L. 2.The refurbishment is amazing there! Very modern and decorative. Most of the staff are quick, and very polite however there are a few that are a little rude with their service however we cant always judge because they might have something going on. Other than that, brilliant place.

As all KFCs the selection is the wake. The reason I've rated this one so high, is because of the staff.
They are friendly, helpful and I always see them cleaning and maintaining the place. During busy lunch hours they try to serve everyone as quickly as possible and even though they don't have to, they always apologise for the delay.
Overall I think this is a great KFC to go to.
D. J.Visited on a Friday lunchtime. Was served very quickly. Food hot and fresh. Had a snack box and a hot chocolate. Lots of clean tables to choose from.
J. F.Very quiet when I stopped by for some lunch. Just me and a couple of Just Eat delivery guys. Nothing special just a typical KFC. Annoyingly they didn't put any salt, napkins, hand wipe or spoon in the bag. Always fun eating beans with your fingers!

A. L.Getting better in recent months, second time I've been their in a week only issue is the fact we've ordered large fries on both occasions and only recieved regular, baring in mind the additional cost on a box meal and the time involved going back its a bit of a let down. Hence only 3 stars.

Soft seating is badly ripped.
One member of counter staff out front, so cannot serve and clean tables and seating.
Consequently, front is more untidy and greasy than i would expect .
Prefer the new KFC on the B4440
(Updated my review after I mentioned the lack of cleaning and it was partially addressed....until another customer came in)

R. B.Usually pretty decent with not a lot of wait time, but a friend and I both found hairs inside of the batter of the chicken, and the boned chicken was more oily than usual.
The redeeming factor of this KFC is the Gravy is banging and the staff are pretty sound.

B. I.It's amazing to think this kfc is always clean friendly service and succulent chicken. Go to new kfc on nunnery way. Staff are miserable or chatting amongst themselves. Chicken is dry chips usually 're heated. Can't get order right and tables left dirty food on floor.
M. J.It is a pity that the "old" goods are being pushed out on the drive thru, we are not going to get there to eat dried wings 😏 And sometimes the service does not know what it is there for.
J. P.I've updated this review from my previous posting and upgraded from 2 stars to 3, my previous criticism was that they always seemed to be exceptionally slow. I have to say they do seem to have improved their turnaround time but on my last visit it was still a bit frustrating to be waiting for my order. The only person who was packing the order was taken away from packing to take new customer orders, but other staff members further back seemed to be waiting for something to do. On the whole it does it's job as a KFC outlet.

P.It's like any KFC the food is hitting this on whether it's greasy or not depending his working there and as per a lot of these fast food franchises they're quite often have younger people serving that don't seem to know much about manners. ???? Most important thing to remember with KFC and McDonald's is always check your order when they hand it to you especially in the drive-thru because McDonald's in Malvern and Worcester and both KFCs in Worcester are notorious for not putting the right order in the bag and with KFC it seems that they no longer automatically put hand wipes salt or napkins in your bags so make sure you ask for them at the paywindow????
S.We originally set out to go to McDonald's but it was shut. We therefore went to KFC. Due to the high volume of customers it was so busy however the staff remained calm and our food arrived without expected delay. Top marks all round.
P. K.Everyone know what to expect when visit KFC. Delicious chicken wings and all menu as well. One thing is sure.... people from management staff need to keep eye on maintenance position cause surrounding area is completely dirty. rubish are everywhere and flying peace of papers making this place disgusting even for quick visit. 5 stars for food 1 star for hygiene total 3 stars. do not visit... only if have to.
