Food was typical for a KFC. Pretty good and served hot so that's a bonus. Only issue I had was the customer service. The self service screens had issues (understandable) so I placed my order at the till. First of all the lady who served me put the wrong food through. A chicken fillet burger instead of the mini fillets. Was rectified quickly by the manager. Secondly her attitude just gave me "don't want to be here". Here's a tip coming from a fast-food place supervisor "fake it till you make it" even if you're having the worst day because it just ruins the customers day if you have such a foul mood. She didn't give me a receipt either so the order was called out but I had no idea what the order number was. Took me 5 minutes to get someone to give me a receipt and on top if that they gave me 1 drink instead of the two I paid for. Again was rectified but it took a further 5 minutes to get someone to help and it wasn't even busy as there was 1 order on screen. All in all, great atmosphere and food but work a little more on your customer service :)

I appreciate it was late when we arrived, but we were told what was available, although the chicken was nice the 'zinger' burger was presented badly. It had a fingernail of mayo and a piece of lettuce which was no bigger than a 50p piece, and that was all. The order was short of two bags of chips, and when we told the boy, he eventually came back with two bags containing a dozen chips in each. The attitude was one of which they just wanted to go and didnt care about the customers (paying their wages) we were told we had to go at 10.10 as they were closing, when we had been previously told 10.30.i certainly would not return to this branch and it would make me wary of others. Bad attitude and poor customer handling skills! (The chicken was nice though)

The food is decent, but the service is poor. I worked in fast food for 3 years, 16-19, and it doesn't surprise me that the team who run the front/drive thru and just teenage boys with no sense of customer service. Customers are a priority, and I shouldnt have to stand at the counter for well over 5 minutes (so long I messaged my partner as he was waiting for me) to resolve an issue. The boy who sorted my issue didn't even come to the till, we made eye contact when he was doing something else and I had to say "excuse me" for him to come over. There were 4 boys behind the counter, barely looking organised. If the customer acknowledgment could improve a little bit and the team wasn't so young and carefree, it would make the experience better. This has happened twice now on separate occasions. The first time my partner was ignored for well over 5 minutes as he was waiting to ask for napkins. He was never given napkins by a member of staff (young boy, again) and so his fingers stayed greasy and our food was lukewarm by the time he returned empty handed. Think the whole front counter team needs to be told about customer service and till service. Or just hire some staff who have a decent work ethic

I was for lunch on 10/12/2022 with my family in the restaurant, was very clean ,table service available. Very friendly staff the food was hot and very tasty the staff bring my order in the table in 2 minutes with straw napkins salt and all the sauces it was nice , this store getting better day by day 🥰

After being in hospital for weeks, I was dreaming about a bucket. I was praying that it was fresh, juicy, tender enough to melt off the bone and that the skin was crispy and it sooo delivered. In all honesty after the food in the hospital I would have just been happy with cold, dry chicken that you wouldn't feed to your dog's but I was so happy and overwhelmingly overjoyed for the fresh stuff. Oh god I wanna go back now, thanks Google for making me write a review, knowing full well I'll have to go back to get me some of that chicken.

Nothing wrong with the food, kids loved it. But I could not eat as alot of the allergy information is missing or unclear. Like burgers with tangy sauce, no allergy information on the sauce. Zinger stacker has no mustard , but zinger tower and zinger burger both have mustard and no way to figure out what contained the mustard so could not risk eating them 😪 I lost all faith in the information after that and put me off. Be much more simple to have the allergy information on each product instead of scrolling though 16 pages of pdf's on a mobile phone in middle of kfc carpark lining up the red dots to each product. Staff where great and the kids loved there food.

Clean, stark and reasonably soulless this restaurant isn't about taking in the decor and staying a while to contemplate life, it's about eating fried chicken quickly. Good for kids and the family unit for a quick meal. Staff are good and service is quick. Toilets clean and there are high chairs for infants. Good disabled access and facilities.

Only 4 out of 5 because we had to wait 45 mins and the member of staff who served me said he was too busy to give me sauces and a straw... to be fair it was a busy evening but still telling a paying customer "you don't have time for this" is a bit rude, guy definitely needs an attitude readjustment. But when the food came it was hot and fresh.

Called in today through the drive through. It was the longest wait I have ever been to in the country of any fast food outlet. When I ordered I ordered the wrong food, I asked the girl if I could change my order, she replied rather Rudely no I've put your order through. I then waited 25 minutes to collect order to have shoved through the window, No thank you, enjoy your food, have a good day This will be the last time I pay them a visit. Customer service 1 out of 10. Food 4 out of 10. This was very unpleasant experience.

Visited during the covid crisis 2.12.20. Reasonably clean even the toilets. For some reason, I don't know if it's the lighting or decor, but it doesnt feel welcoming or comfortable to sit and eat. I can't put my finger on why, it just feels drab and cold, however, the food was lovely, the staff were just as lovely and helpful with such warm hearts.

Food is great as you'd expect from KFC but generally the staff are rude and not very well educated on a few occasions I have arguments with staff because of their attitude. Better experience in store than the drive through mind. Drive through is supposed to be fast, unfortunately this is not the case even if your the only car there. Orders missing things a lot of the time. The food again though tastes good if they get your order right, generally better than the city centre store but sometimes overly greasy.

I occasionally visit about once a month, to take the food away. Its fast food usually good. If they are really busy I feel they can short change you on the size of the chicken portions and you don't know until you get home.

I don't understand a few things that KFC neglects to include within the order every single time. First, when I order takeaway these days due to pandemic, the employee never includes any sauces with the order. Instead they always remember to include plastic spoons and forks and knives. The French fries are soaked in oil fat. Why don't they use the sister company Burger King that provides better quality fries?

You can't really knock KFC. It's the best fried chicken there is and as long as you opt for actual bits of chicken rather than the reformed burger type things you can be confident that you are not eating anything that was mechanically recovered. Not that that bothers me. I'd eat roadkill if it was in a sesame bap.

A very busy KFC on the Clifton Moor shopping park, which means loads of free parking for those who like to dine in. If you prefer there is a drive thru service available, which has a steady flow of patrons, although they seem to served quickly and efficiently.

My girlfriend has an addiction to the food here, we literally go that often that most of the staff know our order, I do attempt to try everything from the menus, and most things I try are quite filling, with the exception of the rice box that did not fill me up, for the most, the food is nice and atmosphere is good, they do tend to have air conditioning on which can make it a little chilly if you decide to sit in, however during the warmer summers, the air conditioning is a god send, not so much in winter though.
