D. C.The Nando's chicken is always my favourite. I love the taste and the aroma of the chicken. The food is ok. However, I hope that it can be aware of the cleanliness of the dinning area and the cultery (I have just uploaded one of the dirty knives taken out from the counter.)

A short wait in the virtual queue then off to our table
App to order drinks was a bit of a pain but food came quickly and was perfect as always!
Special shout to our server I didn’t catch her name but she had a purple and pink leopard print face mask print face mask and a tattoo behind her ear
A spring in her step and very friendly and chatty but keeping very busy too
A credit to your store please pass on the message that she’s doing a great job 👏

W. P.I had visited store with my son on father's Day . I had visited lots of Surrounding nandos but strongly believe this store has most professional and friendly staff . I Was very impressed by warm welcome followed by exceptional service by Tyler ,who had not only took order in very friendly and professional way but made sure he had followed up while and after serving . His smile and welcoming way made my and my son enjoy the father's Day together . Many thanks Tyler ☺️ other staff were also friendly and very nice .

J. W.Wasn't very impressed.. The new ordering system needs looking at. Although you have to order over the app. The Internet quality was really bad.. It crashed so we had to order the good old fashioned way. It might be OK for our younger generation.. But I found it really exasperating. Doesn't make me want to go back
J.The chicken was more dry then juicy and the mash wasn't as smooth as I remember having it years ago. I went around 2pm it wasn't very busy at the time
R. H.Always solid to be honest, there's always a minor niggle of a bit too much salt on the chips or the pitta being stuffed a bit odd but this is really nitpicky. Always hot, always good service.
P. S.Nice place for a dinner 🥘 with my better half. At first I thought I will be complicated to order, but it is quite easy and staff is always there to help and explain things if you struggle 👍. Next time I will try something a little more hot 😂.

R. G.My fiance and I really enjoyed our experience here. During one of our visits, the chef came out and explained to us that the chicken he was supposed to be serving looked like it may have spoiled. He said to be on the safe side, he threw the whole batch away and wouldn't serve anything he wouldn't eat himself. Therefore, there'd be a little bit of a wait until we got our food and he was just making sure that was okay with us. We very much appreciated his upfront and honest manner with us, as well as his kindness. The food was nothing short of excellent.

L. M.I just wanted to provide feedback on the exceptional service we experienced over the weekend. All of the staff were extremely polite and helpful but Kayleigh stood out from the the moment we stepped in the door. I have been to a few different Nandos restaurants before but none have even had the high level of customer care that Kayleigh provided on our visit. Even when she was serving other tables near ours, she maintained a positive, friendly and approachable attitude and it was lovely to see, especially with everything going on at the minute. This restaurant overall had such a great vibe, thank you and keep up the great service! :)

The manager that was sat doing his paperwork actually took the time to leave what he was doing cleared our table and went to place an order and brought a dessert to us. He even brought the card machine to me so I didn't have to to bar to pay. It was lovely to see a manager still willing to contribute in this way. Keep up the great work

N. S.Nandos is my favorite place love it. Me and my boyfriend went last week for date night food is always so nice and the staff are friendly they provide fast and good customer service. It's a bit pricey but you get what you pay for so its worth it. Taking my niece for tea here next week

S. M.A regular Nandos. The condiments and drinks area when I have visited both times have been carnage. No napkins, limited cutlery, messy set up and limited sauce bottles. Tables not always clean and staff should really be on top of this as it gives a bad impression on how place is being run. Both times I have been to they didn't have all menu options available.
