Visited Truro yesterday while on holiday and went in Burger King for lunch. It's a bit of treat for us because there isn't one in our local area at home. It didn't disappoint, the restaurant was really busy but the staff were super helpful and polite. The food was perfectly cooked with lovely crispy fries. Absolutely how a Burger King should be, well done!

Burger king Truro clean restaurant, good food, dedicated team of staff. Unfortunately they are still asking people to pay by card not everyone want to pay by card, hopefully they will allow customers pay by cash again soon. Apart from that a good place to eat with fresh hot food.

Burger King is one of the most iconic global provider of fast food. The snacks, chips and additives are very nice. It is suitable for those who are too busy to make their own meals or who fancy something different from their daily home made foods. I especially love and enjoy the flame grilled flavoured beef burgers and chips. They've also got a wide range of prices that can suit the pockets of s student or a working class person. There are also drinks that you can buy to take with your snacks. If you desire to seat in and eat, then that's also available.

Apon entry we could see it was rather busy, we ordered pretty quick, out order was ready is excellent time, the food was hot and while eating a memeber of staff was very regularly popping out to clear tables (made harder for him with ridiculously lazy guests who can't pick up their own litter!) Great job by all staff, it a shame customers were rude and lazy.

I visited Burger King in Truro on Saturday 4th June with my wife and grandson. The food was excellent, especially the fries which were nice and crispy. Shellie served us and she was extremely cheerful, polite and helpful, even going out of her way to accompany me to the self service soft drinks machine which I wasn't familiar with. A credit to Burger King. We will definitely be returning.

Nice place, unfortunately at the time they were taking card payments only, I'm not sure if that's permanent as the sign seemed fairly official. Otherwise decent food and service, I would definitely go again.

If you're hungry and fancy some food in town, Burger king is the place for you! The food is cooked perfectly & The lack of mess is fabulous. I recommend stopping here for some decent food. It usually gets busy on weekends, i recommend going before then. Unfortunately, they've removed half of the seating & you cannot order at the counter, order screens only.

Nice, big and clean restaurant. Staff are friendly. Ordering process is easy, self-serve fizzy drinks is handy. Food was ok, sadly mine was only lukewarm and a little disappointing. But still a nice place for a quick eat.

The staff was astonishingly kind, thorough and fairly fast, despite BURGER KINGS screens did not work, coffee machine did not work and their cleaner used a sticky floor cleaner. Only 1 staff at counter whilst waiting 40 minutes to be served, 2staff in the kitchen. In addition all online orders had to be packed by the only counter staff there. So, staffs done great, - Burger King 👑 NOT SO MUCH!!!

Has changed a lot since my last visit. It is now order by computer terminal on entry, and pay by debit/ credit card. Orders are delivered through a perspex screen( only reasonable because of covid restrictions) in a way similar to Argos, where your order number appears on a screen when ready. All the serving staff have to do is pass it to you, and wipe tables . Very confusing to an elderly person. What used to be a friendly ace to eat, has become a place where the staff are remote..

Loving the new self service drink machines, it's a shame you got rid of the booths much preferable than open seating (less staring / stops kids from running about ). Use the self service kiosk but the Whopper junior wasn't on it informed staff when collecting my order.

The branch itself is quite large and there's seating available. I've also ordered for home delivery and been pleased with my purchases. My only complaint is that you can't order regular Coke on Just Eat, yet it's still an option and you still get charged for it.

Whilst the food was prepared as you wait, the prices felt similar to that of a motorway service station. £2.50 for a portion of fries that come in the same size bag that McDonald's do their small fries. Don't get me wrong, they were hot and fresh but in my opinion.... overpriced.

The food is quite good and there are always offers on the app. They employ some exceptional staff. Rated 4 star as they rarely have more than one person serving even when there is a queue so it sometimes takes a long time to get served and they lose a lot of business. Management should prioritize serving above all and get 2 to 3 members serving as soon as there is a queue.

Food has always been good and freshly cooked. It's one of the cleaner Burger Kings I have visited. Staff always seem friendly. The only thing that lets it down sometimes is the service is a bit slow. I don't think this is an issue with the staff, more like lack of serving staff.

Visited at lunchtime and it was reasonably busy, however there didn't seem to be many staff on. Waited nearly 15 minutes for food after ordering. The restaurant was filthy, bins overflowing, trays left on tables with half eaten meals. Floor needed a good clean too as spilt drinks and generally very sticky. Customers had to clean own tables and there was no toilet roll in the very crampt toilets. The food itself was ok, but the state of the place puts me off returning.

Truro Burger king. Right firstly the food is better than McDonalds, but the service was very slow, only when the queue died down another staff member popped up. The cleanliness of the store also quite poor, with lazy customers leaving food cartons on tables, but took ages to be cleared. Toilets also poor and very small and looked like it had not been cleaned since opening that morning. Hence only 3 stars awarded.

I have been to BK a few times this year and the staff have always been pleasant. I have not experienced any slow service but I do only go BK after watching a movie at the Plaza cinema so it tends to be pretty quiet. There are two things that pull my score down: 1. the pricing is slightly too expensive for some of the burgers for what you get (never as full as the pictures - false advertising in my opinion) and 2. when getting BK delivered the menu is a lot smaller; less burger options, zero milkshakes and less desserts offered (I can understand not having ice cream as it would melt but milkshakes should be fine). 3/5 -- 4/5 if the delivery menu expands.

Can be super busy at certain times of the day, but is always worth it. Food is as delicious as you would expect. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The toilets are a little on the small side but all in all is a great place to go with the family to grab a bite to eat.

Prompt service, order all correct, no complaints just wish the toilets were bigger. Also as with most places the only baby changing table is in the ladies. Wish there was one in the men's as well as it makes it difficult for dads to take babies/toddlers out alone.

Very long wait to order when the restaurant wasn't that much busy. Would hate to be here at peak time. Three times this has happened now, and I would not recommend going here if you want a quick meal as you'll wait longer than expected.

Distinct lack of personality & welcome smiles. Can't say I blame them didn't see any signs of management, obviously just a cash cow for owner. Lettuce old limp & soggy. Jalapeño burger with 2 little slices of jalapeños and even less bacon,just as well as it was past its best a week ago. All portions shrunk in size since last visit 6 months ago. Won't be rushing back.
