This restaurant is absolutely amazing. The food is extremely delicious and well-presented and prepared. The menu has a lot to offer at a very good price as well. The staff is very nice and respectful. Very clean tables and scenery. Highly recommend them to all, try this restaurant. I can say that it is also consistently brilliant. Thanks for the good food!

We come here every year on our anniversary. And two staff members remember our annual visit and even our 1st names! Such a nice tribute to the staff that is genuinely friendly and helpful.. Food was delicious and hot as usual. A great place for me and my wife to relax and spend a few hrs eating and drinking without our 3 kids. 5 stars!

What a great place to eat Chinese food. The food was absolutely superb. We had the mixed sharing platter to start, with each item on it being 10/10. We then moved on to sharing half a duck with some salt and pepper chips and everything was just satisfying. The service topped it off, efficient and friendly. Can’t wait to go back. Good job!

Brilliant food delivered from here tonight! Easy to order, payment over the phone although there is the option to pay cash on delivery, arrived piping hot and large portions, everything was delicious! Thought we'd try it as our local Chinese was shut and very glad we did, will definitely order again in the future 😀

Had a few decent meals from here and usually delivered in good time .. however few occasions food has been a bit poorer then other times. Pork very dry and odd taste to it. Would recommend duck and chicken as very tasty. Still will order again even with small disappointments ;)

Been here several times with family and friends. Choice of menus always go for the all you can eat for £16 which is 4 course starting with soup, then starters, mains and ice cream. You can have as many as you want but when you go onto the next Course you cannot return back to the previous course. All food is cooked to order and so there will be a short wait. Bar is well stocked and reasonably priced. Staff are so friendly, would recommend highly.

I would just like to thank Jonathon and his team. We ordered a large home delivery last Friday to celebrate my son's 30th birthday (whilst socially distancing). We use the Dunham arms regularly as their food is always superb and a firm favorite with all the family - including meat eaters, vegetarians and also some fussy eaters. Our meal arrived on time, was packaged so that not only it stayed warm but also was easy to divide between 3 households and most importantly was absolutely delicious!!!!!!!!! Thank you again to Jonathan and his staff who are always very pleasant and helpful. If you haven't tried their food yet you really should!!!

Chinese family managing the business. Well kept beers and good food. Take away menu and free delivery locally. Nice hard working family. I manage to be there a few nights a week. They also have a great Thai menu, the Pad Thai is my choice. Bus stop outside on the A56 Helsby to Chester route. Good pub food with a difference!

Had takeaway from here last night to celebrate our 47th anniversary Chose set menu for 3, asked to change one of the set meals. No problem at all. Food was lovely, nice and hot. We have enough left for tonight's tea. Thankyou Dunham Arms.

This pub has dual character and it is neither Chinese this restaurant nor is it pub. Good service and good food but let down by simple things... no finger bowls for dim sum. No paper napkins. No chopsticks. Prawn toast undercooked. Spare rib overcooked. No choice of rice for main course. However the soup and crispy duck were excellent together with the rest of banquet B.

I stopped here for their lunchtime special. 2 courses for £6.95. I had the Salt and Pepper ribs, followed by Szechuan pork. My wife had crispy duck pancakes and vegetable chow mein. Both were extremely good. We will definitely go back again. They also do takeaway, which we'll be trying soon I'm sure!

Going to give this place 4 stars, for me everything is ok but to gain the 5th star I would like to see the prices reduced as can be expensive for what you get and food has not always been hot (was quickly rectified). That aside it is a safe choice and the quality is great, pubs easy to park at and is nice a quiet with no hussle and bussle of the busier centre restaurants.
