The food is so delicious! We ordered a large mixed grill because my partner thought he was going to finish it, of course he didn't because it is, in fact large but they let us takeaway the Leftovers! Lamb chops and chicken tikka were to die for and the garlic and chilli naan was yummy but very spicy which caught me off guard. They weren't kidding around with those chilli's! Would return and recommend.

Had a family meal here today, 7 of us for my moms birthday and we had such a lovely meal and deserts. Staff were friendly and service was very quick, food was beautiful. Will definitely return 👍🏻⭐️

Mixed Grill We regularly visit this mixed grill pub. It has been renovated to a very modern standard with lots of tv screens in the bar area. This is always good for watching football and boxing. The food is very tasty and i always get the mixed grill, I would recommend the chilli paneer as a side dish as well. My wife is vegetarian and loves this place. There is ample ample parking at the back and a smoking area outside. There is also a seating area which is nice in the summer. The bar area does tend to get busy and loud, however you can sit in the resturant area where is quieter.

I have walked past this place a few times and wanted to try. I found a leaflet that had also been posted when I first moved into the area and realised they serve indian cuisine, which I do really enjoy. So my partner and I booked a table. The building is really nicely decorated and kept clean and tidy. It is a mix of modern decor with lovely dated beams. The outdoor area, while we didn't sit outside due to rain, is well presented and would be lovely to sit in the summer. The food was delicious, and despite wanting to finish every bite, I couldn't quite do it. You get more than you realise and we were nicely filled - and we only had mains with 2 sides to share. Staff cleared the tables quickly and it didn't take too long for the food to come out. My only gripes were a) how expensive the drinks are. The food was great value for money but over £10 for 2 drinks was a bit much! And b) no one came back to ask us how everything was - nothing was wrong with our food fortunately, but I think it's pretty standard and polite just to pop back to the table and ensure that everything is okay, not assume it is. Other than that, I enjoyed the experience. I would eat again but will stick to a soft drink or water in future.

This is one of those cruelly underapprecited gems in totally the wrong place. We'd set out for something totally different, but when that one was closed our friends suggested the hop and vine. The pub is beautiful inside and out, the staff were attentive and nothing was too much trouble we had a young baby in our group and they didn't bat an eyelid (as some places can be a bit stuffy against kids!). The food arrived quickly and was piping hot and fresh. Everything was perfect, not a single thing to mark down atall. A lot of effort and money has clearly gone into this place to make it as successful as possible. We will be back (two of our party are already regulars). All the best guys, and thanks for a perfect meal!

This is the first time I have been in here, but I liked it. Its like a mixture of a curry house and sports bar... thats a good combo in my world. I didn't eat but I wanted to, its smelt lovely. There were loads of screens with skysports showing the footy, golf and cricket. Decent beers, fair prices, food looked reasonably priced. I will go back again and hopefully try the food next time

Great place to enjoy the football with lovely and polite staff. Food is good and it arrives quite quickly after order so great service in all. Only improvement for me would be a bit more flavour to the mixed grill, it was nice but a bit more flavour would have hit the spot.

I Loved going to this place, the food is great, but offlate the service has become terrible. Earlier (during tier system) , orders were taken at seats, and now everything needs to be ordered at the bar counter. Which is very distracting every time we need something to eat. The worst part is, even for a glass of water the guy, serving food said to go to the bar. Really ? I mean just for a glass of regular water ? You say this is an Indian Restaurant ( considering the large platter of Indian cuisines), however no INDIAN would refuse or deny a glass of water when asked. This is just insane.

The Hop & Vine is probably the best Indian pub restaurant around Telford, we always come here for celebrations & other times. Lovely food & always cooked well & very tasty, nice pint of cobra too!

Been here twice. First time was good when I had a grill only. The second time wasn’t as good. Grills were excellent both times Masala Chips Excellent On my second visit I had a curry. Chicken Madras was terrible and bland that’s no exaggeration

Popped in for a quick drink on a dog walk. Only sat in the garden. My wife went to the bar and someone came out with water for the dog. Only four stars as haven't been inside but look forward to visiting again soon minus the dog. Food smelt amazing and I will review on properly on next visit.

We received a leaflet for this place in the post and decided to give it a try. The building it lovely and new, it's very modern but it very much felt like a sports bar, huge TV with f1 and then football on, loud slot machines. Sports bars are fine but not what we were expecting from a bar and grill as advertised. The food was excellent, we both had a mixed grill and it's a lot of food for a great price! However the staff were very much distracted with socialising amount themselves and we'll known customers that we had to ask at the bar for our food to be popped into a take away bag and table cleared.

Great food, good variety of drinks and the decor inside is modern. Plenty ot TV's inside to catch the football if inclined. Nice garden to sit outside when the weather's good, what not too like. Lastly friendly staff is always good and gave us the history of the place when striking up a conversation. Will be back again soon to try other pars of the menu but would recommended the grill to share if it's on your first visit.

Have been to this amazing revamped old pub in Hadley, Telford. Very stylish and with a comfortable atmosphere. The Indian restaurant serves top quality authentic food. This was my third visit and there will be many more to come. If you enjoy Indian dishes then I highly recommend this place for a family meal or a cosy date. Smashing staff and great service. Visited The Hop and Vine with family in recommendation of a family member. The atmosphere was great too. The football was playing so it was quite lively. The food was really nice, came out fast and was cheaper than I thought. Would definitely visit again.

Food is very good - good selection on grill, covering chicken tikka, wings, lamb sheek kebabs. Order at bar along with drinks and food is served by friendly pleasant staff. Unfortunate that some of the clientele can make it feel slightly intimidating and seems (I could be totally wrong) to make you feel you are on their territory rather than a bar/grill.

Went to Leegomery to see old school friend, as it was my missus birthday yesterday 28/12/17, he said we had to try this restaurant. We got there an hour early just to have a few drinks and were sat down straight away after getting our drinks. I ordered the medium mixed grill and boy i was not disappointed, did not waste anything, it was that good. The only draw back is where im from the drinks are alot less than i paid for three drinks 2 fosters and 1 rekordaling £9.75. In my local would of been £7.80. But food great.

An unexpected gem! An Indian restaurant in a converted pub that provides a basic menu but with all dishes cooked to perfection. Even a couple of alcohol free beers for those who are driving or who do not want alcohol. Prices are very moderate, too and the refurb of the premises was undertaken to a very high standard throughout.
