I’m not a burger fan but I would give the BBQ beef burger 5 out of 5. It’s delicious, better than Five Guys. After I placed the order on Urber Eats, the restaurant staff called to check whether I have special instructions for cooking so they are very responsible in case I have food allergy. Usually I can only finish half of the beef but this time I had all, only left buns. I did ask for cooked onions to put in the burger and they forgot to put in, but this does not affect the taste. For the BBQ chicken wings I ordered, they are also tasty. There is a lot of sauce wrapping the wings. I find the sauce tastes like the one I had in a famous Korean restaurant in China Town, where chicken wings is their speciality. The food price is reasonable. I would recommend.

Do Burgers get any better than this?, I think the answer is probably no, excellent, I had the spicy Mexican really good, salad and bun plus a great mix of dressings and hot jalapeño I must also mention the fries , crispy out side again worthy of a review of there own

Best Burgers! This place makes fantastic succulent patties and juicy chicken. Mix and match ingredients.. double up, have chicken and beef, ask for extra crispy chips..they cater for anything you ask. On top of that Mas and the crew are friendly and efficient .. nothing is too much effort. Our favourite for burger night.

Well I finally made my way to the new Burger joint in my village. We arrived around 10:30pm, the shop was empty so nearly closing time. Ordered the Barbecue beef burger which comes with rosemary fries. I had no idea what to expect, however I must say once we got home I was pleasantly surprised. Firstly the presentation is definitely worth mentioning. The beef was a good quality and all the ingredients was fresh and tasty. 100% better taste and value than many of the high street chains. I have always been a critic, and to be honest I was totally blown away.I do hope others have the same experience on their visit. I will definitely be back. I wish them every success. Knaphill is a great little village with many takeaways and eateries. Excellent addition to the choice.

We had our first order from here at the weekend and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The burgers are really good. In execution, think a Five Guys style, but with a far better quality patty. I had a spicy one, I forget which, and I really enjoyed it. It's great to have a proper, quality, burger joint that gets that a good burger isn't a fat meatball in a bun. Guarantee this will be better than Ramsey's new place in town. Part of our order was a kids meal which honestly could easily pass as an adults meal. That burger was also very tasty, and came with loads of fries, and fresh orange juice too. Only slight downgrade was for the Rosemary Fries, which I didn't love. I mean, they were fine, but I've been lucky enough to eat some amazing Rosemary Fries in the past, and these were a bit lacking. I think using real Rosemary or Rosemary oil would be better than using Rosemary Salt, but YMMD. Oh, and that we ordered 2 portions but only received one. That was a bummer, although a single portion was enough for the two of us to share, just. Finally, props for offering 3 different types of Vegan patties, and a further veggie one. My wife is dairy free at the moment and honestly couldn't tell the vegan cheese wasn't real cheese. To the extent that she questioned whether you'd got the order wrong! You didn't, right?

Really good local burgers. I've been back several times and always enjoy it.

Amazing large burgers, thick and juicy (like butcher shop ones) Milkshakes are thick and creamy, with a great strong taste, like their individual names suggests. Fries are crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle and same with the Sweet potato ones (the dip with them is really good as well) portion sizes are really good. Hope they stick around as 1000% I'll be coming back as have the rest of the burgers and milkshakes to try.

Just ordered cheeseburger and chicken burger and both myself and my wife agreed it was one of the best burgers we have had. They even gave us extra rosemary fries which were amazing. Burgers were cooked to perfection. Please support them they deserve to do well when so many takeaways are terrible.

This burger restaurant is by far one of the best in all aspects- quality of food, service, cleaniness, price etc! You definitely get your moneys worth as the food is so high quality, and very generous portions too! my new go-to burger place, I am so lucky I only live 5 minutes away from it. First time trying this place tonight, arrived early. Great packaging so food was hot. We had two BBQ burgers and shared some Nacho's. All were delicious. Portion sizes were big. When you are in need of that gourmet burger but the pubs are closed or you just want to eat it in your PJ's instead, this hits the spot.

Excellent burger! The rosemary salted fries and the mozzarella sticks were also fantastic. The delivery was on time and was well packaged as nothing was soggy. Only downside is that it was good enough for my wife to steal my food.

So glad we finally got round to ordering from these guys!! Yes it costs a little more than your standard and oh so bland chain affairs but you most definitely get what you pay for! We had beef burgers and the fries along with an Oreo milkshake- not a fault to be had. One of the employees (Rich) recommended the wings so we got some. OMG so glad we did! Tender flavoursome and the spicy buffalos have such a kick of flavour!! The packaging was also really well done, clearly these people care that your food arrives in perfect condition. So next time you’re thinking about a burger takeaway, avoid maccyds and support your local business. They deserve it!!!

Went back to give them another try tonight and the food arrived in 30 minutes and was still good. Not sure if they would manage on a busier night but was worth the second chance -- The food was decent, but 2 hours 15 minutes to wait for it is too much even on a Friday night. To top it off the milkshakes we ordered were missing when the food finally did arrive. We had to chase repeatedly for updates, they didn't call us to tell us about the delay. They gave me a story about the first driver being in an accident but that the second driver was on their way, then had to call 3 more times to chase the order. Staff were reasonably courteous on the phone (the times they did actually answer). We did also get a refund on the milkshakes which is at least something. If you look on other takeaway sites and Facebook you'll see stories very similar to mine, so I'd advise avoiding until they can sort out their delivery service.

Food is really tasty. Burger is filling and the milkshakes are yummy. One down side is the customer service isn't good. We waited 1 he and 30mins for our food to be delivered and tried calling with the phone line busy constantly. I can't fault the food but the service is terrible.

I got a burger recently from a different place locally and it was bad, so I wasnt expecting much from 21 way burger, but my god when it showed up was like I hit the jackpot. Prices are quite high but it is what it is
