Brilliant food Brilliant service, super friendly staff. Verry reasonable prices for food! Only reason for 4/5 was the small seating area up stairs is lovely. But when we were there, there was only another family at the table and the young lad was running around out of control, sort of ruined it for us. I know it's small and I do expect some noise and things like that, but there were no controll by the perants or even staff to explain to them, there olare other people here too. (This didn't happen as they new the guy serving) so I'm guessing that is why he sort of had free rain of the place. Over all good food and good prices, would go back.

Visited this coffee house on a Saturday lunchtime. Was fairly busy but managed to get a table on the balcony. Ordered a hot meat sandwich which was cold and had burnt crackling, also ordered a panini which came with plenty of filling but was also burnt and had been left on the panini press for a long time- could see from table. Overall food was not what we expected as place always looks busy. Will probably find another coffee place in town next time.

No really vegan options available. You have to pay extra 40p for oat milk. Mugs were dirty so had to change it. No toilet rolls or hand paper towels. It's a shame because it could be so much better. On the plus side the female staff member was very friendly.

Was drawn in by the succulent looking roast pork in the window! Best ever!! Now I need to make an excuse to be in Worcester every week and make this a regular thing. Highly recommended.

Bit expensive for what you get portion wise but the food is, on the whole very nice. The staff are lovely and are always willing to help out customers. The customer service is very good. The downstairs eating area is quite chilly in the winter and extremely hot in summer and the seating isn't very comfortable. Upstairs eating area is quiet and cosy but lacks lighting.

I have been coming to the clockwatchers on/off for 4 years. They do amazing baguettes with the meats on show in window each day, gammon beef or pork mainly, always great tasting and looked after not left to dry
I always have good banter with the staff, because I can talk for England. And they always bring the food into me and I pay after my meal which feels like I'm abroad haha.
Becoming one of my favourite places on Worcester, just a shame the gaffer is a villa fan :(

Counter staff as usual charming, polite and very professional, think that sometimes a helping hand from upstairs would be very welcome, food looks very good and expertly served.
