My Mother spent the last week of her life at Austin Rose. The facilities are good but the staff are wonderful. They made her very comfortable for her time there and dealt with my siblings and I with compassion and care. Thank you for everything ❤️

I have worked here for almost 2 years now and I know the staff and nurses work very hard to ensure the residents are cared for to the highest standards possible! My own Auntie is a resident here and since been at the home is much happier and better cared for than the last home she was in and family are glad she is somewhere where the staff truly care for the residents! As a senior member of staff I have to ensure that highest standards are maintained and ensure residents needs are met and ensure any concerns with residents are taken to the nurse and delt with immediately so any change in residents needs are met ASAP! I work with a great team of people here who are very caring and supportive with the residents!!

I have worked for macc care @ Austin Rose Care Home for almost 2 years now and I have to say from both a carers and activities perspective Austin Rose is a great care home. Each resident is treated with as much care and attention we can give. It is a place where once you enter those doors you are welcomed with 100% care. It hasn't been the easiest couple of years in regards to the pandemic but we have worked like a family and supported each other. Our number 1 goal is keeping the residents safe, well and happy. It isn't easy, but we have great management and a fantastic nursing team to support us. In my eyes Austin Rose gets 5 🌟

I have worked at quite a few different care homes now in my career as a carer and I must say The Austin Rose Care home would have to be the best home I have worked for. It’s a pleasure to work there I look forward to coming into work everyday, the staff & management team are great to work with extremely friendly and professional. All of the policies & procedures are followed correctly and I feel safe within my work role there. I’ve never been able to say this about a care home before but I would be pleased to have one of my family members live at the Austin Rose and be looked after and cared for by there staff.

What a great home this is, so modern and inviting with lovely bedrooms and lounges. They've just had the gardens done and they looked a treat, perfect for sitting out in at the moment. The staff were all very friendly and answered all my questions. Got a nice feeling from the home.
