Such a great place to eat out!! . We loved the smart uniforms, the cosy ( indeed ) atmosphere and how well presented the whole place was. Everything is top quality from staff members to food, coffee, drinks and service. As someone said before, we also tried All for 1 downstairs and it was an epic fail. This was not the case. Gave me the feeling of being on holiday !! Food is tasty and delivered straight away. My husband's Sandwich needed a bit more seasoning but mine was perfect !! Loved it there , great job everyone !! Pictures don't do it justice.

The best cocktails and the offer Sunday to Thursday is very handy indeed! Fab customer service, beautiful inside and everyone was dressed so smartly that worked there. Had lunch with a friend today, the service was fantastic, special shout out to Holly, our waitress. They were so busy but Holly was at all times, attentive, accomodating, so friendly and made us feel really special. The drinks and food all came really quickly, it was like magic. Everything we had was delicious, hot where required and chilled as necessary. Can't fault anything, even our table was in a perfect location. Thank you to everyone who participated in looking after our needs! All of you are very much appreciated....

I had the crispy duck salad but it could do with a bit more seasoning and spice but that’s personal preference. The staff are lovely especially the manager he was very welcoming and u understanding. The atmosphere is really nice in and outside. Not the best for a budget meal but worth the money.

The outside and first part of the restaurant is impressive and the staff were really lovely and pleasant, but the food wasn't that great; just average. The cocktails were the best part of the menu as they had really been well made. But generally the food just wasn't amazing and it had a bit of a pizza express atmosphere where it felt like there were a few kids parties type thing.

Beautiful! Our first time trying Cosy Club. The atmosphere was really nice and the staff kind and processional. Food was also surprisingly good! We thought we were going to have just average restaurant chain food but everything was actually nice. Price also not too high which is always a plus. Would definitely recommend. Had a lovely lunch today 8/8/22, I had Harissa lamb and my husband had the Butchers brunch, both meals were exceptional, was served by Mike. Can't believe how nice the place is, and all staff we met were really nice, also a big thumbs up to the chef, will definitely be back soon.

A choice of circa 18 cocktails plus various gins and rums . Nice atmosphere casual atmosphere with groups of various sizes from couples to hen/ stag dos. Nice touch having blankets on all the outside seating, along with the heaters.

Visited today with my family for lunch. We were served by Max who was friendly, helpful and very professional...a real credit to you guys! He brought my Mum a glass of birthday prosecco which was a lovely touch. The food was absolutely spot on, really enjoyed everything we had but particularly the Sunshine Bowls which were fresh and really tasty...I didn't expect to be so full after a salad! We will certainly be back. Thank you!

The food was delicious and served freshly hot from the kitchen. New modern venue upstairs at Cathedral square, seemed very busy when we visited, Nice decor very much of the Cosy club style . The staff were friendly & knew what they were doing, didn't have time for food but did have drinks , good ale from Saddlers : Peaky blinders or Mellow Yellow but a rather odd slightly fizzy orange juice ⁉ Great view of the Cathedral from the balcony.

Fantastic service (lauren) was outstanding, a credit! Excellent food, great atmosphere. Can sit outside overlooking the Elgar statue and surroundings, but we opt to sit indoors. Complete experience was wonderful. I will definitely return in the near future. (Brunch served till 17.00!) 😋

I LOVE this restaurant. Mine and my other Half's favourite restaurant in Worcester. Staff are so friendly, prices are decent and most importantly, food and drinks are amazing quality. The atmosphere here is so romantic too.. One thing I will mention is the vegetable Thai green curry was very salty (but delicious nonetheless). Fantastic restaurant, will be visiting again and again

I'm not a themed pub kinda guy, I find them a bit silly. But... I do like Cozy Club. The food is really good, especially the curry and their Cruiser ale is refreshing. The staff are friendly and professional. The only gripe is it takes too long to get served. On the whole though I like it and would recommend.

Our first visit to Cosy Club Worcester was not impressive. Firstly, my husband asked for a low alcohol beer. We were both very impressed with how good it tasted since it was low alcohol but after he was half way down a member of staff came over to tell us that he had in fact been served with a normal beer. Not a great start. The next problem was that somehow our order had either been lost or not passed onto the kitchen which was odd considering it was taken down by hand, not a device. We waited 35 minutes for food after we ordered it and there were only six other people dining at the same time as us, all at one table. When the food arrived it was good and we both enjoyed it, but once again we were let down by the service, as my husband sat there with an empty glass, we were not asked if we wanted another drink until our plates were being cleared, and we couldn't attract the attention of any of the three staff on the floor because we were almost out of sight. Another thing we felt would have improved our experience was if the special offers had been explained as we sat down (two cocktails for £9.95 or a free drink with a main meal after 5 five). We arrived at about 16.45 but due to the poor service we didn't get our meals until 17.35. Considering the poor service we had received, you would have thought we would have had our drinks taken off the bill in acknowledgement of this, but sadly not nor even the beer being deducted. Unfortunately because of our experience with the service we won't be returning.

It is indeed a cosy club... The inside is beautifully decorated and the antique items are a nice touch to this lavish looking establishment. I went here for the cocktail menu and I was not disappointed, as they were delightful. The bar food is really good, but the portion are too small for the price. I got a small tub of mac n cheese for the price of what I felt should have been at least a tiny bowl.

Fantastic idea, great decor, staff are very well trained and efficient. The food was excellent and you did not feel pressured to leave even though they have a two hour slot per table booking. They atmosphere was probably better suited to a night out, as it was very noisy and you needed to shout across the table to have a conversation with the other diners on the table. It was a Saturday night so maybe it is quieter in the week. Can not fault it otherwise maybe it's just me getting old.

Always love Cosy Club. Have been a few times now and can confidently say that the cocktails are always perfect. Never fail. The food is equally spectacular. Only 4 stars as it was quite busy today and I worried about the proximity of other diners.

We were met on arrival by a member of staff who was very pleasant, we were asked if we wanted a gluten free menu for which we didn't. We ordered our meal which came with a free drink which is a glass of wine. This is an offer on Monday with a main. The free glass of wine was really nice. Before we ordered our food we were told about 2 for £9.95 cocktails before 8 pm for which we decided to do. The food we ordered was chicken lemon/thyme and my wife ordered belly pork. The food was really nice and tasty. Very good customer service and I would recommend

Considering they'd literally been open a week when I visited with a friend, the service and food was absolutely spot on, much much better than I expected, and even more so for how busy they were. All staff were very friendly, constantly smiling and not rushing around, which gave a nice and relaxed "cosy" atmosphere - yet they still managed to have an incredibly speedy service, with food and extra drink orders arriving promptly. The menu is a little on the expensive side, but I think it depends what you have. I've paid half the price for a better fish & chips at other restaurants, but the burgers seemed great value for money based on my friend's order. The service was what truly made it a 5* experience for me, and I cannot recommend the place enough for that! If not ordering food, it's still a great place to come for drinks, the bar staff take a lot of pride in the cocktails they make up. Thanks Cosy Club Worcester, I'll be returning very soon!

Visited 29/12/17 at around 16:00 We were sat down and noticed the wine glasses on the table were very dirty. Not just like water stain dirty, there was greasy finger prints and lipstick on them. Very off putting. We notified the waitress whose response was “They ARE dirty” in a tone I’m sure she didn’t mean to sound as sarcastic as it came across. I ordered the sirloin steak with lobster tail. Steak was pretty standard, cooked as asked. The lobster wasn’t great. Felt overcooked. Friends had chicken that was definitely done in old oil. There’s much better places to get dinner in Worcester.

Oh how I love cosy club. It's like a warm cosy place to be and a firm favourite with all the family young and old. What I love is the quality of the food and the choice. My husband and I are trying a plant based diet and can't get enough of the beyond burger, even though you can get it in the supermarket, I like the way they do it in CC. I highly recommend a trip for breakfast, lunch or dinner, you won't be disappointed.

Came here today for a birthday meal for a friend, the staff went above and beyond, their hospitality and manners were beyond words, and then going on to their food, which was breathtaking, generous portions and highest quality, the cocktails, both alcoholic and non alcoholic, they were a feast for the eyes and were divine in taste! The last I shall gush about this establishment is the setting this is all in, wall to wall pictures of interest, the lightening, the whole scene of it makes choosing this place for a meal, a really cosy club.
