Very good compared to other Beefeateers I've been to. Food is as you'd expect, which is a compliment in itself as so many places fail deliver either on food quality or service. You can telephone book via this automated assistant that sounds so life-like, you are not sure if it's a real person. I'm not keen on the Cow related decor, but they have fish or vegetarian options.

Far exceeded my expectations for this kind of breakfast. The food is not gourmet but it is good quality, comes out fast, is still hot when it arrives and the service is great. Very well organised, friendly and efficient. The restaurant itself was kept very clean and the staff could be seen cleaning throughout the breakfast service. A good way to start the day.

Never been to a Beefeater but received a discount voucher so thought we'd try it. I wasn't expecting much so was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. All three steaks cooked to perfection, loved the blue cheese sauce and the beer battered onion rings, which were also cooked perfectly. The peanut butter sundae was divine. Will definitely be back.

Dinner was very tasty - had the chrgrilled prawns but service was very slow. An hour before anyone returned to take my order for dessert! My starter wasn't available either. Customer service wasn't great from my perspective, was basically ignored most of the time.

Came here for a drink while staying in the Pre.ier Inn opposite and then again for breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was a continental style where you help yourself which is nice to have again after Covid times. The food was well prepared and cooked throughout with plenty for everyone and always stocked up when running low. I stayed at the Premier Inn here so my breakfast and dinner was included in the meal deal. The breakfast food every morning was yummy and the service was brilliant. The value for money is definitely worth it. I opted for the Vegetarian and fish fishes as I don't consume meat or Non Halal chicke. There is a good variation overall. I would return for dinner and most days the service were brilliant. A few grumpy staff members but my favourite was Amy who never failed to give a top notch service. Food was always cooked well and the chocolate brownie dessert was to die for. Thank you guys. 😊😍😘

Easy to find and park at, though the car park is pay and display, and you have to claim the cost back from the hotel or restaurant. Seated quickly and comfortably, with pleasant staff. Drinks arrived quickly, as did the food, which was hot, tasty and good value for money. Facilities were clean and tidy, and there was very good disabled access. The only thing not great about the visit was the temperature of the restaurant, which was quite chilly, forcing both of us to put jackets on.

Great Beefeater just off the M5 Junction 6. Usual Beefeater standard. We had a two for £10 offer through the post. My signature burger choice was not on the menu so I went off the road for a chicken and bacon stack. Delicious. I only gave 4 stars because the toilets looked a bit worn and were cold. No quibbles with the food though and service was excellent, friendly and fast.

As I regularly stay at Premier Inn for business, I've got into the habit of staying at ones with Beefeaters as I find the quality of the food and service is much better, Three Pears Beefeater didn't disappoint the staff are very friendly and helpful and super efficient my server Amelia was excellent, the food was also very good, considering it's a chain the food is cooked really well and the burger I had wasn't overcooked and was nice and juicy and flavoursome, my choice of a Churros Sundae was a good one too.

This place has a very nice menu. I love there steaks and there bacon and cheese loaded starter which was lovely and This isn’t even mentioning there amazing breakfast with an unlimited buffet with sausages, eggs, hash browns and beans. It was absolutely delicious. I totally recommend this beefeater to anyone staying in the next door premier inn

I would agree with the other reviewers who say that the Premier Inns next to the Beefeaters are the ones to go for. I found the service good, the food came quickly and was good quality. I didn't catch his name but the young lad who appeared to be in charge in the evening and in the morning (31/4 PM, 1/4 AM) was a credit to the business - he was keeping on top of everything and was very good with the customers, especially with an older couple who had stayed in the hotel and had got a bit muddled with pre-paying for breakfast.

Decent pub food with friendly staff. Expect a wait at peak times (next to a hotel so car park is busy with tradespeople on weekdays who probably eat there after work ). If restaurant is full you can eat in the bar from the same menu but without the table service, ie order at the bar.

Had dinner and breakfast here twice in a fortnight driving to and from Devon. Great value for money serving a decent cooked breakfast and an extensive dinner menu. Had a fillet steak which was very reasonably priced and perfectly cooked. There is a small but interesting wine list which again is good value for money. But the best thing about the place is the staff who were all unfailingly helpful, efficient and above all friendly.

Good service and well priced ale. They also played the football when asked. Plenty of car parking and next to the premierinn hotel. You will need to pay for parking or put your reg into the computer if staying at the hotel or eating at bar.

We wasn't left waiting around to order our drinks and food, and we weren't rushed either. My favourite restaurant in worcester by far. Excellent food, great variety and huge servings too.

Good food and service. The tuna steak was really tasty but a little over done. The garlic sharing bread was also great. The chips were pretty rubbish but that didn't matter too much. The drinks came out quickly and the staff were pretty attentive. The main problem was that the 30% discount basically amounts to false advertising. They seem to be well aware of the problem but don't really seem to care about sorting it out.

"Goodbye Harvester, Hello Beefeater". Popped in this morning for breakfast and we were not disappointed. The staff were very friendly, and our order was correct and to our requirements. I went for the full breakfast (all you can eat) for £9.50 and I gave it a good go (large cooked breakfast, toast, cereals, Danish pastries with a couple of coffees and orange juice too). In all we were really happy with our experience this morning and will definitely be going back on a regular basis. Don't forget to pay for parking before you enter but don't let this deter you as the cost of the parking ticket will be deducted from the bill. Oh and kids eat free so big bonus!!!! 2 adults and 2 kids all with full stomachs for £19, Bargain!! See you soon Beefeater. 5*

It’s a convenient choice if you’re staying in the Premier Inn immediately opposite, but service is a mixed bag. Family went for an evening meal around 6pm. Restaurant was quiet, with only two other tables occupied. Staff began the night friendly and helpful. By the time our main meals arrived, other patrons had started filling the restaurant. However, that wasn’t then issue. Instead, our server took greater interest in a table of their friends that were sat near us. Once we were given our meals, they were still hot but you could tell they had been sitting a little while. Frustrating when you can see the person serving isn’t serving other customers. What made this experience worse was that the supervisor/shift manager also came over to join in on the social gathering. I’m not certain whether these were other staff coming to eat on their days off, or just friends. However, the conduct of those staff on their shifts was unprofessional. This was further compounded by our waiter hovering to check whether we were leaving them a tip, then walking off once they realised we weren’t. On the positive side, the food was nice. There’s a good range of choice, and the kids’ menu is very flexible. Conversely, breakfast the next morning was a completely different experience. The staff couldn’t do enough to help, and were very busy while we were there. The breakfast was tasty. Food - 4 stars Evening service - 2 stars Morning service - 4 stars

Had breakfast here after a night at the premier inn next door. Staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had from a chain, the kids also ate very well and I would happily return. Had many harvester and Toby breakfasts and this was head and shoulders above them. I will certainly look out for a beefeater nearby home next time we are seeking a breakfast.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I had the rump steak, done medium, and I gotta say it was done to perfection how I like it (seared outside, juicy at the core with a bit of pink). The desserts were nice too. Parking was also not too bad, even though it was a Saturday night (and the car park is shared with TGI's nextdoor). The only reason I docked one star, is because the menu system doesn't allow me to have some broccoli with my steak, unless I pay an exorbitant amount (like the price of a small meal!). Seemed weird in the current health conscious world we live in. Other than that, a great meal out with close friends 👍🏽

Went with the wife as we had a voucher for 40% off main meals, I had a huge Porterhouse and the wife had surf and turf. Both steaks cooked to perfection, medium rare, chips crispy and tomato and mushroom cooked well too. Side order of lobster sauce and onion rings with a pint and glass of wine came to 32 quid. Good fast, friendly service. Can't go wrong for that money, we'll be back again. Asked the manager what the score with the pay and display car park was, he said it's only on match days as close to the rugby, we didn't pay car park.

Bit inconsistent. Stopping in premier inn opposite and booked in for breakfast for four mornings. 1st morning seated and served quickly . Had full English and very nice. Good quality sausage and bacon. No complaints at all. 2nd morning went over at the same time , around 07:30 am. Again seated quickly, thought I'd have the same as previous day. Waited, and waited ,and then waited. Watched 4 or 5 seated and served before me. So obviously assumed I'd been forgotten. So called waitress over and she apologised and admitted she had forgotten me. (Ok it can happen) A little grumpy as was on a schedule but not the end of the world. My real gripe was the breakfast. Considering I ordered the exact same breakfast as previous day ,it couldnt have been much different. The bacon was burnt, I could have used it as roofing tiles. The lovely Lincolnshire sausages had been replaced by cheap wheat bulked out could have gone to Iceland sausages ( I use the term sausage lightly) . The eggs were ok. And the mushrooms was a mushroom cut into four. Basically waited 40 min for two eggs and beans ,which was all that was edible. So it looks like depends on what chef is on and who is serving to make this a nice place to visit or a place to avoid.

What a great place to go for a night out. I decided to go New Years Eve after having such an enjoyable breakfast with all my family on 22nd Dec for my 70th Birthday. The Manager and staff are all lovely and I even sat on Santa,s knee. New Years Eve was equally enjoyable. The staff were all dressed up the food was delicious such good value the Disco was good and I had my photo taken with Jack Sparrow this time , a most enjoyable evening. However I do get irked when a eager to please waiter says how is your starter after taking just one bite. And how is your main meal.., you guessed it after one bite. Then one is ignored for quite a bit of time. The service wasn't bad, just started irksome for a grumpy old man 😎

It's pretty standard fare when it comes to the decor but the service, the amazing service! I ate alone but demanded a table for four, just in case, and was treated like a human being rather than a waste of space. I had the Paprika chicken with seasoned chips although I could have had new potatoes if I'd really wanted to. Nice touch guys. The chips were hot and the chicken was as succulent as you'd hope when its promising life is cut short in order to provide sustenance to some ungrateful diners. Well Mr/Mrs/Miss/Ms/Master/Dr/Prof Chicken, you have done yourself proud this time; you did not die in vain. I couldn't get specific birth documents for this particular chicken so I just put a generic chicken picture on my wall with the other pictures of animals I've eaten (my favourite is the picture of the duck that formed part of my mini-platter of 'Chinese Favourites' at my local. I preferred the spring rolls but I don't go hanging pictures of raw vegetables in my hall). Overall, the meal was a success. I didn't eat one of the chips as it it had a little bit of black on it. I'm sure it was fine but I didn't want to seem ungrateful so I threw it on the floor, a little away from my table. Can I talk about the uniform? Purple. That's the first word that comes to mind. The second word is 'clean'. The combination of these two qualities was just spectacular. The lovely lady who served me 'Susan' (not her real name) told me that the shade was probably Byzantium. I didn't understand that word and just told her it was 'burple' as I felt quite gassy at the time but it came out sounding like 'purple' (I was dribbling coleslaw at the time; just the right amount of 'crunch' and not too oniony). I spat small chunks of coleslaw on the table as I laughed. 'Susan' didn't. The staff were all exemplary from the moment I insisted on a table for four, whilst dealing with my demands throughout the meal right up until the awkward finish (more on that later). 'Susan' was polite, chatty and friendly throughout, to the point where I'd really like her to come and live with me so every meal I eat can be greeted by her warm smile and friendly banter. At one point, there was no one willing to help me when I came running out of the toilets (with my trousers round my ankles and the soiled toilet roll unravelling in a heap behind me) and the staff I asked to help me seemed to display emotions ranging from confused (at the bar), embarrassed (in the restaurant), to a little paniced (in the kitchen). Thankfully, I managed to sort myself in the car park (with a little help from the staff at the nearby office). This managed to turn my visit from an embarrassing anecdote to an occasion (no, that is not an overstatement). Highly recommended.
