F. O.Very lovely location just close to the train station. Order your meal and wait for very short time to have it either take away or eat in. Nice place
W.Took about 10 mins or so to get my meal, there was an issue with the ordering kiosks which didn't want to print the receipt and order number.
What really does annoy is the way that Deliveroo etc are given priority over customers who have been waiting longer than them.
C. H.Chicken was fresh and juicy as the shop was v busy so it was not able to dry up. My only complaint is that the fries have changed and they are not to my taste. Happy to give 4 stars

Places is looking lovely after the refurb, didn’t appreciate some of the catchy yet offensive signage!
There self serve counter are a great addition, long overdue, didn’t realise the number of combinations.

J. B.Food took a while and you have to check the order before you leave. Just mind the various take away drivers as they are everywhere inside with their big old helmets and congregate outside as well, but the food was alright and tasted as you expect a kfc to taste

Kentucky Fried Chicken in this place tastes like it used to! Their gravy is great...not watered down like the other ones! Worth a go!

f. h.Staff lovely, technology slow and stupid, especially it's reward system, registering your receipts to build up vouchers. They only let you register one a month, not helpful if you used the place 3 times one week. Food good, toilets rubbish, way to small. Location poor due to parking, perfect if your in Woking for the day shopping

M. T.Staff were friendly enough, but I feared they'd gone to catch a chicken and pull up some potatoes in order for us to have a meal. Food was alright once we got it. Just a shame so many just eat and deliveroo drivers in there, maybe have a separate part for them in the store. Was very crowded waiting, I'm not sure a 20 minute wait is necessary for a simple box meal, but hey ho.

D. C.Its rare that KFC disappoints you and that was the case when I went to this joint to grab my dinner. Just wished the fries were a bit more fresh, but appreciate it was close to shutting the shop and sometimes its not possible to keep the food so fresh at those times. What was most important was that the most important thing - "zinger" - was super fresh and prepared infront of me. the hot wings are always a delight and the side gravy was just an icing on the cake
S. A.Decent sized place and the food comes out hot. Always busy so you know the chicken isn’t sitting for ages. A lot of delivery drivers inside which makes walking up to the counter a little bit of the chore but the self service screens are amazing. Much prefer these as it’s easier to decide what you want perhaps even end up spending a little more.

C. K.Just as you would expect. A nice place for a quick bit of fast food. Actually, they did the best spicy chicken wings I've had at a KFC....crisp on the outside, perfectly cooked and flavoured. You think they'd all be the same but I've had like warm, bit soggy, bit bland in other franchises.

A. H.Traditional KFC let itself down with over cooked chicken and chips along with very messy tables and floor. In fairness, as soon as a member of staff walked out and saw the mess he proactively went back and came out again with cleaning materials and cleaned up everywhere!

M.Poor till service. Bought a bargain bucket. Asked the person behind the till that I have a KFC app and the price will be reduced from 13.99 to 10.99, I was told to use the discount next time. There was only one item on the till, so naturally I asked to remove it and redo it. Before you jump to say it must have been a busy time, I was the only one there ordering food.
M. M.Our go to place for a quick Sunday family meal if we are pressed with time. Good layout after recent refurbishment. Efficient staff and fresh ingredients. Recommended alternative to McDonalds nearby.
W. Z.Fast service.. Although I wasn't happy about being told "we don't take £50 notes . Y on earth would u not take them? They r legal tender! And it was fresh out of the cash machine.. So instead of buying a meal 4 every1 ... And I only had £5 cash on me so 2 buy only half a meal.. 2 feed 3kids.. Was I happy? No! U get 3 stars.. Cos I'm not as nasty as u r my 2 little 1s cried all the way home.. Will I use u again? Would u????

Servuce is very good, and the fact that its open until 3am on Thu-Sat which is great if you are out and about.

A. A.If you are after fried chicken you don't have much choice. The service is poor and slow but what you get is OK.
I have tried to ask for my son's kids meal sundae to be picked up later but up to now they have consistently failed on that one.
