1st time I've been here today, not too bad really, I came and collected and took away. The food was presented really nice with all items in separate packaging. I has the extream heat flavour in my burger, its hot but no hot enough for me , but either way it tasted nice :)

The food is cracking! Cooked fresh and on the grill. Choose the heat you want (if you have the extreme, beware it is seriously hot!!). Reasonably priced. Paper packaging too, One of my favourite food outlets in Worcester

Excellent service, the couple working there were extremely helpful, and abiding by the governments COVID regulations, they could have decided to sit back and not take it seriously but they didn’t! They went out of their way to clean each and every surface area touched my customers and to insure that the food was delivered In a contact less manner, keeping on their masks with intense/ scorching kitchen heat and the sweat dripping down their forehead, a simpleton such as myself would have removed the mask and gloves and leave for some fresh air, but they stuck in there and cracked on, this company is lucky to have staff that are this dedicated and are willing to go above and beyond for their customers. I will definitely be ordering from this place again. So why did I need leave 5 stars, I had some difficulty understanding their accent and the mask did not help at all. Only had to repeat myself 3 times. Nevertheless, that’s a fault on my part as I had ear plugs in one ear and trying to listen at the same time.
