Had afternoon tea here last week. Went with a friend who had a voucher and treated me. Finger sandwiches, a scone with jam and cream and 3 sweet treats to finish, really tasty and beautifully presented with pretty bone china plates and cups. Staff very friendly and helpful. We had a table tucked away which felt very private. A really lovely afternoon 😊

We booked Palm Court for a family wedding. From the start Rachel was fantastic helping with all the arrangements. We were so impressed with every aspect of the day. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and looked after us all evening.
The three course menu was worth every penny and all the guests were really happy with their meals. They also made sure our guest with a Gluten allergy was well looked after and made her a really lovely meal.
I would highly recommend Palm Court if you are looking to book for a special occasion.

The dining has been moved outdoors. We were courteously greeted and our table was separated from others by a decent distance. There was a nice ambience and the waitresses were attentive. Coffee and tea bread were good but the bread was a little while coming and the seat a little hard.

Palm Court Pavilion Cafe in Beach House Park is my favourite cafe. Lovely setting, good choice and variety of meals but what really makes it stand out is the staff
Rachel the Manager is a real gem.
She obviously values her regular customers, always finding time to come and have a chat with them and ensuring they are being looked after. If the cafe is full she will always find a way to accommodate you. We turned up on a day when there were a couple of events on and they were not serving the normal menu. Without being asked and with no fuss she arranged for my 95 year old Mum to have her favourite apple pie. I really cannot imagine any other cafe going to the lengths Palm Court does to serve their customers.
Rachel has put together a wonderful team, all the waiting staff are really friendly and will greet you with a smile and truly seem to enjoy serving you, especially Amber who will go out of her way to make sure you are well looked after. If you want a tasty lunch in nice surroundings where you feel valued and welcome I cannot recommend Palm Court highly enough - and according to my Mum they serve the best hot chocolate and apple pie in the country

An ex-bowls pavilion, nestled inside Beach House Park, this is now a fabulous and very beautiful all day cafe/eating house and venue. The food is excellent, including the breakfasts. The table area here is shaded, well thought out and cared-for, like the luscious plants all around the cafe.

Lovely staff, great scenery, superb food. Well superb is an understatement, in house baked sausage roll slices and quiche were a dream. The sweet stuff kept the wife happy too, win win, highly recommended.

Looking rather tired than on previous visits. Could do with a bit of investment. Leaky marquee; the evergreen jasmine looks like it took a knock in the hot summer and was shrouded in voile which looked really tacky. The floor matting also looked grubby but I'm sure it takes a lot of traffic. It's a shame because we've been here a number of times and have always found it a pleasant experience but on this occasion it was not so good.

Was gifted an afternoon tea via buyagift voucher, the area was in a very beautiful area. Unfortunately the butter cream in the Victoria sponge was definitely off and tasted sour when mentioned to staff all that was said oh we're very sorry about that. This made the whole experience very disappointing.
