We hadn't visited a carvery for many years at I must admit we really enjoyed it. The staff were extremely helpful especially our lovely little waitress (are we allowed to say waitress or should be waiting person!) The food was of a decent quality and the chefs serving the meat were very efficient and very helpful even though they were under pressure as it was very busy. Perhaps improving the decor would help as it's looking very tired.

Have been a few times over the course of the summer, food is cooked well and is well priced during weekdays. Visited today and the Head chef was friendly and welcoming, our server was attentive to us and good with my friends young daughter whilst being very polite. Drinks and puddings came swiftly, the billionaires bar was very tasty. I will more than likely be back again. Definitely better than other local carverys by my experience.

Staff super kind. Lady was very attentive and very bubbly. Loved her accent. Food warm and very tasty. Chef was a blast to talk too. Tabled quick without booking for 6 2 adults 4 kids. Parking is limited though. Toilets clean.

We always like the Toby as it is guaranteed to give the same good delicious food. It pays to book online as you may well have to wait if not booked. The surroundings are very pleasant and the staff are always very cheerful and helpful. reasonable drinks are also available.

The best carvery in Sussex. The food you cannot fault, fresh, hot and tasty. The staff are first class. They are helpful, professional and very friendly. If you have never been for a meal try it, you will not be disappointed. The manager Mark runs a very professional, friendly establishment. Stay safe John Hiebert & David Johnson

Food was pleasant enough, although bacon was poorly cooked. Staff friendly and prompt. Biggest issue was the environment. Stained carpets, broken seats that sunk when you sat on them and sticky floors. Tea/Coffee not included in the unlimited breakfast which then requires further spend. Better unlimited breakfasts around in Worthing for the end price, in nicer environments too.

I have a roast dinner here every couple of weeks. Absolutely love it. 3 or 4 choices of meet. Although I’ve never had lamb, that would be lovely. Lots of different veg. Would totally recommend. Service is good too.

Popped in on the off chance, and got lucky! Great value roast, freshly cooked veg, and also new meat joints were bought out too. Plus a desert for £2, Toby Carvery definitely have it sussed!!! A lovely meal at good value.

I love Toby's and I really wish I could rate this place better but I really feel I can't. The car park is tiny about 6 spaces, the place feels tired, outdated and needs a lick of paint. Then the the food... I had only turkey (as it's my favourite) but it was dry, dry, dry. When cut it was like shavings. Must say the waiter was nice and polite and looking after us well but in my opinion... everything else needs improvement. Thanks.
