Nice bar and restaurant. Friendly staff and generally good food. I had the chicken pie which was delicious, and they swapped the mashed potatoes for some amazing hang cut chips. A friend had a pasta and she found it undercooked. The desserts seem overpriced but the Hot chocolate was good!

Nice place. Came here many years ago when it 1st opened using a Groupon. Had a few cocktails this time which were nice. Food prices on the high side but what I observed served looked very nice and plentiful. Cocktails on a certain deal are two for £12.00 Others a tenner each. Will be back when I'm hungry !

We have been here several times over the years, the service, food and facilities are always good, and this visit was no different. Probably not an exaggeration to say it's the best restaurant in town.

Went for a Sunday dinner and it definitely was lacking in the taste area and missing the love i expect with a Sunday roast . The gravy was extremely plain but crucial for the dry hard roast potatoes like something from the freezer . The Yorkshire pudding was light a fluffy which is always a bonus and the carrots was the highlight . My boyfriend said the urgent was Delish . Staff friendly and restaurant lovely and maintained . Wouldnt again for a Sunday roast but deffo would try other things on the menue and looked really nice . Little more love is needed for that Sunday dinner Especially since we are talking £15+ . Service charge also added to the bill of 10% - I always tip but despise when restaurants add it to my bill automatically when there’s just 2 of us .

We have eaten here a few times. It is amazing food and even better service. The staff are there to meet your every need, even pouring your wine when your glass gets empty. The food is just gorgeous and the Waygu steak is the best. Highly recommend. Best steak house we have been to.

Lovely food although the service was a bit slow and we only had 1 course which was club sandwich and 3 steaks from the lunch menu and drinks. Took forever to get a wine that we ordered. Had to chase. Nice atmosphere in there but very slow. Cost us bout £22 per person for lunch
