If you want an amazing cocktail in a gorgeous setting this is the place to go!! I’ve also not had a meal that I haven’t enjoyed - food is beautifully presented and I love that they keep the choices exciting by introducing new dishes from time to time. I’ve been for lunch as well as dinner and I loved the buzzing atmosphere a Friday/Saturday night brings! Service has always been impeccable in my experience.

A wonderful meal - everything was spot on. The service was amazing and the staff were very friendly. I loved the hickory smoke rum cocktail, it was so unique and tasty. All the food was incredible. If you’re in Woking you should go - a great new spot!

Such a lovely place for brunch. The staff and service was excellent. When we ordered the we were asked if we had any allergies irrelevant of the dishes we were ordering. They were so thoughtful and attentive. The food was delicious and we will definitely be going back.

One of the best places to experience cocktails. The bar/restaurant/lounge is decorated to ensure you have a great relaxed evening. The service is amazing and the staff behind the bar doing amazing cocktails. Tried a couple of them with a few sides and they are good. A wonderful addition to Woking.

Food was great, although I could not figure out how a vegetarian main dish was more expensive than a waggu beef dish so didn't order it although it was what I wanted. Service was great, cocktails delicious. Overall good spot for lunch, dinner, drinks or brunch.

Holy cow! Attention Woking!! CRAZY GOOD STUFF ALERT! I honestly don't know where to start with this one. I loved the Peacock colours, the decor, the vibe, the live piano player and that's before I even saw a drink. We were served by Anna who really took care of us and blew my mind a few times to say the least! Their new menu started this week and from what we witnessed, they really have pushed the boat out, its utterly sublime. The cocktails are by far the best I've had within a very large radius of this place. Como in Guildford has similar cocktails but I'd still go to Island House because its easier to park right next to in either of the multistorey carparks and the service is better! The food - probably one of the hardest menus around. I was fighting myself for ages and ended up letting Anna help me. I went for the beef Wellington which was delicious and ridiculous all in one (I've seen smaller actual Wellingtons 🤣) but still gave it my best shot. My wife tried the yellowfin tuna rice bowl. That dish needs framing and hanging on the wall, not eating!Its so beautiful. Needless to say we couldn't do a desert as had filled up on their small plates before hand. We tried the pork belly (fantastically cooked, crispy and sweet) crispy squid (could have been crisper like the pieces that came with the pork belly), olives (sooooo delicious and buttery) and the corgette croquettes (which I still think is made using witchcraft). All of the food was very tasty but what had me sold were the incredible cocktails. I'd never had cotton candy in a cocktail before, now I can't stop dreaming about it! The flavours in the cocktails....wow! We tried them all plus a couple that were not on the menu but was informed they will be on their this week. I cannot rate them highly enough 200/10. Every drink was fantastic. A true feast for the eye and a taste explosion in the mouth. Try their almond coffee version of an espresso Martini and the rum shaker 👌 I won't say anymore as I don't want to give the whole game away but seriously..Thank you Island house for such a wonderful experience. I shall definitely see you again very soon!

My husband and I went to Woking and decided to stop by and have breakfast here. Before we had to ask, water was bought to our table. The table was laid out perfectly and very clean table and cutlery. The service was impeccable and the food we could not fault. How refreshing to have both excellent food with amazing service. We will certainly be back again and thank you Christophe for helping to make our morning such an amazing experience. Top marks!

Me and my wife went here for a coffee, but then got tempted by the breakfast, it was lovely. The staff are very friendly and restaurant was very clean I would highly recommend
