Spotlessly clean, lovely place. Staff friendly and service excellent. Coffee and cold drinks very nice and well presented. Didn't have food, but upon seeing others having food delivered to their table, we will definitely be returning to eat, as it looks / smells absolutely delicious and perfectly presented! Checked out the menu, which is extensive and very reasonably priced for what was being served, too!

What a great find right at the heart of the shopping area. Food and atmosphere really good. Had lunch outdoors in the sunshine. The staff were really helpful and happy in their work. Plenty of staff too making service happy, helpful and effortless. I had my dog with me and she was welcomed and staff took time to welcome her too. Bowl of water - no trouble. It was her birthday and she was treated to a birthday sausage. Flo also gives you 5 stars. Thanks to all the staff. We’ll definitely be back.

We visited for a late lunch and ordered their all day Veggie Breakfast, Pulled Brisket, Lemonade Sherbet and Virgin Mango Pina Colada. Everything was amazing and so filling. But the colada has my heart, it was soooo good 🤤

It was unclear when arriving for the first time whether we had to be wait to be seated or help ourself to a table so we had to ask. We were also never told whether it was table service or order at the bar (turns out either is fine). It wasn't very busy but the staff seemed rushed off their feet and it took a while for the food to come. Staff were forgetful (wrong chips and didn't bring the cutlery with the food) but they were friendly enough and apologetic, and the food was great! 4 stars for the food and the vibe (great lighting and seating, nicely decorated and good music that was loud enough that it felt private but not too loud that you couldn't have a conversation with those on your table). I'd go again.

Probably the restaurant I visit most in Warrington. Really friendly staff and a good variety of food and drink on the menu. The place has a really good atmosphere and more recently live vocals at the weekends (not 'in your face' but background ambience) which I really enjoyed. Favourites are the eggs benedict for breakfast and the buttermilk chicken when visiting in the evening.

An unexpected visit after traipsing round Warrington on Friday evening to find somewhere to eat. First plus point "yes we are still serving food". Secondly, the varied and interesting menu. My partner's Bang Bang Chicken was fabulous, and my Chorizo Hash was the tastiest thing I had eaten in a long long time. What more do I need to say? Prices were reasonable, service was super friendly and swift. This place deserves to do well. Go if you get the chance!

I've had Freshly Squeezed Orange 🍊🍊🍊 Juice! The food took about 25-30 minutes to arrive, but see it from the Bright Side - More Time for Conversation with our Friends/Relatives/Loved Ones! With my friend we've shared Amazing Vegan Tapas - chosen 3 - Spicy Black Beans, Patatas Bravas and Falafel with Hummus, Edamame and Spring Leafs Salad! Very Delicious! Even He's Not Vegan, but Definitely Enjoyed Them! I've had the Vegan Cheeseburger with Beyond Meat® which had NO DIFFERENCE in Taste, Texture Nor Appearance, than the Real Burger! At First I though it's a Real Meat Burger! They've Done it That Good! What an Optical Illusion! 👁️ Definitely Recommend for a Great Afternoon Dining Experience, even if you're Vegan - Rich Vegan Menu! 👩‍🍳🍽️🍴🍻🍸🍰

I want everyone in the locale to know just how much of an asset Dorado Lounge is. My fiancé and I visit at least twice a week; we make a special trip into Warrington just for this place - we live in Newton-Le-Willows (at the moment). The first and most imperative point I'd like to make is the about the staff. Without exception, every member of staff we make contact with are genuinely lovely. They are attentive, friendly, and so very welcoming. It really does show how well the staff are treated because all are guilelessly joyful - this is such a simple thing, but it shows in many ways, having truly happy staff is very apparent. Dorado does seem to be an exemplary branch of The Lounges, we have been to other branches around the country after the amazing experience of Dorado, they were great. it certainly did not meet the experience we have in Warrington. Now for the food. I would give Dorado a zero out of five - solely because the food is far too delicious, it's really not helping my lockdown weight. Everything on the menu (and we have had 90% of it) is scrumptious. We (well, I) love burgers. They have two new burgers on the menu - we were the first to order them, fyi! - the Smokey Joe (love the name, love the song) and a chicken burger with the most succulent blue cheese mayo! I am keeping this as concise as possible. This is truly a superb eatery, and to make it even better, they allow dogs! And crikey, Tosca, our springer spaniel is even more popular than we! They bring over a bowl of water without asking and even offer dog treats. Dorado truly make everyone wanted. We will miss you guys tremendously when we move. Thank you to everyone who have made our numerous visits incredible. Love you all. ♥️

Not bad at all. Had the chicken, bacon and avocado burger. Was fantastic! Been a while since I've had a decent burger. Great portion side, well presented and tasted as it looked. Price was fair. Timing was OK. Atmosphere had music far too loud to enjoy a conversation; however, it's not a restaurant. It's a drinks lounge. Order straight from website, so no need to get up. Will go back

I like it here. I would say it's a mid-ranged price point, all decent value for money and slightly better quality. The staff are always nice, although sometimes difficult to hail down (I think emphasis is put on using the app). Food is nice and is has a nice cozy relaxed atmosphere. It is also dog friendly which is great!

I don't regularly leave reviews but I came here for a meal and some drinks with a few friends last weekend and had such a great experience that I had to do so. We were seated very quickly and our food and drinks arrived quickly also. The food was excellent and they had great vegan options which was very appreciated. The cocktails were really tasty too! I wish I had gotten the name of our waitress as she was absolutely wonderful but I do remember that she had half blonde half brown hair and I believe she was American. She was so friendly and attentive throughout the whole evening- I really couldn't fault the service whatsoever, she is an absolutely credit to you!

I'd usually avoid a chain restaurant but I make an exception for this place because it does an amazing job at feeling local. The eclectic decor is quirky, comforting and cosy, just like your nan's house! The food, just like the service, is great too. A varied menu with good veggie\vegan options, but not too much choice (meant as a positive - I HATE massive menus), all fresh and delicious.

Relatively new bar/ restaurant set in old post office building in Golden Square. Very nicely converted into comfy family venue. Good selection of lagers, including a couple of Brew Dogs. Menu covers breakfast items, range of chicken & burger meals, and interesting tapas choices. Try out the 3 plates option. Staff friendly & efficient. Good quality food at reasonable prices. Would have liked a Craft Ale option ( though noted some good GF food & drink choices). Worth a return visit.

I visited the restaurant with my boyfriend and the food was delicious however when I went to the bathroom, and I passed towards the kitchen, there was a waiter who had his mask down speaking with the kitchen staff while some burgers were in front of him, basically at mouth level, which made me a bit annoyed, not only with the actual situation but in general, as he was basically breathing over the food. Not really looking forward to eat any food that has been so close to someone’s face. As we are requested to wear mask all over except when seated so should the staff. Now wonder we still in tier2🙈

Came here with my girlfriend about 7.30pm on Sunday 25th October, we had been here before but the woman servicing us went above and beyond, best service we have received there. Problem with the other halfs drink? Solved in 30 seconds. Problem in the kitchen? We were given free fries with our meal. Behind her mask I don't know if she loves or hates job but either way she is a credit to your business. I have visited a few other longes in the company over the last few years but this woman at Dorado gave me the best customer experience. We didn't feel like customers, we were looked after like new friends. 5* Company, 11/10 for your server!

I went here with some friends for a meal, it looks trendy and inside was really quirky with old style lamp shades and oil paintings on the wall. They weren't taking bookings just walk ins. Covid protocol was being kept to, all the tables were spaced well apart, there was table service and a QR code to scan. Just book and pay through your phone so it was really easy and the food and drinks came in reasonable time. The only issue with this is there is less communication, so you dont get asked if you want more drinks, have to remember to order more using the QR code. The buttermilk chicken was a little over cooked and there wasn't much chorizo in the burrito so thats why I can't give 5 stars. There's lots of different things to choose from on the menu and they have vegan options.
