C.I originally placed an order with deliveroo who not only delivered my meal late and cold but without my drink it took delivery half an hour to deliver my meal when the restaurant was less than 5 minutes away. The takeaway company was not interested in helping me and regardless of it not being uncle sams problem they offered to help me with a fresh meal and a drink and extra fries to make up for the inconvenience. Uncle sams is amazing and I can't thank them enough for delivering a tired hungry person's meal and being so understanding.
