Visiting our daughter and son in law this weekend in Billinghurst and decided to drive down to Worthing to this little gem ..and wow. Wasn't it worth it... from when we walked in. .it was fantastic ..freshly cooked food made to order. My daughter and I had the King prawn and Scallop risotto..it's was glorious 🥰 and the boys had fresh dressed crab crispy home made chips and salad.. absolutely splendid..and the crispy Belgium waffles with ice cream cream and chocolate sauce were to die for. Lovely menu ..and not just fish...streak and sausages to.. cocktails and amazing sweets. Friendly warm welcome and service..Would definitely recommend.and will be returning.

Lovely welcome from friendly staff. Fabulous menu, I had lobster and chips which came with a mixed salad. Yummy, will definitely be going again.

I've been a chef all of my working days so I don't tend to leave reviews of a restaurant until I've eaten in the establishment a few times because I know every kitchen can have a bad service. Tonight was the third time I have eaten here and I have to say it's superb; the light-touch service by the front of house staff is great and the food is as good as I've had in restaurants that charge four times as much, I just wish my photos could do justice to the food but I had to be quick before the wife told me off for using the phone at the table. 10/10.

Nice food. A nice alternative fish and chips option - grilled fish instead of battered deep fried fish.
Very big portion of food and we can't finished them all!
Staff member was very friendly and helpful. We had a great time for lunch there.

Dined here on Saturday and was very pleasantly surprised. Surprised because two of us opted for steak rather than a fish dish. Maybe the choice of veg to go with a steak was not what I would choose but the steak, which was cooked to perfection, was served with chips and onion rings which were sufficient that we actually didn’t need extra veg. Our friends’ fish wellington looked very good and they said it was. Waiting staff all very friendly and helpful. Nikki? was most helpful when I was booking. If you love fish this would be a fabulous choice. A good choice for a good steak too

Food excellent, but disappointed there was no lobster as promised when booking. Staff great and friendly. Crab Salad was well prepared and presented, and service was prompt.

Tasty food and friendly service. A bit too much breading for me.

Very tasty dishes were enjoyed by us all (cod and chips, risotto and red snapper on skewers). Nice atmosphere, very friendly members of staff. Would definitely recommend visiting The Fish Factory.

So glad we stumbled across this fish restaurant on Sunday evening. The lady server was lovely and the food was fantastic! Paprika whitebait, calamari, beer battered shrimps, skate, pasta and fish tacos - all fresh and delicious!
