N. 1.charter house is my favorite care home. I am an agency worker. The staff on the floor where I worked treated me very kindly. Agency workers are often the slaves in all care homes. But the staffs here treated me with love. I would like to specifically mention someone's name. That is Rachel.she is a good carer. The girl treated me with love. If you want to care for the elderly you need to have good in mind, then I say rachel is a human being. And I really miss Mary, one ofthe residents there.
