Stopped here for lunch on my way to Wales. Firstly, Naomi was an amazing host, very friendly and super helpful. Good variety of Tapas and drinks, some better than others, but all very good. I would highly recommend the olives, and the deep fried Brie, and definately ask to sit in Naomi’s section :) Well worth a visit.

We discovered this almost by chance and what a find it is. The food is beautifully cooked, packed with flavour, with ample choice for a tapas menu. We really enjoyed their take on surf and turf which was steak and scallops, the deep fried brie with cranberry and the straw fries are also great choices. What particularly sticks out for this place was the service of the staff, it was simply first class. The turnaround time on serving drinks and general attentiveness of the staff was so refreshing to see. We had the house recommendation of Rioja and it was truly a beautiful wine. The bar has ample selection of drinks, Gins, Whiskeys, Rum, Wine, etc. The only slight niggle for me was that they don’t serve lager on draught. All in all we really like the place and will definitely visit again.

Last minute date night - didn't book so just went in for a few drinks anyway at the bar, as the atmosphere is just so welcoming. Whilst there, they were able to find us a table and we spent a lovely evening of delicious hot tasty food with lovely chilled drinks. Ana who looked after us was so attentive and friendly -it was a delightful evening for the 2 of us -worth every penny and a fantastic well earned recharge for both of us -we left with a full belly and a smile on our faces - thank you Ana and Las Ramblas!

Amazing as always! We went on a Saturday night, albeit a little later, however still busy, but that didn't make a difference to the fantastic service from the staff. We went on a Saturday afternoon and the food was amazing, we can't fault that. We ordered drinks and food for 3 people. After our meal we were still drinking and we were approached and told that the table was needed in half an hour. When booking we were not told there was a time-limit. I told them that we would be done in half an hour we just wanted to finish our drinks. Five minutes later, the same man came over and asked us if we wanted the bill because they needed the table. At this point the restaurant was almost empty. I felt that this was rude to be rushing us from our table. When we requested the bill from a different server, we noticed a service charge had been added to the bill, that we had not been asked about. The service charge was removed and we paid for our meal but we were disappointed with the rudeness of some servers.

Disappointed. The initial impact on entering was a very high noise level and it was so dark none of us could read the menu. A change of table helped. . Most of the food was good. The dishes are bigger than Tapas is in Spain and a lot more expensive. 2 of my guests had been before and had to send a dish back then. This time they had the seafood paella but found it inedible. The taste of garlic and smoke was totally overpowering. I love garlic but I could not have eaten it. For some reason the rice was unevenly cooked, so very soft but with some hard bits. I had the scallops as there was no octopus available. The spinach was very stringy and the sauce totally overpowering. The scallops were very tiny, about 1cm which made the dish seem expensive with just 4 of them. I hate writing negative reviews but I am afraid we will not be returning

Took my mum for few cocktails and we also tried the "3 for £12" tapas on Tuesday. Extra friendly, warm and welcoming atmosphere. Food is DELICIOUS. The staff can't do more to be at your service, I love coming back again and again with my friends and family. Worth every single penny.

A lot of food for the money, but very disappointed with the quality. We visited on a Sunday and ordered off the Spanish Sharing Sunday Menu. For £16.95pp, you get a lot of food for the price, 5 courses: 2 tapas dishes, house paella, choice of small main and churros. For the tapas, the chorizo lollipops were tasty, but the mussels were awful. The mussels were half-shell rather than full-shell, tasted overcooked, and very stringy. The half-shells also meant we could not eat them using an empty shell as a pincer, making them difficult to eat. For a Spanish restaurant, we were so disappointed in the house paella. As well as having barely any meat or prawns, it tasted of burnt rice. The beef cheeks for main were however nice and tender. The restaurant does have a nice atmosphere (if not a bit too dark with the lighting), but the food and also the service by one member of staff sadly let it down further. When taking our drinks order, the waiter really pressured my partner and his friend to order bottles of beer. He sneered when my partner ordered a lemonade and made it so awkward he felt he had to share the 5 bottles with his friend, other wise his friend would have somehow ended up paying more for one bottle, yet couldn't have drank the 5 on his own whilst driving! For a waiter to pressure a customer into having an alcoholic beverage I find completely unacceptable. Fortunately the service provided by the other staff was prompt and friendly, although we still came away from the evening feeling rather disappointed.

This place has super tasty food and a great selection on the menu, the service was also fantastic. We went with an 830pm booking on the saturday and when we arrived the waitress informed us there was bo other booking after and to take our time and relax. Often with popular places you can feel a little rushed but not here.

I am from Spain and I can say that with no doubt this is the best Spanish restaurant I've ever been in the UK. Specially the seafood paella, it is even better than many others that I have tried in Spain! Crusty and with plenty of prawns and calamari!

We visited Las Ramblas on a Sunday for a surprise Birthday meal. We where seated as a group of 8 and the staff where very helpful and prompt in ensuring we had drinks upon arrival. We all ordered the Sunday special which was absolutely fantastic. The Special was £16.95 per person based upon 2 sharing. You where given 2 tapas dishes, a house paella, Sunday roast with a twist and desert. The food was amazing. Everything was fresh, the portion sizes where amazing and each course was served at the right time. The staff where extremely helpful and couldn't have done more to make our visit as enjoyable as possible. We will definitely be visiting Las Ramblas again in the near future. Thank you for a fantastic level of customer service.

Really nice place, great decor, good atmosphere, and the food is spot on! A good place for a cheeky little date night, but I've been there for a family birthday celebration too, and the staff were consistently attentive and friendly. Parking close by, and within easy walking distance of several bars, so if you fancy making a night of it leave the car at home! Well worth a visit.

We were a group of 7, and we stopped by on our way back home from Lake district... Random craving for Spanish food and to be honest didn't regret even a tiny bit. Special Thanks to Daniel, who was a great host... Accommodating us even though they were pretty busy. The staff were some of best I've ever experienced. Mustafa was a gentleman, very attentive and he made the afternoon/evening special. I recommend getting the sharing platter of cheeses and meats, it's a great starter and as the other dishes arrive makes a good in-between snack. My only negative would be the lobster tacos, where was the lobster? Overall we left feeling extremely satisfied, incredibly full and happy.

First visit for me since lockdown and a year away in Spain. Food remains excellent, staff friendly without being over bearing. The Manager Thomasz knows his stuff and prides himself on quality of food and service. Head Chef Jamie (perfect view of open kitchen for me) clearly knows what he’s doing. Had simple tapas of calamari, meatballs and croquettes followed by churros and an Irish coffee, all the food was beautifully presented and cooked to perfection 👍

Inside the restaurant is very modern and the place has a good vibe to it. Service is very good we had a young gentleman who gave very good service. One small drawback is that the food was served too quickly it felt like we only just ordered and then 5 minutes later we had all our food in front of us (7 dishes), it felt abit rushed. All in all we have now been twice and would highly recommend Las Ramblas.

What a great experience!! We was greeted at the door by a very friendly host who seated us straight away! Drinks where severed within minutes of ordering. The food was exceptional, every last mouthful was as tasty as the first. The staff where up beat, friendly and very attentive. The atmosphere was electric, there was a real buzz about the place which made the whole experience great. We asked for our bill. Which came with a free shot. We asked for a taxi to be ordered as we drank our last drink, before we finished we was greeted by a member of staff and our taxi driver was stood at the door ready to greet us to our taxi. I was skeptical from the beginning when I asked for salchichón but they said they didn't have any. A tapas place that doesn't have proper Spanish salchichón but has 'chorizo lollipops'? In my opinion they could do with more traditional tapas and less 'contemporary' attempts. At times the menu appeared to be just small plates of food with a vague link to Spanish cuisine From there we ordered a good few rounds of beers before they told us about an offer they had on the beers we were buying. Disappointed that they hadn't pointed it out earlier. The servers were lovely and can't fault them. I'd probably go back and give it another go but with lower expectation of the food. Shame

Fantastic food & service! We arrived late Saturday night look for something to eat last minute (after 11pm) and was greeted with a very warm reception. The service here was exceptional, live music which was amazing. We was limited to what we could have to eat (which was understandable based on the time) and provided a tapas menu. Each one was really nice. I will be coming back here after the way we was looked after. This was also the first time I've been here. I was very impressed with Las Ramblas, it's staff and service. We visited here on a Saturday afternoon for lunch without a reservation and was seated in the bar area despite there being plenty of tables in the main restaurant which remained vacant during our visit. These were arranged for larger groups, but they could have easily been separated for us to sit there. Not too much of an issue, but they had a waste container right next to us which contained the scrapings from everyone's meals and it was just on a table top. With regards to the service, the staff were very friendly and welcoming and described the menus and options in good detail. The food was great and was pretty quick, very fresh and cooked exactly right, especially the fillet medallions. Would visit again but next time would ask not to be next to the bar.

Great tapas, fantastic drinks. We visited before 7pm on a Saturday because it was the only time we could get a table. Book well in advance is my tip. Food was good. Had better in Liverpool, but not by much. Service was spot on, a little over friendly for my liking but all issue resolved quickly and there was always someone at hand to get drink from. Two people, two cocktails for her, 4 bottles of beer for him, 7 plates, 60quid. Would definately visit again.

We went here on Sunday.. The menu is a little misleading as we ordered "Chicken Southern Fried Steak" only to find it was a beef steak in a KFC style batter with gravy. Doesn't really go together well, especially when you're expecting chicken. Having said that the atmosphere was great. The staff were friendly. If I could give more stars I would! From the beginning we were amazed by the staff and service. Greeted like friends and were given a table right away. Ordered the tapas Sunday sharer for two and could not believe how much value this is for just £17 per person. 2 tapas, a paella, hog roast with all the trimmings and churros. We moved to warrington a year ago and were interested to try new restaurants, however, we tried Las Ramblas and have never really been anywhere else since. The food is exceptional and the service the same. We have frequently taken the advice of the servers, manager and chefs prior to ordering and have never been let down, wine recommendations are perfect. We are there so often now that the manager knows which table we prefer....opposite the kitchen so we can watch head chef Tanya and her team preparing the food - even though we frequently aim to try other places in warrington we always gravitate to Las Ramblas as it is always phenomenal!!!!!

What a fabulous place! Booked an early pre-show dinner and birthday meal for my gf. The place felt really comfortable and the staff were so friendly. The choice of food was great and everything tasted fresh. We had the early tapas and was not disappointed. Great food and atmosphere. Our sever for the evening was Ana M...she was exceptional. She brought a nice glass of fizz for my gf to help her celebrate. Throughout she was attentive and very polite and courteous. At the end of our meal we couldn't face dessert but she brought a tray of small truffles/meringue/cream things and sung happy birthday. My gf is normally very shy but she loved this. Very nice tapas place. Good atmosphere can get busy so I would pre book. They also serve posh plain food on the menu for people who aren't into fancy food, they have things straw chips and egg and trio of burger . The portions are of a reasonable size as well so don't order to many dishes.

Fantastic tapas and beer in a quiet corner of warrington, close enough to the centre to be an easy walk but away from the hustle and bustle that exists there. Tapas style menu, lots of choice as you would expect. Really nice atmosphere, but where we were seated was crowded with people squeezing past you either to go the loo or the staff to serve, a bit unpleasant, but didn't ruin the experience. I had the 16.95 menu which got you two choices from the classic menu and one from the contemporary menu (which was slightly more expensive.) I chose from the classic, harrissa chicken and tomato and mozzarella salad with crushed basil leaves and from the contemporary menu, Barcelona fries and egg (I think) would recommend the choices from the classic I made, but not the fries and egg. Not to my liking anyway. Fries like pieces of straw with two eggs plonked on top. Anyway, all got washed down with a bottle of cava for 24.95 (two for 40) would go again to try other meal options .

Owner/Owners have to be ex military or watch makers as this place runs like a well oiled machine, thought to myself lets see if you can cope when it gets busy, spoke too soon as it was shortly packed, made no difference at all, food really good, staff attentitive and well mannered (big thing with me that one) good atmosphere and well priced, it is well worthy of a visit, I'll be going back as it is worthy of 5* in the future but for that it has to be consistent, oh last word watch where you park, make sure you use one of the nearby car parks as the traffic wardens don't slack around these parts.
