D. S.I have worked for established businesses and companies previously, but since I've joined Bluebird care East and North I am progressing quicker in past 2 months then in my past 17 working years. The training and support they provide is excellent! The training I asked for its already been put in place without any hesitation. If I need help or advice there is a designated member of staff only a call away, sometimes even at 10pm. Management is always there to listen and support, team leaders are also fantastic support, office members of staff are very approachable no matter what I'm calling about it's never a issue. All my work colleagues are fun to work with. No matter where you from or what you celebrate they will make an effort to celebrate it with you! Which makes you feel like you are member of a big family. They do listen and care about their staff!!! They Really do! And because I am supported I feel happy going to work! I love my job and my lovely clients! I have never been so supported in my previous employments like I am with Bluebird care East and North. They are helping me achieve my dreams and I can't prise them enough. They are Award winning company and that says a lot already. Because I get so much support from Bluebird care I can provide best service possible to all the service users I visit as my knowledge is getting better and wider. So no matter what the service users require I'm getting the training and knowledge to support them which I think is very important. I have done my research before I have chosen to go with Bluebird care and I must say I have chosen wisely, no regrets, honestly I am really , really happy!!!!!! And it's only been few months of my employment. I am looking forward to many more years ahead! THANK YOU BLUEBIRD CARE
M. W. (.From the initial enquiry through to the ongoing care they provide for Mum, Bluebird have been great overall. Their initial home visit was thorough and they've followed up with the care we requested. It's quite rare to find a home care provider that actually cares, turns up on time and takes the effort to ring you if anything is amiss. If there's been any errors raised by us Bluebird have investigated thoroughly. The care team are all very good with Mum and have built a good relationship with her, they stay for the allotted time and treat our home with respect. Thanks for everything so far - Michael (son of service user who has 4 calls a day).

I am not a driver and they always try to give me visits where I can go by public transport.
Whenever I call the Office with a question I get help.

m. V.Having worked in some HSC industries I must say Bluebird East and north Birmingham is a place to look out for in terms of motivation and support any employee needs to develop and grow. You will receive all the support you need from the office team. Always ready to help and make sure you’re confident enough to carry out your daily task. Bluebird is one HSC organization I have seen clients raining praises on the carers and with a enormous smiles on their faces whenever they’re around. I told one of the service user the reason you are always happy with the carers is because of the management style. The management team, made carers like me, for the first time feel like a part of something since I came to the UK (family). They deliver a bespoke and person centered care to their service users no question about that. The service users can’t stop emphasizing that. I Am happy and blessed to be a part of this amazing organization. God bless Bluebird and all the carers like me out there, that’s going through sun, snow and rain to put a little smile on the faces of the vulnerable people.
M. R.My aunt had been diagnosed with dementia many months before Bluebird Care were involved. The support was set up almost straight away. The two main carers and particularly the one which did the most weeks were excellent in their support. They dealt with queries promptly and were always available when I made contact.
I felt fully supported and reassured by the Bluebird Care and would highly recommend them.

J. B.Caring staff who manage my needs in a considerate manner. I have mostly had the same carers, which I requested and the management team responded to. As I have my personal needs carried out by the carers, I wanted those I felt comfortable with and have built up a positive relationship with. My daughters have dealings with the management team who always listen to what they say and have formed a professional relationship with as a family we are very happy with the service.
M. H.This care package has made a great difference to my parent's quality of life, enabling her to remain in the home yet receive care and support that she need to retain independence. She has thrived, being able to do things that were previously a struggle. Have been very satisfied with service supplied by Bluebird Care to my parent, who is partially sighted and cannot look after herself in a safe manner. She would not be allowed to remain in her own home without the career supplied by Bluebird Care. If it were not for Bluebird Care so far excellent service she would have had to go to a nursing home.

R. C.Bluebird cared for my Grandad and Gaynor was wonderful, really cared and wanted to help him to be as independent as possible. Treated him as a human rather than just a patient. When he was unwell she even gave me her mobile number so that I could keep her updated in her personal time.
We had a second carer who wasnt as caring or aware which was a shame.
Would definitely recommend Gaynor to look after your loved one
