Calamari is disappointing (both portion and taste) when comparing to the same starter at Bella Italia and Pizza Express nearby. But the other 2 pasta are excellent, especially Ravioli, I finished it all which is quite unusual. Staff are also friendly. You can make the order with staff or online with your mobile phone. I have ordered the drinks with the staff and ordered food with their website. But I have problem with payment with the website so I finally paying using the traditional way with the staff.

Two weeks in a row, last week outstanding service, flawless, excellent service from young gentleman at the front, food hot, tasty. This week a little bit different, ladies serving not on their best day, food wasn't as good as last week, a bit of waiting time.

Very mixed feelings about this visit to Zizzi Telford. First of we booked a table but took a short while to be seated by a manager (for reasons I'm not sure). We were given menus but then shortly after was asked to order on line. The app is shocking, took an age to navigate. Gluten free pizza can be sorted but not Garlic Bread (why???) So from being seated to getting a drink was 20 mins, starter 10 mins later. So food was actually pretty good and the limited amount of table was fine too. I'm sad that the restaurant experience is now being lost to ordering online whilst being sat in a restaurant. Also Zizzi are now cashless!!! But are happy to receive cash tip. Make your minds up, are you cashless or not!!!

Everything was bob on food, service staff very helpfull nothing to much. Atmosphere not to loud could hear what you was saying to each other. Only four stars cause thier is always room for improvement but not much at Telford Zizzi.

A fairly basic experience , but was surprised when at 21h00 we asked for a coffee and was told no as the machine has been cleaned because we close at 22h00 ! Most people like to finish a meal with a coffee so shutting down the coffee machine an hour before closure doesn't seem very customer focused

Nice Italian restaurant with good food, drinks and service. Plenty of tables but not cramped. I had the Wild Boar Meatballs Al Forno which were lovely. They also coped easily with our party of 12 and service times were just right. Recommended for a nice meal.

We travelled into Telford yesterday for my mum and dad's anniversary meal at Zizzi's - we'd never been there before but it's now one of my favourite restaurants! The main reason is because they have a whole dairy-free menu (even a dairy-free chocolate dessert! 😋) and the staff are really friendly and go out of their way to make your meal just right. There's even an open kitchen where you can see your pizza being made from scratch and go into the pizza oven 🔥 So I can highly recommend Zizzi's for anyone who is dairy- or gluten-free, to be able to go somewhere and have a 'normal' meal for once! Bottom line: Excellent service, delicious food and spotless facilities, we are definitely coming back! 😄 🍕

Nice interior and also has outdoor seating, when staff levels allow it. Don't recommend here for buyagift vouchers as it's about £80 for the voucher and the menu you can pick from is very poor and has a price of £22 per person on it! Drinks and side orders are not included in the voucher so have to be purchased separately. Drink order was forgotten so waited nearly half an hour for it. After asking where it was, they still dawdled. They did knock it off the bill as an apology, though.

The four of us friends come to Zizzi almost every week …it has now become somewhat of a tradition and the food is always delicious. We are almost always served by the wonderful Rich. What a wonderful human! We have such a laugh and the service is impeccable. Rich is an absolute asset to the company. PS: no more Blackpool trips for you, Rich. Don’t leave us!

WARNING! CHECK YOUR BILL BEFORE YOU PAY! We went to Zizzi in Telford for my sons birthday on Sunday, we sat outside on the terraced area. It all started off very well. The staff seemed to be pleasant & we were informed when we were given menus that some things were not available. This was not a problem. We ordered our food & our mains arrived after a short time. The food was lovely & delicious. After we had finished our mains it started to rapidly go down hill. The children were exited when we ordered so we ordered desserts at the same time as we ordered mains. The young man who was waiting on tables inside looked at us a number of times through the window as he cleared tables inside the restaurant but did not venture outside to clear ours away. I had to go inside & ask for our table to be cleared & for our desserts. At the time the young man was stood by the bar chatting to the girl who was serving drinks & dancing with himself. It was the girl behind the bar who eventually cleared our table. The young man then came out with the desserts for my wife & myself. We waited for another 10 minutes but no desserts arrived for the children. I again went inside to ask where the desserts were, again he was messing around amusing himself at the bar. He finally arrived with the children's desserts 10 minutes later. We asked for the bill when we had finished & already less than happy with the service found the there was automatically a 10% tip added to the bill. I was outraged. The lady behind the bar apologised & gave us a refund on the service charge. I was very disappointed because it all started so well & the food was lovely.

Lovely staff- however the manager ( a member of staff told us who this was ) was extremely rude & abrupt and lacked severely in people skills. She did not crack a smile, nor was she friendly as she served our table. As I said she was very rude. However the rest of the staff were friendly and communicated very well with every table they served and were very approachable! After seeing the other reviews I was a little dubious about going but we decided to go anyway and I'm glad that we did. The experience that we had was worlds apart from poor review's. It was a Friday night and we got seated straight away. A member of staff came.to our table immediately to take drink orders and gave my daughter some crayons. The food quality and portion size were both good. Our waitress was very friendly, polite and helpful. The atmosphere was quite relaxed and quiet although the restaurant was rather full.

Fantastic food. Chicken and mushroom risotto was amazing. Could really taste the garlic and white wine. Full of flavour. Had the belly pork at my last visit which was also very good. Only slight negative was very slow service

We ordered our food online last night to collect the following evening. They didn't have our food order, the team member said that it was a technical issue. Strangely the customers behind us came to collect there food and it was brought out to them. So I find their excuse to be an untruth. We were then asked to wait for them to cook the food from scratch. Appalling overall and considering that we are currently in a pandemic restaurants need to be on the ball. We will not be back and I don't recommend them to anyone. An update Zizzi's has given me a full refund as a good will gesture 😊👍

Due to the rules around Covid we could not be seated early for our booking as they were at capacity but once you get around the whole - sanitise your hands, check in via NHS track and trace and have all the rules around face coverings explained (which I find testing at the best of times but especially when I’m tired) you understand that this is a hoop that all businesses are being forced to jump through to satiate a local authority/govt body and that underneath all that the staff are really great. Our waiter for the evening was young and seemed a little nervous but really friendly and eager to please, kindly providing us with a complimentary bowl of hand cooked pasta chips. The food was up to the usual high standard (we don’t get to Zizzi much where we are in Wales) so it was nice to be able to eat here. The Calzone Carne Picante was better than I remembered it.

First and foremost, as it is a restaurant, the food was excellent. The mains and dessert were both very good. Service was very polite, smiley and generally very good. They were attentive and not too pushy which was very good. The general atmosphere of the restaurant was great, very relaxed whilst still remaining professional. Ordered delivery from Just eat and it didn't turn up. Contacted the restaurant and they told us to get a refund and reorder though uber. I enjoy the atmosphere at this restaurant. The kitchen is open and it feels quite spacious all round. It's not great to sit in certain places when it is cold outside as there is a lack of a waiting area and it means the doors stay open and let the cold air in which is uncomfortable.

Very nice food, came here for mothers day good food. We had antipasto platter which was nice but had far too much bread and the mixed olives were six green olives scattered on the board so not very mixed lol. I had the pan fried Sea bass, mom and sister had crab cannelloni other sister had spiedini pollo chicken skewer. Everyone of us enjoyed our meal thoroughly mine was delish but I have a little complaint. My meal was bought out and presented as 'here's your seabass' and when I looked at it I realised instantly this is salmon but the waiter had gone and it was very busy (mothers day) so waited a minute to see if I Could grab someone's attention. Then my sister went and found the nearest lady who turned out to be a manager she came over and I explained to her what happened, she went to investigate (basically see if we'd made the error and I told her it was not possible it wasn't even on the mothers day 3 course menu) she came back said she was sorry about this but mine and somebody else's dinner had gotten mixed up and they would prepare my dinner immediately which was fine with me Mistakes happen and it was a busy day BUT I felt like they could have offered me something you know like a round of complimentary drinks or something but no. And I thought that was a bit unprofessional really but hey ho. Anyway we had desserts which were also very good I had the calzone which was quite big and very tasty.
