The wonderful team at Airedale nursing home cared for both my mother and father at the end of their lives. The care and support given to them both and us as a family was outstanding. Their attention to detail is exceptional and the activities that are offered to include all residents gives Airedale a superior edge on any other nursing home I have seen. It became clear to me very early on that the team was dedicated to building relationships with their residents to ensure the experience they have, is full of kindness and compassion. I will be forever grateful to them all.

The staff and management at Airedale are very caring & supportive towards both the residents and the residents families. The management are always on hand if you have any issues and they do their very best to resolve everything straightaway. The staff are very respectful towards the residents and treat them like family. The home and gardens are very well kept & maintained. There is plenty for the residents to do - there are activities twice a day and they are aimed at all levels so everyone can join in. I will be forever grateful for the care and attention given to my late Mother. I would highly recommend this home.

My mother has been a resident at the Airedale for over 2 years. The fact that she is still with us despite having been transferred from Hospital for end of life care is testament to the high level of care provided by everyone at the nursing home. Mum has been very well cared for from day 1 and throughout the pandemic which was a difficult time for everyone. It is a difficult and stressful time for families when a loved one becomes a resident of a care home but the Airedale is a very calm and homely place and knowing that your loved one is well cared for counts for a lot Everyone at the Airedale is friendly and helpful and nothing has ever been too much trouble. My family and I are grateful to everyone at the Airedale for the care and affection they have shown Mum and the support they have shown us

Airedale Nursing Home is a fantastic environment for those who find themselves needing care. The home itself is beautiful and clean, staff are friendly and you are made to feel welcome and they gave a wonderful garden setting. They looked after our elderly Aunt with love, care and dignity and she herself enjoyed her last years of life there. Would highly recommend if you find yourself or family looking for this type of care

My mum first came to Airedale for a respite break as dad was her full time carer. She was cared for by the wonderful team of staff and her condition improved significantly. We later chose Airedale for mum to return to as a permanent resident. We had been so impressed by the care and compassion to both mum and the family it was the obvious choice. She continues to be well cared for and the staff are always on hand to answer questions and support us. She has a lovely room overlooking the beautiful gardens. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Airedale.

This is the second year Airedale has taken my 95year old Mum for a couple of weeks respite care. The care is of the highest level with the kindness they show to my Mum and I am forever grateful to the nurses, care staff, kitchen staff, domestics, housekeeping, maintenance, not forgetting night staff, as well as the Managers and administration. Everyone without exception does a great job, sometimes a difficult task too Airedale provides peace of mind for me to be able to go away for a break, as I know my Mum is in excellent hands 24 hours a day. I would like to thank all the staff for the wonderful care they all provide for my much-loved mum, thank you. Highly recommend.

I have nothing but praise for Airedale! The staff are all fantastic, the building itself is spotless, homely, and uplifting, the garden is beautiful, the food looks genuinely delicious (I’ve had to stop myself helping myself) and the activities for residents are varied and engaging. Dad has been living here for nearly 6 months now, and we have seen a huge improvement in his health, well being and serenity since he arrived - I’m sure this is down to the care he has received. Although no one ever wants to see a loved one go into care, It was the right decision for dad, and I couldn’t have wished for a better home.

My lovely Uncle was resident in Airedale until his last day on earth. He was cared for right until the end. I always knew he was being looked after on the days I wasn't able to see him and it gave me peace of mind. I trusted all the staff with his life, I can honestly say that Airedale is the BEST in Bedfordshire. All the staff at Airedale have been so kind and supportive of my mother and the family. The atmosphere is calm, friendly and we always feel welcome when visiting.
