There was this girl called Alex I think her name was… No actually it was Alicia with the red and black hair, she was super friendly when showing me to the table (the best one in the restaurant). She also was so helpful and kind taking my order! With her great recommendations - as I’ve never eaten here before she recommended some absolutely succulent mouthwatering foods! I’ll definitely be coming here again and hope to see Alicia back in the restaurant too. #GiveHerARaise

No queues, quick service. great outside view from our table. Only issue is ordering the meal using the internet. Businesses that prefer to trade by offering internet orders should provide strong, reliable, free internet connections. Everyone was really nice and service was great.

1st time at Nando's, but pleasantly surprised at the great taste of the food. We ordered thru the app and strangely the starter and main came together, so we declined the main at that time and the staff were helpful in not putting the salad under the hot light while we ate the starter. Still enjoyed it and if the meals hadn't have come together, then I would have rated 4 stars. I'm not sure if you ordered at the till if the meals would have been staggered, but it's one to ask about if you are going and we know for next time 👍

I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you so much for the wonderful gesture you helped create for my lovely Mum Eileen. My mum sadly suffers from Alzheimer’s and is currently a resident at Whittle Hall Nursing home. Before mum was ill, taking the family including her 3 granddaughters to Nando’s for her favourite meal was a regular occurrence that we all (especially Mum) loved. She can no longer get out and about so Sarah and Chloe part of the amazing team at Whittle hall wanted to recreate the memory for Mum so they decided to bring Nando’s to her! What an absolutely lovely gesture of your team to donate so much Nando’s amazing produce to help recreate a magical trip down memory lane for Mum. One of her granddaughters was visiting at the time and got to spend time with Mum in the special private “Nando’s” recreated with everything you could possibly find in a Nando’s restaurant. We never thought we would ever see mum enjoying her favourite meal at Nando’s again, so not only did you make Mums day, but thanks to FaceTime we all got to experience it and you really made all the family so happy. From the bottom of our hearts Thankyou so much for your kindness and helping to recreate magical memories for us all .

The staff were attentive and friendly and the food was nice. My criticism is that a bin next to the worktop where the take out bags were being filled was full and overflowing. The mess on the floor where bits of food etc had been dropped where chefs were cooking was shocking. It obviously hadn't been cleaned/swept for quite a while.

Seated really quickly, Starters came in 5 mins but humus tasted weird so sent it back, host brought a fresh one without a yellow crust and curdled look, but also brought main meals. Was rushed, didn't get to enjoy starter. Chips were hard and not fresh at all, chicken was ok. Still can't beat nandos over at leigh. They don't palm warm humus or hard chips off on you.

Very busy Nandos, there’s a virtual queue you’ll have to wait in, it’s not too bad but it does feel a bit pointless to wait around when there’s empty tables because people never came back. It’s clean, fairly spacious and you can also wonder to the shops while you’re ait for the text message

Great to be back at Nando's again! Fantastic weather to add to it. We were seated in the sun which was okay but kinda felt like I was in a greenhouse being cooked. Nevertheless the food was great as always we loved the new BBQ flavour! 👌

This isnt a bad review on the place, as we were lucky enough to get a table outside which was actually quicker than the hour wait to get a table inside and the food was lovely, however there seems to be some confusion on the rules of indoor eating. When i went to join the virtual queue, it wouldnt let me join as there were 7 of us, We were two households so wasnt breaking any rules. Not only that, there may be more than 6 people in one household. Think this needs to be looked at a it is very unfair to put these restrictions in place when the rules state otherwise.

Visit today 15/1/2020 approx 12.30. Absolutely excellent 👍👍staff were friendly ,professional and very knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble . Service was quick and efficient and the food was well presented, hot and tasty . Restaurant was busy but clean and tidy as were all the staff . No hesitation in recommending this as a place to dine . Manager and staff today are a credit to themselves and the Nandos chain ..well done and please maintain these high standards .

Food is always good from nandos . I was very annoyed with the wait time . We had our 2 year old boy with us who was very patient . We ordered our food to then to be left 40 minutes until the order finally came out. This is not good enough when you want a quick bite to eat and go . It looked like they had forgotten to put our order through as other customers who came in after us got served before us . Once the door came it was really good . Disappointed on how long it took to come out and we didn't seem to be the only ones a few other tables were complaining.

I feel slightly mean dropping a star from the review because technically it ticks all the boxes. As is generally the case with Nando's, the food is perfectly cooked; it's a slightly limited menu, but if you're not in the mood for Portuguese style spicy chicken (or vegetarian alternative), why would you be in a Nando's? It's not cheap, but no worse than chain restaurant competitors and the service is exemplary and fast. The building is accessible, spotlessly clean, light and airy, and (and here's where the fifth star went) just slightly soulless. The - fake but enjoyable - rusticality that used to be part of the chain's trademark charm, the uneven woods, the low lighting and painted walls are all gone in favour of a high-throughput, wipe-clean, child-friendly, corporate diner. You go in, order, talk over your food and leave without ever really being engaged, a sort of upmarket McDonald's experience. The food and service are still there, but the ambience isn't.

However the service was slow - our food, along with many other's, was sitting on the counter for at least 5 minutes before it was served to us. My daughter’s favorite thing here? This ketchup bottle. We’re from the States and love nando’s. This was our first visit to the chain and we enjoyed the two locations in which we dined. Well grilled chicken and of course, the many sauces make this place special. Different sauces to choose from and mix and match to your desired flavor and spice.
