GREAT food, very authentic and with lots of healthy options. Lovely coffee also with a wide variety of cakes etc…. Lots of space inside & out to sit down. New to the area and this is now my favourite ‘go to’ place.

I had to wait for 3 hours for my car to be fixed at a local garadge so decided to have breakfast and coffee at Pasha Everything was amaizing from the service to the coffee and food! Very fresh, served in style and just amaizing! Highly recomand to anyone who would like try turkish cousine!

Amazing Authentic Turkish dishes. The food reminds me of Turkey. It is very hard to come by a nice place like Pasha. If you are near Virgina Lakes, you should pop in for breakfast or lunch. The Baklava and Turkish bread is amazing. Not forgetting the Turkish tea. I had breakfast here and coffee. The place is family run. The owners are very accommodating and generous. I drove up from Maidenhead just to eat here and work. They also do Knafeh (call ahead) and Simit bread if you ask.

What started as a regular Sunday Ride coffee trip has now turned into a ride for quality Sunday brunch with a difference. Today I had, not for the first time, the Menemen dish served with plenty of chilli and warm flat bread. Fantastic dish as is another favourite Chicken Shawarma. All with wonderful friendly service and Turkish delight to go. Their coffee is worthy of mention too and I’ve made a trip just to but a bag of the beans for home espressos. Looking forward to sampling the rest of their menu soon.

Great food, fantastic service. My friends and I made a reservation but couldn’t make it on time and the owner was kind enough to let us have our table. He explained in detail what we were about to order and made some changes (that we absolutely loved) to our orders. Shortly after we placed our order, the skies turned grey and it started to rain. They (the staff) let us sit inside while they prepared another table for us. The rain was quite unexpected and we had to leave our drinks outside (a mocha and some lattes) and they were kind enough to reheat them for us. 3/4 of us had never had Turkish food before and they were kind enough to explain to us what we were having. I will wholeheartedly recommend this place because of the food, but also because the owner treated us with so much kindness and we (my friends and I) had such a great time.

Came down from London to meet family for a birthday lunch at Pasha this is my second visit and as before the hospitality started from the second you enter the restaurant right up until you leave. We had the most amazing Turkish breakfast at Pasha as part of my sister-in-law’s hen do - the staff put up some decorations and made us feel so spoilt and welcome! We even got to choose the music we wanted playing in the restaurant! We were a group of 11 and had a spacious long table and all left feeling very full and happy! The food was absolutely delicious! Nice cafe made even better by first day of lunchtime summer sun on a Sunday. I thought it would be churlish to not try something Turkish so , vaguely authentic, when I dropped in on a bike ride. Decent enough Turkish breakfast but it disappointed as I was asked if Iiked chilli and replied in the affirmative. Unfortunately I either like chilli too much or else our ideas of chilli strength and taste don't concur. Coffee was only reasonable. Service was good and I'll definitely return. Service and ambience great and I really appreciated the complimentary Turkish delight. I'll have to ride to Chobham more often!!

We were on our way to Windsor and very randomly we bumped into this lovely place. We were very pleasantly surprised by excellent dishes, especially moussaka is worth a try! We also had 2 paninis, and a soup for a total of £50. Very friendly staff. Also lovely seating in the garden and generally just a place you want to go to to refresh on a longer trip. My wife and I went to have a breakfast here on 31st of Dec and it was one of the best breakfasts we ever had. It was our first time there too. The food, atmosphere and service was top notch. Don't go there expecting a full English as that is not what they cater for. Which is also their best quality. If you want something different and not the same old beans on toast or eggs and bacon then we would highly recommend them. We will definitely be coming back here often.

First time visit to have breakfast on my friends birthday, when we told the staff of the birthday they made a big effort for her and so when we re booked a few days later for my own birthday they put banners up and gave us another warm birthday welcome, more amazing food and a treat on the house. Visited this cafe after driving past it a few days before. It’s one of the most friendly cafes I’ve been to and refreshing in its way it dealt with my wife, daughter and I. My wife had her NHS lanyard on under her coat and they saw this and offered a free dessert as a thank you. This was unnecessary and the owner came over to say hello and thanked her for all her work. It was done not to gain a review, but just a genuine opportunity to say thank you. Add to this that the food was great, coffee perfect and cakes yummy, I’d highly recommend a visit.

The Pasha team is always on hand to deliver everything from Turkish coffee to falafel - the breakfast durum wraps are superb, too. Popular with the local cycling community, Pasha is always a hit for those keen to try something a little different from the more traditional 'bacon, eggs and sausage' breakfast offerings. I don't usually write reviews online but I was so touched by the wonderful service and food at Pasha, I felt I really wanted too. Max & his wife Jacueline are two of the sweetest people I've met. Stopped for lunch on our way south bound. Very friendly and attentive staff who made us feel welcome. Our dog was welcome too. We both had the Ottoman curry (my husband had chicken and mine was a gluten-free, vegetarian curry with halloumi) and these were delicious. Afterwards my husband had baklava which he loved. Turkish Coffee was fine and service was very good. But vanilla cake was very cheap and most probably could have been bought from Lidl. Location and interior is great, if you want to have a traditional coffee experience with light for then this place is cool.

You are always guaranteed such a warm and friendly welcome from Jackie and Max if you visit Pasha whether it be for the first time or a regular visit. The food is all prepared and cooked fresh for you, it’s so tasty. An Ottoman curry is a particular favourite but if you cannot decide what to have just ask what is good that day and it will be cooked with pride and bought to you with a smile. During lockdown we decided to make sure we supported local businesses and a quick call to Pasha had us collecting meals to have at home, maybe part of the business that is not so well known but well worth checking out. In a time of faceless takeaways delivering to your door try somewhere that you don’t ‘just eat’ enjoy the welcome, enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and enjoy the food.

Really delicious food and excellent service. Had parking available. Came with husband and baby, provided a highchair for us. On leaving gave us watermelon and melon slices for our journey with the little one (which he really relished!). A wonderful Cafe, with great service, great food and drink and great atmosphere. There are different areas that provide you with a different ambiance - social, woking solo or working in a small group. As well as the kind of things you would expect, there are things on the menu that I had never tried before and all have been incredible. Max and Jackie, the owners, are the most hospitable couple ive had the pleasure of dealing with. I take my clients here for meetingds and the service and coffees are fantastic. You are made to feel entirely welcome and nothing is too much trouble. They have simple flavoured teas, coffe and turkish variations of both. The food is cooked fresh on site and is beautiful. I frequent this place 2 or 3 times a week and the reception is always warming and inviting. Cannot reccommend this place enough.

They are curios to know what it is you really want and just make it happen for you. And then they deliver good tasting, carefully cooked food. Once you sit down in one of the weathered chester sofas in this spacious, airy and sunny bistro, you would happily while the afternoon away. Went to Pasha today (sunday) together with a lady on our 2nd date together. It was purely by chance on recommendation of staff at the pub nearby. I'm so pleased they suggested it. It was perfect! From the very moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile and the leather couches and seating were ideal to cosy up together and enjoy the delicious coffee and meze! We were really made to feel welcome by everyone and when I suggested that I would like to go to Istanbul one day, the owner said he would write an itinerary for me! How cool is that! Cut the pumpkin or squash into large pieces and boil. You could do that in a sauce pan with water to cover, or even better steam boil it. When soft enough drain, place in a bowl, and puree with a fork. VARIANT: Some people, instead of boiling the pumpkin, prefer to grate it and saute it with some butter or vegetable oil. Others prefer to grate it and put it in raw. Downsides are that in the first case it ends up quite greasy, and in the second quite crunchy. Add the sugar, walnuts, and cinnamon; mix in with the pumpkin. If you decide to use the butter, melt it. Take two sheets of phyllo pastry and drizzle some melted butter on the top one. You could also use a single sheet, butter both sheets, or do as I do and skip the butter altogether. Spoon some of the pumpkin mixture over the pastry and roll loosely. Repeat with the rest of the pastry. Take a non-stick baking sheet or tin (or else oil it). If it is rectangular place the rolls parallel to each other. If it is round, start lining the rim with the rolls, slowly spiraling them towards the centre (you can see what I mean in one of the photos I've submitted). VARIANT: You could decide to do one whole pie instead of individual rolls. For that choose a baking tin slightly smaller than the size of the phyllo sheets (it could be round). Layer the sheets one by one slightly folding them to fit into the tin and to allow air between them. If you are using butter, drizzle some over each sheet you lay. When you have laid two sheets, spoon some pumpkin mixture on top. Continue layering the pastry and the pumpkin mix and finish off with a single sheet of dough. Place the baking tin in the oven. Bake at medium heat for about 20 to 30 minutes. After 10 minutes baking you could take the pie out and spread some butter on it, but I do not do that. Let the pie
