Visited Bill’s on a moderately busy sunny Friday lunchtime. The staff were very nice and attentive despite being busy. I was offered tap water without having to ask which is always nice. The atmosphere was very nice, music is quiet so you can enjoy conversation or a book if you are dining alone. The lunch and brunch menu are combined so there is a wide variety to choose from! There are also a lot of vegan options. The brunch sandwich is delicious and enormous!! I took this half home with me and had it for breakfast the next day. Definitely worth the £12 or so as you can get 2 meals out of it! The tropical juice is also very tasty!

Nice family lunch whilst shopping in Worcester. Menu is small but what they do they do well. I had the special Festive Burger and it was very good. Given 4 stars as I found the drinks menu a bit limited and the bottle of "Bills beer" was a tad disappointing. Service was polite and more importantly, quick. Worth a visit.

Went here for lunch with my partner, there’s a good selection on the menu and the staff were very friendly and attentive, our starters and mains were very flavourful with good textures and the drinks options were good, I particularly enjoyed the Bill’s branded pink lemonade, would definitely recommend.

First time visiting this place and although it was enjoyable, it wasn't amazing. The garlic flatbread as a table dish was absolutely lovely. The garlic wasn't overbearing and tasted good. I had steak, with fries and watercress, which cost £20. The steak was lean and cooked to how I wanted and there was hardly any fat. Having roasted vegetables as an option would be preferable. The fries were very salty. My girlfriend had half a roast chicken, with fried potatoes and mint leaves, which cost £15. Again, you should have a choice of side salad or veg to go along with the chicken and potatoes for that price. The waiters and waitresses that served us were absolutely lovely and I would give them 5 out of 5. Really polite, attentive and helpful. Food was overpriced for what was essentially glorified pub-grub but cannot fault the service.

Wow This was a complete surprise, we went to Bill's by accident and what an amazing accident that was, the food is beautiful hands down one of the best in Worcester. I ordered the salmon, I've never had salmon like that the combination of flavours and textures were delicious. My daughter had the burger and it was also very very good, the restaurant itself is spacious, cosy and elegant. Customer service was one of the best in the city overall I'm very happy and for sure will be back soon. Well done guys!

Nice place, great staff but mediocre food. Pea soup was too salty, other starters were OK but main courses were small and average quality. The best dish was vegan Wellington. Very nice breakfast however due to unforeseen circumstances i broke up with my girlfriend and she cried, the waitress was very accommodating to this, although when presenting the bill she did ask if we were splitting which i thought was a bit insensitive. All in all, if you are single or in a healthy relationship, would recommend. Great service.

Boy this place is pricey, back open after first stage lockdown. I have to say the food was great though. The gallium fingers and Truffaut wings were genuine a different taste for me as a veggie. 2.50 for a pot of tea but you do get a. Fair amount.

I've been to many bill's in London and I have to honestly say this one in Worcester is the best I've gone to. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The space is very wheelchair accessible which for me is make or break. Strong recommend the triple chocolate brownie, it's worth the calories!

Wow. We had a lovely family meal at Bills celebrating a graduation and a birthday yesterday. The food was amazing. ALL the staff were so friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to give us a great experience, including meeting our special request and bringing out a birthday pudding and singing happy birthday! We came to Bills for my friends hen do a couple of days ago and I cannot fault Bills at all. We had exceptional service from our waiter, Phil. He couldn't do enough for us. The food was immaculate, drinks were lovely, atmosphere was perfect, price is fair. Bills has been one of the best places I have eaten in. If I could give you a 6 stars, I would.

My green curry came with prawn crackers that looked impressively like fluffy clouds, but tasted like the free ones you get from the Chinese because they've gone chewy. Visited yesterday evening with three friends for a well-needed night out. Seated in a booth towards the back of the restaurant. The person who seated us was a little over the top and patronising but our waitress (Beth?) was pleasant. Good choice of drinks and main courses. Perhaps a few more options for vegetarians as one of our party did struggle a little. Prices were a little steep for a chain we thought. The food was excellent with ideal gaps between all courses. It can get quite noisy in there so we were glad we were tucked away. Would definitely return but one thing bugged us: having a service charge added to your receipt. We opted to remove this as feel it should be up to the customers as to whether they want to tip or not. Overall, a great restaurant but keep your prices in check and get rid of the service charge!

Wonderful Discovery. First visit to Worcester looking for somewhere to eat & wandered into Bill's. Very warm welcome from staff,without exception they were all friendly & polite. Food was excellent! I had a variation of Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon,two perfectly poached eggs & hollandaise sauce on a really fresh English Muffin. Tea was also lovely. As far as I'm concerned this was relaxed eating out at it's best! The staff were attentive but not intrusive,service was prompt. Decor was relaxed & comfortable. As we were leaving our server asked what we were doing in Worcester for the day & we explained it was a day out to celebrate our Mother's 87th birthday at which point she gave my mother a parting gift ( a nicely wrapped jar of Bill's strawberry jam.. excellent by the way!) & wished her Happy Birthday! frankly made my Mother's day.

Only complaint is that certain seating areas are a little cramped potentially making it less accessible to those in wheelchairs. However there is outdoor seating and the option to reserve so no bother really.

If you’re looking for a great brunch then this is the place for you! We visited during a day out to Worcester and it was the perfect start to our trip. There is a wide variety of dishes available for breakfast. We both went for Eggs Royale followed by berry pancakes and certainly were not disappointed. The restaurant inside is lovely with Bill’s products decorating the interior throughout. Highly recommend.

I couldn't fault this restaurant all my mates was telling me how good the restaurant was and I was let down at all from the moment I entered the building to the moment I left. The waiter we had was very friendly and interactive with my daughter to ensure she wasnt bored awaiting for her food. I'm a chef my self so I'm very critical about food but I couldn't fault any of the food from mains to deserts got a wide range of options for you to pick from. I had the Bill's burger and I wasnt let down cooked to medium with perfection and the burger itself was very moist and very enjoyable to eat and the banaffoe Sunday was just another thing out of the world.

I am Lynn Cullimore, Graham's wife but we both visit Bills usually on a Saturday. The main thing I want to say is that the visit is always an absolute pleasure and this is because of the staff. They are always smiling, nothing is too much trouble and they all have personalities. Bill, they are worth their weight in gold. It makes the experience of having something to eat and a coffee just so enjoyable. Although I am fussy about what I eat and what I like, I always find something nice - big thank you to Bill and your wonderful staff.
