I’m very happy with my mum’s care at the home.

The home is lovely and everything about it is either good or great, apart from the receptionist Clare. Very unpleasant woman, and despite our continued friendliness she is insufferably abrasive. Otherwise, we are impressed with the home's care and, most importantly, our family member there is happy with it :)

My Uncle was a resident at Heartlands but sadly passed away a few months ago. I have to say the care he received was outstanding. He was only with the home for a short time as he was at the end of his life but the love they gave both him and my grieving aunty was so heart warming. We would like to give a special mention to Stacey Debney, the nurse Anna and the Manager Margaret Richards. Thank you for everything you did for him. He died peacefully, in a warm and caring environment and we couldn't have asked for more.

My mother has been a resident at Heartlands Care Home for over 2 years now and from day one I have been extremely pleased with how she is looked after there. She now has advanced dementia but the way that the staff handle her is wonderful. She is included in day to day activities and I feel that she is still made to feel valued despite her limitations. Visiting has been handled well with safety of residents and staff a key priority during covid lockdown but it is now good that we can again visit our loved ones. All in all it is a wonderful place for mom to spend her twilight years. Thank you to all who make it so nice.

The standard of car is excellent and we are always consulted prior to vaccines whether it’s Covid or Flu. The rooms are fresh and clean and there is a good choice of food daily. reception staff are very knowledgable and quick to answer your queries. There is a good range of activities on offer if you want to join in. I have personally been worry free for my friend while Covid has been about and thank staff for their quick intervention when a case has been identified.
Many thanks to the management, staff and caterers. And of course the carers ….

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about mine and my families experience with Heartlands Care Home. My dear Uncle was with them for 18 months and I cant thank them enough for the love and support they showed him. He sadly became unwell but I genuinely feel that we would have lost him far sooner had he not have gone in the home. I have to say a special thank you to Stacey Debney for the love and compassion she showed him and my family. She is a true asset to the home and has always gone above our expectations. My uncle was particularly fond of her and they shared a lovely bond. I would also like to thank the carers on Ground Floor that looked after him so well and created many special memories. We have wonderful memories of him in the home and we are just so grateful he was somewhere loving and safe through this horrid lockdown. Without a doubt I would highly recommend Heartlands Care Home. Once again, thank you for everything.

I want to visit this facility today with my niece and was very pleased with the staff and the living area. I am wishing hoping that that niece will settle in, as her mum currently is in the hospital. I will update this review again once my niece moves in and family get to visit. Time will definitely tell. I just want to say fantastic job today with my niece Charolett. Keep up the good work .
I give it a 41/2 start because my niece is not at the facility yet.
Thank you!
