Food is very modern though and not the traditional Harvester I remember from years back. Vegan options prime in the menu but in place of traditional options.
A.Lots of outdoor seating and dogs are welcome (but not inside).
Very good vegetarian selection. We had the bean burger which was very tasty.
During the current Covid situation the salad bar is still available but is served by a salad chef.

A.Visited here on friday night just gone when travelled down to meet family for xmas.there were 8of us i have to say it was one of the best meals we have had in a long time. Service was a little slow with drinks but the young girl said she was new so she wasnt 100percent sure what they sold.we will defo be back the next time we visit family x.

My only complaint is that the prices keep creeping up, I wanted to order the beef rib and that was around £17.50 without extras, so that put me off. I'd pay that in a high end restaurant, not the Harvester. Instead I went for the chicken coconut curry (very nice) and a chocolate freakshake, see photos.

J. J.Was a very busy evening I didn't realise it was* voucher week* waited nearly an hour & half for the food the staff was rushed off their feet. It was no problem for us waiting , but for other diners to speak very rude & moaning about the long wait & then haggling to get money off the bill* even though they've got a 50% voucher* & ate all the food as well.

As a larger eater I find the potions very tight without paying for the extras although can always boost the portion with another trip to the salad cart!
K. B.We came twice in a week when we stated over this way for a holiday. We rang in advance the 1st time as we had our dog with us and wanted to see if there was any where we could eat with her. We were very kindly told we could eat in the garden ...it was 30degrees so that was more than fine with us !! The meal was beautiful...fast and faultless. We were tended to with friendliness and we left happy. My only quarm would be the chip portions are so tiny !!! Literally my husband had 7 chips ( I took the biggest so he had even less!) Sure you can " double your portion " for extra cash but we didn't know we'd get so little at the time. The salad bar was full...tasty and fresh. The second time we went however the cous cous and an extra pasta dish was missing so maybe not so well stocked all of the time. All in all...a really good place to come. Fast and filling x

I. T.In the current restrictions it has a nice sized garden with some cover should it rain. Reasonable menu although I'm sure the prices have risen since pre covid, but no complaints about the quality of the food. Our staff were nice & friendly. Only slightly annoying thing is that you now have to pay each time you order a round of drinks or food, rather than being able to set up a tab and pay at the end, but I'm guessing some people may have left without paying.

Everything we ordered was delicious (mixed grill, ribs, tapas and sundaes). Social distancing measures were clearly explained and thorough. If I had to pick a fault, the cleaning solution being used on tables between services was very strong smelling, and a little unpleasant.

A. P.We had a good meal here this last week. I was a bit confused about the COVID-19 rules meaning no salad outside so we sat inside for our meal and sat outside after for a last drink. Loads of outdoor space for children to run about, good service and nice food.
C. W.We went on Christmas Eve without booking. Whilst the bar area was packed out we were able to have a table for 6 immediately. The staff were patient - we had late arrivals - and courteous. They assisted in indicating items for special dietary requirements. Disappointed in the menu range. The food quality was good and there is the salad bar.

I didn't like part of my dish...beware the Chillis in things if you cant tolerate HOT spices..., however the staff and kitchen went above and beyond to sort a solution.

Waiter was friendly and served us promptly. The salad bar was kept refilled with lots of choice and clean serving utensils in use for each tray, which is important for my allergies.

Charged for 2 diet cokes when I had one refill glass. I queried why the chef wasn't wearing a face covering. I was told it was HQ policy.

T. C.Food was delicious. However, our waiter was less than desirable. We were shown to our table by the maître d who stated that this man would be our waiter. After introducing himself we recognised him from our last visit where upon he messed up my order leaving my partner to almost finish her meal before my meal had been corrected. Causing our whole party to be held up and missing our previous engagement. However, during our most recent visit, he had taken our order and explained due to the restrictions he will be in charge of re-filling our drinks (We both ordered the re-fillable soft drinks) After gathering our salads we came back to our starters being served by a different waiter and our mains further in the same manner. Midway through our meal we had both gotten through our drinks and were then awaiting our waiter to do his mid-meal check to see if everything was alright. After waiting some time for our waiter to arrive (I could see him far away at the register) we decided to carry on eating as our food was getting cold. Which, although the food was good, was less than enjoyable as we were extremely thirsty. My partner had the gammon steak. After finishing my meal, I then took both of our glasses to the salad bar, although being previously advised not to, and asked the maître d, who was passing at the time, if we could have a re-fill. I partially explained that we had not spoken to our waiter since he took our food order over 30mins ago and she stated that she was sorry and would be with us shortly. 15mins later we managed to flag down a waitress asking for our bill and then learn that our original waiter had left for the night and not handed over our table to any other waiter. We considered asking for a discount as our refillable drinks didn’t get refilled until after we had basically finished our meals but didn’t want to bother the waitress who was apologetic.

J. C.New menu there yesterday creating a little difficulty for staff. Food as good as usual. Disappointing choice in mini pud/any hot drink "deal" - the pud needed cream or ice cream served with it. Won't order that again.

Salad bar well stocked and fresh, served twice by Serafino who remembered us weeks after our 1st visit and remembered what we drink, for a busy chain eatery we were quite impressed. Harvesters are all a certain standard but the staff here make it a level above the norm.
J. T.Food was good enough. Salad bar waste of time during covid though which is a disappointment. Barely any selection, they had no bread and it's served for you. I also didn't get to go to the salad bar before my main turned up due to queuing.. i wouldn't go again until it's back to normal.
K. S.The Timberdine is great. It's split between a restaurant and a pub so you can choose where to sit depending on your needs. Staff are very attentive and service in my experience has always been to a high standard. Food is always cooked well and presented nicely. Keep it up guys!

J. S.First time here for many years. We're not keen on the 'formulaic' style of food here. It also feels very chain storeish. The bar staff were very offhand. No welcoming smile, no yes please? Just look you in the face when it's your turn to be served. Drinks were ok - that's all we had - can't really go wrong with that. The clientele were very friendly - very much a plus.

N. S.Harvester has lovely feel and lovely tasty fresh food. The only negative is that when you are seated at your table, you rarely see a waiter or waitress to order further refreshments. Think a little short staffed, but don't let that put you off. Yes, you could grumble that a side of garlic bread, comes with 2 small pieces and the side of onion rings has about 6 to 8.
The timberdine is clean, well kept and worth a visit.

L. A.The toilet floors are so sticky it is like walking on chewing gum. The round metal mirror in the loo I used had cobwebs on it and when I wiped the top of the frame the dust fell down in flakes. The actual toilet was clean but the rest needs a thorough clean.
M. S.I would describe this as a typical Harvester. The food is okay but there were errors in the order for our group. I would go again however as this could have been a one off.
H. C.It's a Harvester; it's fine. Nothing spectacular but reasonable food (large portions) and reasonable price if you have a voucher for one of their deals. Our table did seem to be in a corridor though - a small space with just enough room for staff to pass through as they moved around. One thing to note - you'll need a Radar key to use the disabled toilet.

G.Came for an evening meal in half term, to be fair the main meal was good, though on the way to the table the kitchen staff commented " not two more " the table could of been a little on the tidy side, havind sat down and placing my foot in half a burger bun and remnants of onion, the staff who took our oders were friendly and polite, walked to the salad bar sadly no bowls, when the bowls had been refilled to the Salad Bar we went, sweet corn, onion and Couscous were vertualy all that was there, over at the sauces and toppings the selection was depleted, though the rolls were still there, maybe it was an off night or the fact it was halfterm but sadly it wasnt the best, if it wasn't for the fact i can always see the funny side to situations id would of complained at the time, i hope ot improves and becomes once again the Timberline of old
