Quick and friendly service. Clean tables in spacious dining area. Pieces of chicken were lacking as they were not juicy & fresh tasting. Burger, popcorn chicken were good chips were ok. Good value for money.

Ordered via just eat, delivery is usually pretty much near to time Ordered for. Food is usually pretty good however the potions of chips are so small and not cheap either. My biggest gripe though is the amount extra they charge if ordering online, a six piece bargain bucket £15.99 as to £12.99 if going to the restaurant plus delivery charge & service charge on top as well taking the order to over £19. I think this is well over the top as another well known restaurant just charges the store price with the exception of the delivery charge & service charge. Think KFC should review this policy.

The food is great, they prepared our orders really quickly, the bathroom is clean, and overall the place is tidy. You can find free parking nearby (just park at Tesco). Would return.

Good KFC piping hot to be fair only issues was how slow the food was .. on person in there when I went in still took 10 minutes , and outside front door a girl drinking cider at 11.30 in the morning and and smelt like she hadn't bathed in a month , really off putting when going there with children

Despite having am incredibly large order (takeout for 7+ people) the staff were helpful and even when there was a delay, due to the size of my order, the staff were polite and offered a complimentary drink whilst I waited.

Came for the Zinger Double Down, was offered the 'box meal' or regular meal. Didn't know these options existed but nice to have a choice. For anyone interested the box meal has the Zinger Double Down, fries, a side (gravy, sweetcorn or beans), 2 Hot-Wings and a drink. The regular meal just has the Zinger DD, Fries and a drink. What a delightful meal the Zinger DD is compared to the normal DD. Would highly recommend! I'm probably biased as have always preferred the Zinger items but regardless, I found this to be the superior meal. The price is a little steep at £7.49 for the box meal in my opinion tho. This KFC has no drive-thru and parking can be a pain as often you have to resort to the pay and display car park which is a minimum £1. When you're in and out within 5mins (if taking away) it's an extra exorbitant cost.

After a really busy day working in the NHS I treated my family to a party bucket. At the till the lovely girl asked 'if I had a blue light card', confused, I replied 'yes'. Turns out there's a discount for blue light card holders which I was totally unaware of, saved a huge £5 and absolutely made my day. It may seem small to some but I was really needing a win and this made my day. Thank you to that gorgeous girl.

Update: still poorly managed but it's your only option for the Kernal in town.

On a good day the food is excellent, if you like a kfc. On a bad day, and your really hungry, it's still good, but sometimes food is not hot although usually cooked well. Update, visited Tuesday 24.05.22, another nice Fillet.box meal. Delicious. Gravy superb, nice fillet burger, slightly not hot enough same with the chicken and fries, a few more fries would be nice too. Pepsi max Delicious. Overall ok. I've had some cracking FBM's there recently tho.

KFC has always been mad busy for as long as I can remember. Despite having to queue outside for a little while, once inside food was served quick. I'd definitely recommend checking you have everything before you leave if taking, out as we had to go back as a meal was missed. Understandable as they were busy though

Can get really busy, the design inside is awkward if busy as queue merges with those waiting for food and you not really sure where to wait, can be difficult to park if you driving there, food is good same as all KFC. Wrexham really needs a drive thru KFC!!

At its BEST it was ok,the wait time was acceptable, but the the food,was not up to standard 1. When the lid of the bucket is put on correctly and the wrapping on the mini burger comes undone,then your food is going to go clod quicker. 2.Not very good when the gravy has been water, and has absolutely no taste 3.the chips At best Luke warm,always soggy and no taste. Going to give it a miss for the summer,let's see if things improve. Come on KFC,time to get it out right

Food is always good here and never have problems. At the time of visit 8th November only 1 ustomer was allowed to the till at a time to order and you had to queue outside. Once you made your order then you could wait in a designated area where the floor was stickered where to stand. The young lad serving was obviously new as he was struggling to find items on the menu, when he asked his colleague she wasn't the most helpful to him. There was a large number of delivery drivers ubr eats, deliveroo etc all stood outside high fiving each other as they met up and not really observing social distancing at all. I know they don't work for KFC but I think they should be told to keep apart.

On of the better KFCs. Even though our order was quite large by my standards (close 10 items) the service was really quick. There was a sizeable queue and more people kept on coming. However, the staff were very efficient and managed to control the little crowd. As a side note I take such a big customer turnover as a sign of quality. Food was nice and premises were reasonably clean, but it's the service that really surprised me. Also they did not spare ketchup and BBQ sauce like they sometimes do elsewhere. I rarely give 5* to fast food restaurants but this one owes to the pleasant surprise I experienced.

I’d say the KFC in Wrexham is one of the better KFC’s I’ve been to in terms of food, a clean eating area and friendly staff. It’s always really busy in there, so if you’re in a rush, popping in for a bite to eat at ‘typical’ eating times might not be the best idea; queues and waiting times can get relatively large even though the staff are trying their hardest to keep on top of things.

Clean and tidy, food is good (the majority of the time - once in a while it feels like it's not so freshly cooked). Staff are friendly and if you pick your time right it's not that busy. There's parking right outside if you're lucky or if not, just over the road for £1.

The staff where very frendly and despite getting ready to close where very helpful. One young man on the till took the time to offer suggestions to see we had the right deal on our order. However, when we get home and opened one of the items our first empression quickly evaporated. The item was a chicking salad box but the salad leaves where very limp and well pass there best, the sweetcorn was in all in one lump in the corner of the box and we only had two bit size pieces of chicken in the box. The other items we ordered where all very good and cooked to the standard I would expect. So apart from the salad, this was a good review.

Obviously great food....however, this site can get incredibly busy and there is not a lot of queuing space inside. I would say it is wheelchair accessible but could be a squeeze during busy times. There are a couple of good sized seating areas if you want to eat in. There is free parking for four cars on the road outside and a council car park across the road.

This Kfc is pretty much always over crowded with people queing and so it feels claustrophobic at most times unless you go there at non peek times i.e. not 5pm or weekend's. Dont see many people dining in more take out, needs a better location preferably with a drive thru. Not much else to say.

I am a huge fan of KFC, always visit KFC when I go to other countries to compare. I visited Wrexham yesterday and the place looked like a kids play centre. Huge queue with home delivery straight to the front of the queue, every table was covered in rubbish with no bins visible and no floating staff. They were clearly short staffed. They need to sort their staffing issues out if they want to continue home delivery. It will put me off visiting in future if it isn't rectified

I am a heavily pregnant women, I order the KFC snackbox meal. The chicken was so good than I had an instant and painless birth the moment I had the first bite. Due to this KFC has given me a year's supply of chicken and my child is now called the Sanders. Also the toilets were very clean

Oh do I love KFC. Appreciating the franchising of the outlets quality could vary. I visit two, Wrexham & Mile End Oswestry. Oswestry is a very busy unit with staff under pressure to deliver the food to hungry travellers. I would like to make particular reference to when the National problem of KFC having delivery difficulties. There was a large clear notice at the entry, (but national news had made clear the issues). When I went in there were still many enjoying their meals as I walked towards the counter. Greeted with a fabulous smile, my order was taken, with no alteration due to stock limits, everyone pulled together, NO COMPLAINTS OR ATTITUDE. Not an easy job I'm sure, but wow, credit where it's due, the young crewe deserve recognition for upholding the standard of service under the stress of major difficulties outside their control. BRAVO TEAM! I look forward to calling in again.
