L. B. H.I joined Mega Care during early lockdown 2020, whilst I could not run my normal business. The job satisfaction is such that although now I am able to run my normal business once more, I have continued to work with Mega Care as well. Knowing you are making a real difference every day is very rewarding. The flexibility is very convenient and on-going performance reviews and training make me feel confident of doing a safe job. The best bit of course is the clients, getting to know them, their routines and preferences, and ensuring we support their independence in their own homes for as long as possible.
