a.I always enjoy the pizza, but i want to comment on the customer service i received. I am at a friends house and accidentally placed an order to my own home. I called watford dominos and asked them to change the address. I spoke to Renu who kindly advised me that the watford branch did not cover the area i am in. She called the bushey branch for me and placed the order there. Very efficient and friendly.
N.I should give 5 star for ur taste, but for ur people, I have to give 1 star. They told to wait outside for preparing food, they didnt even called after the food was prepared. Is that mean we have to go and check inside every time if the food is made or not?

U. N.The pizza is always nice. But I was quite annoyed at the person at the till. He was giving these faces like he can’t be asked to server or be there which was annoying. He also made me wait even longer for pizza. I came in like around at 8:10

The order was always on time, always super hot and always accurate. Every time I got my order handed out by a lovely smiling Asian lady - it was always late evening 09:00pm-10:30pm, so my compliments to that lady for a great customer service, even if such a short one.
