This was our second visit. I forgot what I ordered last time, but definitely serving great food, otherwise, I won’t revisit. I personally love lamp chop frango, garlic naan and papadoms with 4 sauces.

Extremely impressed with these guy's, great customer service, great food, above all I must say the value for money in this place for the food is mind blowing and shocking. Four adults, drinks and the full works if this was in London I would have at least paid £120. However the total bill came to £66 is rather remarkable. The restaurant is very nice and furnished very well with good leather seats that are comfortable. They have a bar with a great selection of drinks as well and they also gave us a complimentary dish on the house as I was keen in trying the Tarka Daal. Thank You. ❤💯🙏

The staff are very friendly and attentive. The food is very nice and they are generous portions. The restaurant is clean and has a very modern feel. First time to this restaurant and will definitely be back again.

Family of 4 visited on a Sunday at 3pm, nice and quiet. Had the chutney tray starter with a load of poppadoms, very nice variety and very reasonably priced. We all had korma mains with a variety of different meats. All food was of high quality and well presented. Service is prompt. A nice little venue tucked away nearly out of sight. Will visit again.

Amazing food and great service, even though it was busy the food was served quickly and efficiently. The staff are helpful and friendly. Food is the perfect flavour and spiced to perfection. Been here several times with the family. Always great food, the staff are really friendly and its very clean. My only complaint was that the tables were really close together so its wasn't the place for a quiet meal, say for an anniversary, however its because it's very popular. Of course, that will not be the case at the moment. I'm booking again for next week, another birthday. Hopefully we'll get in.

Attended a leaving party, with roughly 20 of us. Service was fantastic, staff were always there when you needed them, never imposing and extremely friendly. We were all happy with our food. Of course we all have different tastes, so some preferred other versions, however none had anything bad to say; generally, everyone was well fed. I had a garlic prawn as a starter, which although small, was flavoursome and accompanied by onions and other ingredients that made up the dish. I enjoyed the lamb shank, which was delicious. Meat fell off the bone. Decent portion and full of flavour. I've never had a curried shank before. Utterly delicious. Toilets were small, yet very clean. All in all, a great little restaurant that knows how to cater. Well done 👍

Ate here last night for the first time and it was a brilliant experience. We hadn't booked but stopped by on the off chance they would have a spare table,which they did and we were greeted and seating straight away. The servers were all very friendly and helpful. The menu was easy to navigate and well explained within itself. Service was quick and polite. Food was very good, well presented, smelt and tasted amazing, great portion sizes and at a fair price. Honestly could not complain about a single thing and we will definitely be coming back!

It was very nice food. During these coronavirus times though we feel your staff need to be more vigilant in wearing masks always and keeping 2 metres apart from the customers. Seen evidence of this not being the case. This has got to be the case if you want your customers to return. This has got to be programmed into your staff with interaction with your customers.

I love the food here. The menu is good and not boring as with most places. It would be a five star review if I was reviewing only the food. It is hard to get in at weekends but that just proves how good the food is. It is a shame, the reason for only 3 stars, that they book large tables with lots of kids. I have nothing against kids, I have four. I just wish that sometimes parents would remember that it is a restaurant. Some seem to thing it's okay to let the kids run round and the mess... I just wish the staff would ask these type of families to sort themselves out so families like mine can enjoy their meals. Instead, the just ignore them.

First visit on a Friday night without booking. Eeek! Not a problem though. It was busy but we were found a table quickly. The decor is fresh, the seating very comfortable and the whole place has a comfortable and there is a lively atmosphere. A wide choice was available in the menu. I can't lie, I ordered far too much. That said it was great to taste each of the offerings and I cannot find fault at all. Prices were as expected so no shocks there either. We will definitely be returning soon. If you haven't visited I would definitely recommend Bombay 8.

I’m updating this review to say thanks to the staff at Bombay 8. Three years since my last 5 Star review and I’m pleased to say it’s still 5 Stars. The takeaway service during lockdown is fantastic and the management and staff handle the orders very well with social distancing. In a nutshell food is fab and the service as good as ever, well done Bombay 8, can’t wait to get back for a sit down meal with you guys once again.

Went to Bombay 8 restaurant23rd February. Had a gorgeous Indian meal all cooked with fresh ingredients. Went with my granddaughter and her granddad we all agreed it was brilliant. The service was fantastic. What lovely people. It's off the M62 junction 8 next to the travel lodge. Turn off at the Gemini sign. I have been all over the country for Indian food and that is fantastic. Worth the trip will go again.

The quality of the curry at Bombay 8 is really good and they will cook to order and give good recommendations if you need it. The stand out part though is the service which is excellent. The small things like opening the door for you etc really makes you feel special! Also if you come for a take away and you are waiting they will comp you a cobra to ease the wait. Truly brilliant.

Waiting staff are lovely, food is great! 1 Rice dish is plenty for 2 people, the naan is huge, and all fairly priced. They do take into consideration allergies as every time I go they make certain the ingredients are fine to eat. Definitely recommend but be wary if ordering too much and be ready for the heat in a 3 chilli dish!

We probably only visit twice a year but we have never been disappointed with the food or the service. If you ever go and you are willing to try something you have never tried before I would recommend the Chicken Tak Tak, it's amazing.

Food is more than decent but the service can be very slow as they are seriously understaffed. Took 30 minutes to place the order and then 40 minutes for the food to arrive. The starter came after the food. However the manager was very apologetic and even reduced the bill. Will definitely give it another go and hopefully service will be quicker. Lamb chop starter is my absolute favourite, never go without getting it. The food is very good. Tasty. The prices are slightly higher than what I am used to, but it is justified by the quality. The menu has a great selection, ranging from standard curries to house specialities. Naan breads are very nice. As for the place, it doesn't look amazing from the outside, nor is it large in size, however it is well located, with ample parking. The inside is wholesome and a nice environment to dine in. Staff are friendly and helpful. It is no surprise this place gets very busy. I have only been once, however I will be visiting again (several times) soon.

The starter were amazing ( I went for the mix starter) and had really high expectations of the main course that's when it started going downhill fast. It was night and day difference between the two courses extremely bland couldn't taste if I was eating paper or a chicken Rogan Josh.
