One of the best burgers we had recently. We had Classic Smash, Loaded chicken and Loaded beef. Lovely flavours, generous portion. Went there twice in a row when on trip to Warrington. I only gave 4out of 5 stars as on both occasions chips were only warm, On menu it says it is loaded with caramelised onions but actually it was raw red onions and lettuce laden was actually a plop of mashed lettuce - rather tasty but... . Not sure if it meant to be like that as on the menu it says "cold and crunchy lettuce laden" so 🤷🏻‍♀️ Otherwise it's beautiful and staff also very friendly, food packed nicely. There is no space to eat inside but there are benches outside to sit. Maybe it is Street food but definitely with high restaurant quality.

Found this place by chance. We had meals on two occasion. We had fully loaded beef and smash burger. Burgers are really good. Very good packing. Customer service is good and friendly people. Would definitely recommend it everyone.

Came all the way from America, and I had to say this is by far one of the best fast food places I have ever seen, not just in the UK, but all time. I recommend the burgers and their special signature sauce. Staff is also super friendly and will get you anything you need.

Went Groke food was amazing, top quality and tasted amazing. Best place in Warrington I’ve ever been too. I got the original smash burger was juicy and succulent. I also got the fully loaded Fries and they were to die for. Honestly think it’s the best food I’ve had in ages. Service was amazing we waited 10 mins and the food was out and ready. Great service great team behind them amazing food. Highly recommend

Burger was amazing, loaded chicken chips are great I only gave 4 out of 5 stars as chips were not cooked longe enough, also on menu it says it is loaded with caramelised onions, my onions were raw, definitely order again, o and the delivery was extremely fast, food was piping hot.

Best burger we have had in a LONG time! We had two stacked burgers with the skin on fries as thought we would go for something safe as first time ordering but I can say that we had our expectations blown even on them options! The menu looks great and honestly will be ordering from them again soon as the burgers were such high quality and the taste was out of this world. Also had a nice chat with the delivery driver who was very nice and forthcoming which makes a change from the standard ‘here you go, bye’ you get from most drivers. Well done guys got a new customer here now 😁

Unreal. I saw the other reviews saying they were unreal and they are soo right. Better than five guys. The burgers and the loaded chips (oh my the loaded chips!!) are just heaven. I've been twice in L.A. and this is the first place I could found the same taste of an authentic burger! Loved every bite of it. It was a rock song in my mouth! For me the packaging is a bit overwhelming but they worked hard for us. Their till was closed when we arrived but they opened up for us. Came down from Manchester to see what the hype was about, and to my suprise they exceeded everything food quality 10/10, customer service 10/10 and overall experience 10/10, tried the classic smash burger meal and they even had American drinks to go with food taste was immaculate, burger was on point super juicy and sauce that was with it was just next level, can’t recommend these guys enough and was 100% worth the drive down💯👌🏻

We ordered from here via Uber Eats on a busy Saturday night. After an unforeseen issue with a driver, through no fault of the business, our food arrived later than expected. Uber Eats were very unhelpful but the customer service at Groke was exceptional. They even offered to make amends with a complimentary repeat order which we have just enjoyed. Delicious, beautifully prepared, fresh burger and parmesan fries. Looking forward to visiting in person next time we are in Warrington. Highly recommended!
