G. C.My mother was there for many weeks of end-of-life and the staff were universally caring, sympathetic, patient and understanding. The pin numbers for access made getting in both easy and secure.
The only negative was that the laundry system was urgently in need of overhaul as clothes weren't always returned in time, or even not at all, and sometimes other residents' clothing was brought to my mother's room. It would have been a 5-star review but for this.
R.Tremendous care for my mother, after looking at other care homes in the area, I feel I have made the right decision choosing this one. She is more than happy at asprey court & very well looked after!
