Got a very last minute uber eat delivery from Mangal. The food was delicious. Great portions fresh ingredients and well priced. Salad served on the side fresh and crisp. Would definitely order again from here.

This is HANDS DOWN the best kebab I’ve ever tasted. Meat is all marinated to perfection, and not greasy at all. Amazing sized portions. Never tasted a lamb Shish this tender. Amazing meat quality for the price would 10/10 recommend.

Food is great, and fair priced. Rice, Chicken Shish, Chilli/Garlic sauces are stand out at this place. Lamb/Chicken donor a little salty for me but still much better than your typical shop. Only thing I would add that stops me giving 5* is the service is hit and miss. A younger employee is absolutely fantastic and makes you feel welcome, and keen to come back. Others are not so good but the food makes up for it.

I ordered through Uber Eats. There wasn't an option for no sauce on the wraps so I chose a sauce and put a note in the 'special instructions' for sauce not to be added, this was ignored. Due to the restaurants phone line being engaged, I had to bin the wraps and cook dinner. I did, however, enjoy my wrap which is why I've given 3 stars. Disappointed they ignored my request for the other two wraps making them inedible for my children.

Just popped in for the first time after seeing how great their reviews are. You must go, the food is simply the best i have ever tasted, they cook tender meet over hot coals, you get this amazing smokey flavour, like it's straight off the bbq. I haven't had anything like it before, Great service, friendly team, and beautiful sides,salads and sauces. would give more stars if possible!

A nice little Turkish kebab place. The quality of the kebab is great and exceeded my expectations. I only tasted chicken kebab here, and the portion is really big. Even though it looks like a take away place, there are around 10 seats inside. Very friendly staff!

Delicious food! Portions are very big however you pay the price for it. For lunches would be better to have some cheaper options with less food. Most of the time way too much to eat! But it's delicious!

Before Covid lock down the food here was to die for and there was always of Q of people outside waiting to go in to order or collect . In the last few months the team and the food has changed , I was told the original owner had retired and the food taste and quality has definatley changed in my opinion . Meats appear to be marinated in a herby garlic marinade which changes the taste of the meats and not for the better . If you order a wrap it is bulked out with chips and no salad Ordered for a family of three a couple of weeks ago and most of it went in the bin , a waste of money . Sorry guys but no longer the best kebab in town .

Absolutely love this place! The food is always on point and the service is 10/10! We order every other week! You call up and place an order and they say 10/15 minutes and when you arrive to collect, boom; your food is ready! Never late! ohh and the chilli sauce is amongst the best! I love the food from here. Whether walking in or phoning through an order, it is always consistent. Now they do delivery, it's even better! The food is always piping hot, although I do wish the fries were a bit crisper. We usually order a family box, the smallest one is enough to feed three.

First takeaway I’ve had since being in lockdown as im a fan of my home cooking, but it was definitely worth it. The chicken and lamb shish mix combo was delightful - juicy and tender with a strong smoky flavour. Bulgur rice was delicious and filling, and the staff were really friendly upon collection which I find is rare amongst many Turkish restaurants if I’m quite honest. Overall a very pleasant and clean meal - will most certainly be visiting again 👍

Great little Turkish Meze on St Albans Road. Friendly staff, food's really tasty and it's got a cramped, bustling local cafe vibe that's pretty cool. Really enjoyed watching them cook my order over their hot coals - bit of drama to add to the experience! Worth noting they only do collection and cash when I popped in. Sometimes amazing, sometimes disappointed. Annoyingly inconsistent as when it's good, it's really good. Tonight I got home with a much smaller than normal portion of chicken and no bulger rice whatsoever which should come as standard with a shish kebab. To top it off, multiple visits to the bathroom. Visited Mangal Plus on the weekend and it was a very pleasant experience. We decided to sit down and eat as there is a couple of tables in there. It was our first time there so we decided to get a mixed dish so we could try a bit of everything. Everything taste very very nice. Food came nice and hot and full of flavour. Not much chicken, 5 cubed pieces(dry) pitta bread wasnt cooked/grilled, one piece of cucumber, chillie sauce good though and bulgar wheat; ; would pass on the bulgar wheat for more chicken and a grilled pitta. Not inclined to go back there, will go back to prev company
