Absolutely lovely place, great food, great atmosphere, easy parking and staff that make the place sparkle with friendship. Great place to go with friends, lover...or even your wife, heck why not someone else's wife. Just any excuse to dine here and you won't be disappointed, just don't dine alone. And if you have an EV, there AMPLE hypercharging right next door at the hyper hub. 50 to 175kw with 8 rapid chargers open now and 16 more opening very shortly.Visited 7.8.22

Very tasty dishes!! Wish the sizes were bigger because everything was so yummy! The only bad thing was that, the day I went, there was no meat nor pizza - could just order pasta 🤷🏻‍♀️

Only issue to consider is the A4 note on the door which states that this restaurant doesn't accept any vouchers or discounts from the 5th of December which should be addressed if you can get vouchers online still? Didn't detract, busy restaurant, good atmosphere and had a lovely time with the family

We went to Prezzo at lunch time on Saturday, it was a nice experience. The starters were nice but one was forgotten, so it took a little longer, which wasn’t a problem. However the main king prawn and salmon risotto was a little under cooked. When asked if everything was ok, and I told them. The waiter was very quick to apologise and offer to replace it, which was good, he (Pasquali) then offered to take both of them off the bill, which we appreciated. It came out better, but not sure I’d choose again. Dessert was tasty honeycomb chocolate cheesecake. Overall good service, thank you.

Took my beautiful girlfriend out for dinner here about a week ago and the food was perfect. Seated straight away, food was brought out super fast. 11/10 to the head chef and staff at Prezzo!

We come from South Yorkshire , but visit our son who is at York University. We have dined at the York Centre Prezzo restaurant before and was very impressed, and so today we went bowling and golf and booked to go to Prezzos there, we weren't disappointed the service and food was outstanding. The staff were polite and very well organised. We will definitely return.

They didnt have everything on the menu. The toilets had wet floors, loo roll in the sinks and floors. The grout in the tiles was moldy and black. The pasta was hard, amd not much choice on the kids menu but corporate decision. The thing that really let it down was the service, there were 3-4 tables in and we waited ages for plates to be collected, dessert and to ask for the bill.

First time at a Prezzo and we were not disappointed. Food was really nice. Hummus and The King prawn starters were excellent, as was the Tre Carni Calzoneexcellent. Nice contemporary look with a mixture of seating, the best being the booth areas if you can get one. The booking service online works well and I have not tried the app yet. We had a nice lunch during the Easter break, mid week and it wasn't too busy, so the service was fairly quick. The staff are friendly and know the dishes well, without over selling. Our starters and mains were excellent, although perhaps a bit too much rocket on my 'posh pepperoni'. We were not rushed and the food came out at a good pace at each course. The deserts and coffees were nice and completed an overall good lunch. We used tesco to Prezzo vouchers and that worked well and is exceptionally good value. The restaurant is in good spot close to the huge M&S, Next and John Lewis. There is plenty of well spaced parking.

Absolutely nothing negative to say about our visit yesterday! Drinks were on the table almost before we'd ordered them, all 3 courses were delicious (partner said sticky toffee pudding was best he'd ever had!) and every single member of staff was smiling and looked like they genuinely wanted to be there and were enjoying their jobs. I have to say the place was amazing! The venue is nice, quite noisy as it's soo open especially when families are in, it echos a little bit (us being one of those families!) It is the quality of food and the staff which make this place exceptional. Everyone so friendly and around to help you with anything you need. It was quite busy and chef's where busy knocking out delicious food. Our waitress couldn't have been more brilliant and I wish I had more money to tip her with and everyone for that matter. From people taking orders, serving food or making drinks everyone works extremely hard to make this place a must to visit. They all need a pay rise 😉

We were in a tight time scale. The staff were brilliant and made sure we'd eaten and were out for when we needed to be. Food was lovely, my only comment was thw bolgnese need a little bit more on, the pasta was a little dry.

Lovely staff, however, the pasta was undercooked and the pizza was bland, basically garlic-ish bread with a mozzarella topping. Disappointing, but anyone can have a bad day.

Great selection of Italian food and some Italian beers. All of the food is well cooked and the staff are very helpful and courteous. The restaurant can be busy, especially on Friday/Saturday, so it's always worth booking a table.

Obviously a chain restaurant as it has no stand out features. We had a voucher so had to chose from a set menu but the starter and the dessert I ordered they didn't have so the selection was incredibly small. I was little apprehensive about going here thinking it would be like other high street restaurant chains. I was wrong. It felt like a proper restaurant rather than one in a shopping complex. The staff were lovely and accomodating, the pizza was like ones in Italy and the drinks were refreshing. A little long between service but was quite busy so understandable. A fab outing thank you.

Ate here for my sister Lillybeth’s birthday. The table they prepared for us was so beautiful and a wonderful token of appreciation they have for her. The food was delicious and prompt. Our waitress Trinity was so lovely and bubbly and Josh was very helpful. Every member of staff made a lovely conscious effort in congratulating Lillybeth which I thought was very touching. Visited on Thursday 29th Oct at 17:40. Food was nice drinks were nice dessert was nice and waiting staff very friendly. I give 4 only because the starters took a little while to come out but had no issues with them when they did arrive :) do not know the name of the waiter that served us but he was young with long brown/blonde hair. Very nice and was quick to take our orders. Honeycomb smash cheesecake was incredible and would recommend to anyone wishing to visit the restaurant.

Really love this restaurant, cannot recommend it enough The waiters were so good and friendly and the food was delicious. There was a fab one way system around the restaurant for covid safety and you could tell that they were taking all precautions to keep everybody safe. The cocktails are amazing too

First time at a Prezzo, I realise it's just a slightly more upmarket Pizza Hut. Nothing Italian about it, the food is an Americanised version of Italian. Food was average. Drinks were slightly better. Would not return, despite the service from our waitress being great.

Love coming here, especially as the new menu is out. Even though we had not booked, we were seated immediately. Drinks order taken and we selected our food :large garlic bread to share, followed by pizza and sea bass. We even managed coffee and a small dessert. The food here was lovely as always, staff were polite but oh dear, it desperately needed a good clean. The tables across the restaurant were all covered in food crumbs. It was clear to see from our table due to the sun. The shelves behind the booths were filthy and the seats also had dirt stains on the backs. We have never had a bad word for this restaurant before and were disappointed that the standards have dropped.

Warm reception when we got there. Had a choice where to sit. The lady that served us was very friendly and smiley. Food was really nice and fresh. Started with the pulled pork pizzette and then the Italian burger both where very tasty. Also what I liked was the glasses they brought for our drinks where frozen. Will definitely be going back!

Nice food and pleasant environment. I like it and keep returning; the tastecard discounts are an incentive on the downside. Returned again and my sister said the gorgonzola and chicken pasta was the best sauce she has ever had, and she has travelled and eaten widely, I do like this place. Returned again in the Covid-19 times. Good standard of cleanliness and felt safe, had a feel of a restraunt rather than a canteen, which I have been experiencing a lot recently. The food was plentiful and really nice, pictures attached are from the most recent visit, the plates have been chewed a little before posting, the original presentation was much nicer. Been twice now, and I've found the food to be okay for a chain, however I found the staff both times to be quite rude. Went today for lunch and found the glassware to be dirty, and whilst plenty of waiters around, trying to get someone's attention was difficult. Pizza came, uncut, I asked if they'd cut it (as no pizza cutter, just a knife and fork), and rather than doing it, they brought a pizza cutter to me. However, the food was okay. I found the dessert to be a little too large, however the main courses and starters were quite nice. If there's an offer, I'd go again. But I won't be in any rush.
