Popped in to grab a takeaway - had a variety of things off the menu. There was something for everyone. I had to try their milkshake! This was a bounty shake! Spot on and probably one of the best I have had. Had this before my food! It was that good! With regards to the food - chicken is spot on! The burgers are banging! And the missus said the chicken roll was nice, albeit a bit big! But that’s not a negative in anyway as I finished it off! I had one of the box meals, 2 piece chicken, doner, chips and Salad! 10/10! Called to collect and was told food will be ready in 20 minutes - I arrived in exactly 20 minutes and the food was ready as promised! This is pretty rare for takeaways in Watford! The only other place that has spot on timing is Mangals on StAlbans road! I have been told the Butch special pizza is the one! Will try that next! Keep it up lads! Edit: picked up a couple of pizzas today and a large chips 22/12/2022 Again service spot on, pizza was ready in 15 minutes! Large chips is actually a LARGE chips! Pizza was very good!

Family friendly place! Nine of my family went to dine in including kids. Beautiful decor, tasty food, good customer service and great atmosphere. Kids absolutely loved this place and the milkshakes are better than Kaspa’s! We had a variety of items from the menu and the food was consistent. Definitely Watford's new go to place.

Pizza is very good (Butch spesh). Nice burgers and chips. Sauces are easily the best around Watford. Their portions are plentiful and you can tell all their food is made from good quality ingredients. Looking forward to them going on Uber/Just eat etc so we can indulge more often.

Literally the best chicken joint in Watford! It's the second time we've ordered from Chicos and the food was really good. I don't think I've had chicken as good as this from any other place in Watford!

My husband and I ventured out into Watford in search of some tasty chicken last night. Upon entering Chicos, we immediately noted the cleanliness of the shop which encouraged us to dine in. We opted for the doner, lemon fried chicken and chips in order to sample some of the popular items on the menu. The food was prepared in good time and presented in decent sized black takeaway boxes which meant the sauces didn't dribble out onto the table. The lemon fried chicken had a crispy texture and the chicken itself was very soft. The doner, ( we opted for the non spicy option), was of good quality- we were very impressed. Accompanying both meals were two pots of delicious sauces, which complimented the generous portion of crispy chips. Both meals cost us about £10 and we were both very satisfied with the entire experience. The only down side is that they do not deliver to us in King's Langley, or we'd be ordering all of the time! Best FRIED CHICKEN with BEST CHILLI SAUCE in Watford hands down!!!!!! Best DONNER KEBAB in town!!!! We had the lemon fried strips and chips with spicy donner on top…..10/10 Customer service on point too . This place is a Gona be a problem for other takeaways In Watford! Well done Chico’s! My work colleague told me about this place so i decided to try it after a town visit. We chose to dine in, we walked in the service was very polite decor was snazzy and modern, me and my son ordered the parmesan chicken with bolognaise on top it was so yummy. The butch special pizza is a must try too my son demolished it with a oreo shake. We are in Love with this place left very satisfied cannot wait to visit again, please get on the food apps management as we live In south oxhey its quite far to travel. Tracey & jake

Had their firecracker burger Probably the best chicken fillet burger i’ve had from anywhere. it was cooked to perfection and re flavour was awesome. i’ve been a few places and thought burgers could not get any better, but this just set the next bar. can’t wait to re order again

Last night I have ordered butch special pizza and lemon fried chicken one of best food I have eaten in Watford. The ambience of the takeaway was also good.
