Very well managed and served restaurant. We did not had to wait for a table even if it was Saturday night without booking. The food was excellent and served without much wait. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help. We went in four and had a variety of dishes like chicken and pork gyoza's and salmon and beef noodles. Finally the delicious fried banana and ice-cream as desert. All great.

Amazing food and staff, so welcoming! Came here first time with the hubby! Couldn't fault anything and I'm fussy as hell,also a buisness lady. I did ask for the manager and let them know how lovely it was 😊 Managers only hear of the bad normally, so I made sure tonight that they heard the positive. Will definitely be coming back and will recommend!

Fantastic food , well presented and delicious! The only thing they need to sort out is the service. Bar the girl who took our order they were slow and disorganised, but there could be reasons for that that we didn't know about, nether the less , waiting over 8 mins for cutlery whilst your food was sat going cold and having to ask twice is a bit off. Will go back , hopefully the service improves.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I MUST do this! Visited Telford Wagamama last night, not only the food came fast and was absolutely DELICIOUS, we had the most amazing server. I believe her name is Anna, omg she was a ray of sunshine. Her smile really do light your day AND her laugh 😂. She was amazing she recommend us the firecracker and the cherry blossom lemonade🌸. We are so coming back and I hope she’ll be working hehe. Faye the host was delightful, welcomed us with open arms when it was quite busy. Damn the staff was busy, Anna was running around delivering food and drinks so it was nice that she made the time to check on us and deliver our food as soon as it came out. 💕

Literally only come here because of 2 members of staff… Racheal is the loveliest member of staff next to Anna also my favourite! proper service and the food is in incredible I don’t think I could have better service to be honest and good choice of recommendations for food keep up the good work ladies we love you!

Finally Wagamama comes to Telford. You dont need to book a table and just wait at the door. We came lunch time and there wasn't a queue. Very spacious inside with lots kf different areas to sit down. We opted for the Udon noodles and chicken soup. Also had pork Bao for starters. The food tasted great. Chilli sauce and soy on the side of every table.

We tried to visit on our date night when it was recently opened but the queue was so big. However, we went for lunch today and what an amazing experience! We were a little nervous, as we were with 18 month old twins, but there was no need to be. The staff were so welcoming, made sure we were comfortable and had the best seats. Supported us with various food choices and made sure everything was okay. Food was AMAZING!! From start to finish, a really enjoyable experience. A massive thank you

So thrilled we finally have a Wagas in Telford! Visited fairly late on a Tuesday night and it was pretty busy. Service was a little slow despite lots of staff wandering the floor (seems only a select few can take orders and payments etc) but everyone was friendly and helpful enough. Food came pretty swiftly (albeit in drips and drabs) and was absolutely delicious. We will be back!

Had a lovely meal with friends. Food was fresh and tasty. Service wasn't amazing, we had to check on our drinks and ask for the bill three times (as splitting the bill). I would go back, just because the food was good-perhaps the service was just a one off?

Having seen so many poor reviews, we nearly didn’t go. But we thought we’d give them a chance to prove the reviews wrong & they certainly did. Our server Ola was attentive & helpful to us & all the tables in her section. She certainly was on the go all the time. Definitely no groups of servers chatting to each other. The food was amazing. I am not from the area but I was passing through and I love a Wagamama! The restaurant was really busy! This was last Thursday evening. The waiters seemed rushed off their feet but the lady who was serving us, Rachel, was absolutely amazing, she's a credit to the business. No matter how busy she was and how many questions we had, she made time to put her customers first, was always polite and so helpful. The food was also so good! Again, although it was busy, food came out hot and tasty!

Went on a Friday night and it was quite busy, food was good, but the front of house is lacking. The host was nice, but could have done with being at the desk more to tell us what the wait time for a table would be rather than clearing tables himself. after they took our drinks order, 10 minutes later came back for food order with no drinks, another ten minutes and I've had to ask three times and wait about half hour to get a glass of water. Tip for you, the bar needs to be on point, give the customer a drink asap, if I'm sitting empty handed I'm waiting, if I've got my drink I'm chilling. Also the cocktails are inconsistent, lychee Collins was nice first time, the second had way too much syrup.

We were lucky enough to be able to go to one of the previews for the new branch in Telford and it was a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived all of the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. My son is coeliac so eating out, especially at a new venue is always a stressful experience, but after enquiring about our dietary requirements, a manager took all of my son’s orders. They were knowledgeable and explained the procedures in place to make sure his food was safe for him which was very reassuring. All four of our party had a fantastic experience with delicious food and helpful and friendly staff. Thank you so much for a lovely meal and I’ll be recommending Wagamama’s Telford to all my friends!

I must say it's compact but doesn't seem small inside as you can get quite a few people in there. Seating is different as you sit on bench like chairs but are not uncomfortable. Food is good though I found interesting that the group of people sitting next to us had all eaten but one hadn't as the food takes different times to cook so be prepared for that if your a large group. I must say though their peach iced tea is one of or possible the best I've ever tasted.

Was lucky enough to visit on Premier weekend and it did not dissapoint. Food was crazy good and the staff were so polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend going to anyone. The only little niggle for me is the seating. It's not overly comfortable, especially if you're disabled. I am going to go back with my husband and see how he gets on and will edit my review accordingly. The decor is of course Japanese so i understand why the seating was chosen for the cultural experience. If you're near a wagamamas though definitely give it a try. I was amazed the first time I went and you will be to

We did click and collect and the service was excellent. In and out in minutes. Food was wonderful. All the flavour and aroma I expect from Wagamama. The food wasn't piping hot but I put that down to living 15 minutes away. Great stuff.

Great experience, staff are so friendly and welcoming. Food arrives quick, and tastes as good as always. I would definitely go again! I love wagamamas, and left with a full belly!

Great food and good service once you've ordered. However, stood like lemons for 20 mins waiting to be seated, whilst serving staff avoided eye contact, and then 15 mins waiting to order while the boy server talked to the cooks!

First experience in a wagamama, unfortunately they had a delivery shortage so couldn't offer all the menu. The girl at the reception told us the whole menu can be made gluten free (this turned out NOT to be the case) so quite disappointed. The gluten free menu was limited, but some items that were GF on the main menu was not specified on the GF menu. Our food was really tasty! And they do offer rice noodles which were lovely. Each of the glasses we were given were dirty and the cutlery was wet, so not quite 5 star service. But would visit again!

Decore is gorgeous, good atmosphere, friendly staff, great food. Can't go wrong. They missed my edamame beans off my bowl and my food was about ten mins behind the rest of the table, but besides that can't really fault it. I'll be back. Vegan food is lovely by the way I recommend the No Duck Donburi.

We visited this restaurant over the halfterm and I have to say the service was amazing and the food was even better. We have been to quite a few Wagamama's and this particular branch is the best we have ever been to. The Manager was a delight, she was very warm and welcoming. So were the other members of staff that served us. Service with a smile seems to be the ethos at this branch! Food came out at in good time, the place was clean, toilets were in good condition, utensils had no splash watermarks, food was a hot and clearly freshly prepared. If there was an extra star I'd give it. We loved the service so much we came back the next day....lol.

Excellent food yet the service after first service was non existent.

The food was very nice but my partners meal arrived over half an hour after mine, and when it arrived, some of the meal was missing. We were told that there was a problem with the computers and how the kitchen was reciving orders. They should have waited until this was sorted until opening in my opinion.

Wonderful place and very popular in the evening so aim to get their early or book ahead if they have the facility as there was a queue outside. Food was amazing and service was quick and attentive, we ordered Gyoza, Steamed Buns, Duck Donburi and Chicken Katsu and all was delicious. The food is cooked fresh and bought to the table as it becomes ready so this is not the usual order and have it all come at once deal but this did not detract from the overall experience as it made you appreciate it more when it did arrive. Could not recommend it enough for people to try, definitely will be going again 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Went in as a table of 6 adults, 2 children. Service was top notch and worked brilliantly around 1 person being celiac, plus a accommodating our friend in a wheelchair. A couple of meals took longer to come out than the rest (1 was a child's meal). When we raised this point, it was rectified swiftly. The management went above and beyond when they realised there had been a problem. Susie and Dylan were the ones who helped serve us (plus a younger lad who we didn't get the name of). Not perfect, but a lovely time out, and things resolved extremely quickly. Thank you to the team!

Went to Wagamama’s and my children was very excited. They asked for chicken fire cracker and then they brought out our food and bought us bloody MCNUGGETS( although they were exquisite).
