My elderly mother (93) has been under the care of the Gofal Ystwyth for over a year and I am delighted with their care. They treat Mum with the utmost respect and have a small team of carers that look after her so she does not get confused with too many people caring for her. If anything is wrong or mum needs anything, I immediately get a text from Nancy and I keep her informed of any changes I have made at Mum’s house or any appointments etc which may clash with their visits. We all work very much as a team to look after Mum the best we can, which works well. Mum also uses Gofal Ystwyth’s cleaning service one hour a week and her house if kept lovely and clean. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Gofal Ystwyth Care team. Great job Nancy and team.

As a family we cannot fault the care our father has received , whilst at the same time providing support for our mother during this difficult time .The carers were always punctual , courteous and respectful of our father’s needs. They frequently went above and beyond their role, bringing a sense of humour to lighten the mood which was very much appreciated !
