N.The placed looked clean, but the toilets were disgusting, there was no hand sanitizer anywhere in the shop, no cleaning took place while we were in the shop. We sat for a good hour, the coffee was hot but the sandwiches were not very tasty. I spoke to 2 different couples who were also sitting in and they were not happy about the food or service.
I personally think it's busy because of the name and everyone thinks it's a better coffee shop than the rest, but there was triple the amount of selection of food in the coffee shop opposite, and the other place is cleaner.
I wouldn't done in here again
S. W.Warm egg and sausage roll with a white filter coffee perfect for breakfast or brunch. Quick efficient service. Pleasant atmosphere.
S. O.Mainly takeaway based. 2 tables and 8 or 9 stools at a window bar. Not as clean and tidy as Pretts normal standard. Food and coffee spot on, but surroundings could be improved
N. W.I absolutely love the staff in this particular Pret... they are always welcoming and friendly. They remember my order and I feel lole they go extra mile to make sure I'm happy with my drinks.. i dont kmow all their names but like Catalin (i think trays his name) is absolutely lovely, and Pamela as well.. the other members of the staff are just great and i feel bad that i dont kmow their names

Really good healthy options. Variety of delicious soups we became fans of.
The Chicken Laksa, Chicken and Veg, and Chicken Katsu Curry Soups are amazing. While the vegan options are really good,
They have revamped their collection of sandwiches and baguettes.
We also love their Iced Chai Latte apart from their usual coffees and teas.
Really popular among local during lunch time. They have more quieter spaces upstairs.
