be packed out once again. Below was my previous review at 5 Stars (Great atmosphere, great food. The few times I've visited, I've not waited long. For a group of 3 Adults and 2 Children, the bill was well under £60. When I've been with the wife it was a very affordable £17)

We went here a week ago as a couple and weren’t very impressed. Chicken bones on the floor by where we were sat, waited 20 mins in the queue to order food where only one lady was serving although there were two tills and 16 staff on, the manager who I think was called Dave just wondered round saying how busy it was instead of jumping on the other till to get the queue down and to top it off, I had a bit of chicken breast that was questionably pink!! I left it but didnt find it until the end of the meal.

Only problem is they either burn the garlic bread every time we order or under cook our chips ! When eating in food normal takes a lot longer to have as they are always so busy in evening ! Your best to go abit earlier to avoid disappointment. Shame the restaurant size is so small for seating as it certainly isn’t big enough

Went here for lunch on Saturday. Their order booking system was down, the manager did a fantastic job explaining the situation to all the new customers and making them aware on the possible delays that might cause due to computer system failure. They were writing down all the orders and managed the kitchen efficientky. Our order came without any delay! Food was great as always.

Haven't been for a while but never disappointed when we go. They have a QR code for virtual queuing which I'm guessing was a necessity when it was eat out to help out. It's in a good location in southwater so easy to find with the award winning town park on its doorstep if you fancy burning off the extra calories.

Having a table allocated was good, I found the menu lacking in any detailed description of the food on offer and when I did ask at the orders counter for more information I was met with a blank stare, so best to do a little research before you order. I was thirsty so I really appreciated the bottomless drink options. If I'm honest I thought the Food didn't really live up to the hype.

Food and service were fine, very fast and they explained clearly how to order in the current situation. Barely any staff wearing masks/visors which was a bit uncomfortable as they put food/drinks on tables and get very close. Not sure how often they wash/sanitise their hands either between taking dishes out as they're touching plates too- maybe staff could wear gloves and sanitise before handling plates. Better measures could be taken here for staff and customers safety.

However, they were probably understaffed because there were no napkins in any of the napkin holders and hand dryer not on in the ladies toliets (with no tissue to dry your hands with). Food is what you expect of Nando's. I enjoy their food and no complaints about the quantity or quality. Wait for food was pretty long. Some of the tables are positioned awkwardly that cold air hits you when the door is opened in winter. Not very thoughtful sitting arrangements by our hostess.. even though it was not full and there were warmer places to sit at, we were offered a table by the door..

Getting a seat and ordering our food was no problem, got seen to pretty quick. As time went on we noticed people.who came in after us were getting there food. After almost an hour i got fed up and spoke to the supervisor to see where our food was at. He asked for a receipt because they couldn't see our table number. Gave him the receipt and the girl behind the till put us down as table 4, meaning either our food was taken by somebody else or it was declined and then thrown away. The supervisor fair play to him reacted quickly and got us our food as soon as possible. It was surprising as I come here quite a lot and the service has usually been on point.

The same as any other Nandos. The food was great as always and cooked to perfection. The service was as expected, they bring your food and clear your table. The restaurant is nice with plenty of seating, large ceilings, and nice decor. What more could you ask for.

It was OK, never been to nandos before and to be honest it wasn't anything spectacular, I Iike chicken and peri peri, which is lucky as that's the only thing on the menu, virtually none existent alcohol selection, zero service, and the puds were late getting to the table. If the food wasn't as tasty as it was this would not have been 3 stars but I did enjoy the meal.

It came as described with the heat I was expecting (I have had meals that have been described as hot and turned out to be quite mild). As a Portuguese who has had more chicken piri-piri than I care to admit I had always been reluctant to venture into Nando's but the chicken (medium) tasted really good and is very similar to the "real" thing. I tried the bottled sauces with caution having just a bit on the side of my plate and that was a wise decision. They taste like processed mass produced sauces because.... that's what they are. I will stay clear of them although the lemon sauce was passable. In conclusion, if I avoid the sauces, this chicken is very much a taste of home.

Most people know the new Nando's that are popping up all over the UK nowadays. I remember the very first Nando's Restaurants that opened up in London. We used to eat in (and out) at the one near Earles Court. The food was amazing then. The sauce was different and better. Why change? Management seam to think they needed change at some point and all they needed to do was add more products, not change the recipes. That said, I will continue to visit Nando's on a regular basis as the food is still good. Would be so good if they introduce an original menu!

Food is good and service is quick. I am from Wolverhampton and usually visit this particular Nandos instead. At busy periods you can still get a table relatively quickly, less than 20 minutes (table for 2). I wolverhampton waiting times can be up to 2 hours. Parking in the multi story is also great and super convenient.

every time i have been to nandos in telford, its been awesome, staff where friendly, food always spot on gorgeous. only complaint I have had was one the floor staff a girl who you could tell did not want to be there complaining her feet hurt only after being on 4 hours! moaning constantly to her friend that she hasn't had a break yet and ignoring customers waiting to be served. spoke to the manager about her actions and I hope her attitude has been sorted out, as her attitude was not nandos at all and I have been to going to nandos for 18 years an that has been my first complaint.
